Thanks for signing my shirt
Got a bad ankle (ribbed ligament and sprained ankle) injruy at plyos And am on day 2 good to see you cross training something that I aswell have to do in the next few weeks until I can be finally back to base training and running
Hii
Jake plz reply to this you are amazing
Jake does a lot more hill sprints and weight lifting than most of his competitors- not surprising that he has the best top end speed of this generation of milers. Hope he medals this summer!!!
Thanks for sharing. Great for younger runners like my son, to be able to see what the pros do. Thank you
Brilliant work. Keep it up! 👏
I am VAR 😂
I have ATH10 tickets, can't wait to see you peak m8. Stay fit. You can win it.
Geoff getting a canny workout running the diagonal to time 😁🦾🏃Nailed it at Bowerman!!
Jake, good session!! You can do OG Champion!! Go for Gold!!!
please someone know around what pace Jake run his warm up, jog, cool down ?
Cracking race - no sign of the sausage dog!!
Will make sure NOT too root for this guy at any time. Disappointed watching this. Unload dad and maybe you can do something like run in a lane other than 1. Until then, adios@
Huh?
Brian. I read you make exactly the same comment in respect to Josh Kerr!! What a bore you are.
Stf^ weirdo stalker. 🤡🤡🤡
Congrats on 3:47 👏
For the win mate
good luck JW
Awesone work Jake---you're an extremely likable bloke. Intelligent, honest& to the point..... even as I have been rooting for Jakob..... I'm happy to see you ahead of the guy w the BIG mouth....... josh somebody........
Such a nice person and athlete. Good luck Jack!!
As a fellow Brit, I was very amused hearing you refer to NAU as 'Northern Arizona Uni'. I've never heard it being called that before!
Good luck!
Glad that you are doing good Jake and I wish you all the luck! Short question if it's not confidential: how does your training week look like in this period? Two track session and one tempo/tempo intervals or two tempo and one track . And how is a tempo session in this period (the one focusing more on the aerobic strength not so much on race pace)?
Don’t call it a comeback … I been here
“Ran like a sausage dog” is my new favorite description for a subpar race. 😂 Good luck at Pre Jake. I’m officially picking you for the win!
Bro, good luck today. Hope you win!
What shoes was he wearing on the track
I think there NB pacers.
What if you got the uk record instead of kerr
Everyone is talking about the big three -- Kerr, Jakob, and Goose. But I think Wightman is the wild card who might pull a big one because he is hella fast. But the whole race is loaded with 6-7 guys or more who could win it. Hocker is a top three threat because of his speed.
I think kessler could do well, got a good finish.
Goose, ain't part of the "big 3", just media. Kerr, Wightam, Jakob and Tim 🇰🇪 are the real deal
@@aantuyonenaalwaahid7729 3.44 for a mile! Are you kidding 😂
Wise words from Geoff Wightman as always 🎉
Good luck Jake
Bro is fit!! I wanna see him run 3:46 in Eugene, we’ll see in a couple hours tho
Brother what's the time for the competition 1609 m

About 2 hours from now@@AvinashSingh-sp4qv
15 minutes
Good luck mate
Please make the 800 and 1.500 double you can defenetly win both in paris
😂 Marco Arop? Jakob Ingebrigsten?
@@evanmatocha8190arop rolled and he already beat ingebrigtsen Arop is only 8th quickest rn
Jake has aswell never lost to arop he won every race with rolled ahh arob
dropping this day of is cold 🥶🥶🥶
I think he's the only guy who could break the 1000m WR
If him and Arop run it back in July or something they got take a crack at it. It should be noted that the current 1000m record holder ran a 3:43 mile
@nathanplant9893 yeah that's true, but jake in my opinion is better in shorter races. Hopefully he will give it a try soon
@@y3_38Arop is an 800 guy who can come down for a 400. His PRs are 46 and 1:42 while Wightman’s PRs are 48 and 1:43 so I think Arop is better in shorter races.
@@nathancooks6776yes but 1,000m is shorter than a mile.
@@ianbusche1471 I’m aware lol 💀
Anonymous athlete JW 😂😂😂
Well done Jake (and Josh!). Good luck from the UK for the Bowerman Mile this evening 🇬🇧 💪🏽

Keep the workout videos coming Jake! Those band assisted pogos and the split stance hex bar lifts were new to me. Got to try them!
Brilliant content!👏

As Frank Shorter said Hill training is speed training in disguise. That looked an awesome days training and shows what is needed to be one of the very best. Great video
@10;51.. we see Jake practising the " victory position " for Paris... Good Luck Jake... you deserve every success.
Merci !
I initially felt a relief at the beginning when I saw subtitles... Then he started his.... "wot m8" 😢
Will you try to attempt the 1000m outdoor WR? I think you're one of the only who can break it right now
Are those rebel v4 or elites?
I love how you show how hard the session really is. So many pros are like "yeah, just like, getting the legs moving..." Good luck in Flag Jake.
