I always enjoy watching Dame Edna. Her routine never gets old.

Don't think we will ever see anyone with such quick wit and ability to captivate like Edna can. Will be a very sad day when Barry Humphries dies.

Die Dame (English: The Lady, female article in German - GRIN) was the first illustrated magazine in Germany to cater to the interests of modern women. It was also considered the "best journal of its kind in the world market" after the First World War.[1] The lifestyle magazine began in 1911 and ended in 1943.
I'd like to address my Murcan brethren & sistren - let's face it, there is no such word in Murcan English - come on, 3/4 of the American Population don't even know that Dame means Lady!
Und getz sind sie dran Frau Klittenschwulerbittenschweicher!
PS Sorry, Dame Edna, I just had to, I mean, I'm a naturalized Murcan Citizen, and all I'm getting from DONNY'S SUBJECTS IS ATTITUDE - you feel me, Donnie shouldn't be Prez to begin wid!

Gloria is a crap interviewer. Parky practically done the interview for her!

I feel like she just realised Dame Edna's ability to do it herself and let it unfold. I'd much rather her than a host who tries to control a conversation with Edna... it just doesn't work and ends up feeling uncomfortable.
