Shame you can't hang around for the Grand Prix! We're glad you got to experience driving on the circuit as it gets built!! Best of luck for your race tonight.
It’s going to be some year for the middle distance / milers ~ so many great runners ~ good luck Jake it’s great to have you back and can’t wait to see some of the races unfold this year.
Fantastic to see you back to racing, give them a taste of the British bulldog!!! All the best for the year I will be following your progress. Best of luck to both of you. Cheers
Super impressive return from injury!! How’d your first few weeks look as you got back to running? Were you just running every other day for a few minutes at a time or was it even more gradual? Cheers🏎
Jake sir i ran 1500m in 3:50 so now I trie to run sub 3:50 so how much can i run milega in a week please reply. Second question is that when i try to run rep like 800m my body is feel like tightness what's that mean is that is lactate produce or something else. Some one say that i couldn't do proper warmup but I do proper warmup but when i do long reps like 800-1k i feel tightness in my body and how can I treat that tightness plz reply sir both questions. Love from India
