I received the product today, but the error code could not be cleared.
Also no software updates.
Even if I connect to the computer and proceed with the update, only a fail to connect message appears.
Did you follow the manual on clearing the error code? Contact their support.

I solved the problem.
Need to clear the error code after starting the engine ON... NOT ignition on..
Also, the update proceeds normally after changing a few micro cables .
