Spyro 3 Anti Piracy 117% Speedrun

The anti piracy measures of Spyro 3 are known to frustrate players. In this video I will show what the fastest route for getting through this version of the game is. This route is unfortunately not the safest route and it puts the only RNG part at the end of it, which can be annoying, but it also saved me some hours of playtime. This is my first speedrun, that I ever made. It is not a fast run, but it is very effective against the measurements with the route.
I also uploaded other videos, that show this version of the game. The casual run shows the safest and easiest route and the Sorceress reset run shows what happens after you play the game again after the Sorceress deletes your file. I am currently working on an animation, that will explain everything, that I know about this version of the game and how my experience was with it, but it will probably take some years to finish.
I loved trying to figure new things out as a kid and beat the game for the first time with 117% when I was 12-13 years old, which was around 2014. I got the game from my cousin when I was 5 on christmas and it quickly became my favourite game. It took me a long time to figure out, that the issues of this game were caused by the anti piracy measures and not by the scratches of the CD.
After beating the game for the first time, I managed to learn new things about it, so that I found ways to beat it quicker. It took me 2 weeks to beat the game a second time and now I found a way to do it in less than 8 hours. I beat the game countless times now and I got quite a good understanding of it. Many people think, that the measurements are random, but most of them arent. There are two things, that I havent figured out yet. The first thing, that I havent figured out, is, how to get George (the egg in the Sorceress's Lair) and the second thing is, what exactly causes gem deletions. I managed to trace the gem deletions out to some extent. If you manage to get through the first 2 worlds without causing a gem deletion then you most likely wont experience one in your later playthrough. The best method to avoid gem deletions is to collect as few things as possible and rush through the levels until you beat Spike for the first time. I managed to figure this out thanks to Sgt Byrd not loading until I was 10 years old, so I couldnt progress until then, but it showed me, that something was off until this point of the game. To those people, who are wondering, how I managed to get to Sgt Byrd: One day I decided to wait for a long time at the loading screen and to wash the CD from time to time. I stared for at least 2 hours on the loading screen, but it was worth it and eventually the level loaded. The loading time got to my surprise shorter and shorter through the years. Spike was also affected by the scratches and also had issues with loading the level and the textures, which also got better.
