I would say going to the actual physical locations where this industry happens and literally introduce yourself. I have no musical training or exceptional talent, but I now have a career in the music industry simply because I went to shows and talked to people.

Trade school if you're a poor. College if your parents could afford to send you 3+ times without being financially burdened.
