You forgot to mention Toji being able to move through the air based on his sheer speed and power.
Gojo Sukuna and Mahoraga do this as well
Excluding the bullet catching feat, toji actually does have better, quantifiable feats in the anime you can use to calculate speed, such as killing all of megumi's rabbits faster than the time it takes for playful cloud to fall into his hand, moving in a semi circle around megumi faster than the time it takes him to turn around, and generally moving faster than characters like megumi, ino, maki, etc, can react, which should easily place him above the speed of sound at a lowball estimate
Edit: I did some basic calculations on some of his scenes in episode 16, "Thunderclap", and concluded that his casual travel speed is consistently somewhere from 500-900mph, but his speed during the rabbit scene is much much higher, there was an interesting video breaking down how fast he would have to be moving in that scene to pull off what he did, I don't remember who from but it is well over the speed of sound considering the whole slo-mo segment takes place in less than half a second i believe. I don't think he's hypersonic in terms of movement speed, but in terms of battle speed and reaction time he's well above hypersonic (considering he was able to react to nue's lightning).
This is an anime only scene and in the manga we see maki get blitzed by nue lightning there’s no lightning speed reaction in jjk

I think the fastest feat Toji has made, is how he effortly ran away from child support. I mean like, do you see Sukuna doing that? I don't think so...
i think a good feat is he threw megumi out of a window without him realizing he was thrown. how fast do you have to be moving to be able to get close enough to someone, and throw them without them seeing you or reacting to it

well since megumi said toji as or abit faster than 3 finger sukuna who was is supersonic or hypersonic i think toji definitely scale to hypersonic-hypersonic +
Toji just perception blitzed him, which is still an incredible feat that I have to give him, but depending on the fact that Megumi was probably still in shock from the whole situation that he couldn't comprehend what really happened.
So let me explain
Hypersonic is 3800mph
If youre wondering how fast that is, it would be two time faster than a 50. Cal sniper.
Toji without a doubt can process information at hypersonic speed and move even faster.
The Killer bunny scenes show time slowing down as Toji starts to taps rubble towards the bunnies which you can see all breaking the sound barrier visually. Toji without a DOUBT is easily faster than Hypersonic. Toji from his perspective lightly taps a piece of rubble and it breaks the sound barrier. While in slow motion he then moves even faster than we can see the rubble breakingnthe sound barrier while Toji is still moving faster than that rubbble. While launching the rubbles we also see the his hands looking like a blurr and for hands to move that faster, he has to be moving faster than 144 fps which is the general amount of information an average human can process up to one second in visuals alone.
So this means if we super low ball his speed in this instance and we multiply the speed of sound, 767mph with 144 fps, we get 110,448mph
This is taking into account that our visuals is slowed down so we can see casual movements at 767mph but Toji is clearly faster than this so thats why it is such a bad lowball.
Yeah naw dude is faster than Hypersonic but not anywhere near the speed of light.
And Demon slayer tards say that he is subsonic only

The Massively Hypersonic+ speeds account for reaction speed mostly. Mach 10 is a very fair estimate for his travel speed.
This is where manga scaling comes in. It sorta wouldn’t make much sense to say that he’s if you don’t have the context of the manga.
Though another way you could look at this is that most of these feats are seen from the perspective of highly sorcerers and curses, ie superhuman levels of reaction time. Dagon, cursed spirit who should be much faster than Maki by the time of her catching Mai’s bullet, was getting completely out sped by Toji with little difficulty.
So from the perspective of superhumans capable of breaking the sound barrier Toji was already practically imperceivable with his speed.
To be fair, Toji was seen in round 1 of the toji vs gojo fight to be leaping from tree to tree at a fairly fast speed.

@@ardanidk the principle of tachyon implies there are sub- atomical particles that travel at the speed of time, and hollow purple is imaginary mass, math itself implies that between 0 an infinitesimal number there us day and night difference, 0 is nothing, 1 is evrything, so scenarios like -1 apples are created, so we can assume hollow purple is ftl to mftl in speed by nature
i dont think hanami is faster than light considering he dodged it not to mention if it was faster than light, even without masking its presence it wouldve instantly vaporized sukuna when he was unguarded without him knowing it
Running speed is not reactions, reflexes, or hand speed. I definitely agree with you that he's not even transonic when it comes to running speed, but I'm certain that he's hypersonic when it comes to attacking, blocking or dodging. Saying Toji is massively hypersonic though is pure conjecture, and arguably, considerable overhype.

One thing people probably get wrong is they probably think he’s faster than the second fastest old man since he beat Dagon but the problem with that is the old guy has travel speed not combat speed his ability allows him to move fast and preplanned set of motions. He can’t really Go of course after he chooses to go straight and secondly, he wasn’t able to use his Ab ability in the fight with Dagon witch allowed Dagon to catch up since if he used his projection sorcery, he would’ve been eaten by fish since you can’t outrun an attack that instantly appears on you
And yeah, he probably has a lot of experience running fast without leaving much of a trace since he’s a hitman, assassin type of guy his job needs him to be stealthy
I think toji would probably be more like 90-95kg. As it looks like he's wearing a compression shirt which makes everything look way bigger.Anthony joshua for example is 6ft6 and really massive. Surely toji can't be around 10lbs less . At tojis height 240lbs would look pretty much ridiculous . In fact Chris bumstead weighs in at 230 when fompeting and looks substantially bigger.
Great point! I saw a comment like this on my TikTok as well. I almost changed it to be around 200, but i made the assumption the heavenly packs are sleeper builds and that he likely has a little bit more weight to him than he looks. I just forgot to add it.
Mai's revolver (as shown for the Maki bullet catch feat) appears to be a S&W 629 or equivalent with a 5" barrel (the 629 is only available in .44 remington magnum).
Depending on the load, most factory ammo will push anywhere from ~1150 fps to ~1370 fps at the muzzle when fired from a 5" barrel.
Do with that information what you will.
U forgot that he can Blick. I feel like he can be faster when he isn't in combat. Since he has no curse energy I feel like his speed is much more higher.

I can confidently say he's as fast as 550 mph, he can instantly move in a speed that is comparable to this since his stamina basically breaks the limit. I don' t believe he can go above like mach 1, he's still really strong though. If you are already subsonic you're already fast, and you can do heck a lot of techniques to make yourself faster if you have instant acceleration.
There are vids saying toji can run at at least 400 mph your down sizing him a lot saying he can basically only run at 60-70 mph because he ran on water

@@Warlock-9While I can't speak for the manga. In the anime, he saw Nye significantly before it fired lightning, theoretically allowing him time to counter or run as we see him doing in the next scene.
@@ThatAnimeTheorist About Toji's speed, it is possible that he has the fastest running speed in the verse, even faster than Sukuna on foot as he is the only character who dodged Blue's Attraction whereas Sukuna was getting pulled by Blue's Attraction.
I know it was Teen Gojo who used it but the speed of Attraction shouldn't really change because the attraction is the result of Universe correcting the negative distance created by Blue so Toji is running faster than the attraction and even against Awakened Gojo Toji didn't mention anything about Blue becoming faster even though he knows how Red, Blue and Infinity work.

@@roberttaylor7940 we could make the argument that Toji's reaction speed or precognition (Maki detecting air vibration to beat cursed Naoya going mach 3)could counter anything Toge does, ultimately it just is dependent on the circumstances like if they know eachothers powers or how far they are (like Adult Geto v Toji which if Toji can ambush Geto and stay as close as possible and not have Geto get room to breath and maintains pressure and just sheer aggression then yea Toji would win but if Geto gets the drop and attacks Toji at mid-far range and spams all the cursed spirits he has in his arsenal then Geto would win)
Also as for Toji's hand to hand combat speed or speed in general,we can go off on him avoiding nue'e lighting and the killer bunny scene where he threw playful cloud up into the air,stomped the ground and flicked the pebbles(which most likely went past the speed of sound going by the visuals)to kill the bunnies(excluding pre heavenly restriction Maki dodging the bullet point blank because gege flat out retconned it
