Col.Wangchuk is the true Lion of Ladakh. We all should be eternally grateful to him and his 'boys' who have guarded our country in such hostile terrain. What amazes me is that these bravehearts are so selfless and never crib about the lack of recognition for their phenomenal work.

So far I have understood that Islam as a religion might capture a land but the compassion an patriotism is not something in their reading, India as a country has army that irrespective of the govt in power serves the nation. And not just the army even every single person in this nation has some part of his heart that beats for the wellfare of the nation ,be it by paying taxes or taking bullets. I adore the nation and my grandfather after retirement from IA said one day, It is better to take a bullet and die like a soldier than to live your life as a civilian. The compassion and pation for serving and fighting is something I don't believe any other service could offer. Proud to be an army grandson. Jai Hind !!
