32:20 Zoe: "I'm sorry, Spyro, but you seem to be playing a hacked version of this game. This may be a illegal copy. Since this copy has been modified, you may experience problems that would not occur on a legal copy."
@Proto I know im late to the party but i have some interesting info for you. I actually found a way to prevent the missing gems and egg resets which allowed me to enter super bonus round and beat the sorceress there, so in the end i had 20000 gems and all eggs except the first sorceress fight one, there is no way to bypass that hard reset as far as i know :D 1)First of all you had to not pick up any gems untill you reached midnight mountain area. That meant playing without sparks all the way till there. Then you would start clearing the game in reverse basically. midnight mountain -> evening lake -> midday gardens -> sunrise spring 2)You had to do alot of glitching with swimming in air to avoid getting eggs or paying moneybags untill midnight mountain. 3)Finally you had to glitch the game on purpose with the buzz's dungeon glitch (one where you fly with rocked to sorceress lair but takes you to buzz dungeon instead lol), beat him, and then you would be taken to super bonus round area xD You could get missing gems here too if you didnt avoid them up untill midnight mountain. I found all this by myself as a kid, i think i spent over 1000 hours in the cracked version of the game (guess i dont have to mention at this point that im a huge spyro fan). Most of the time i spent in midnight mountain trying to get up on the big tower where portal to sorc lair is xD I remember seeing those stairs up on the roof that looked sooooo mysterious, i did manage to get there via proxy jumping in that big yellow helmet hehe.
@@odesel holy shit man you're crazy!!! You should make a video of beating it that way. Or at least make the video of how you flew on that spot in midnight mountains!
I feel bad for a Child who genuinely thought this was the legal copy and had to struggle just to beat it only to eventually realize the anti piracy measures
Long before I knew about the anti-piracy code on Spyro 3, I used a game cheat on my legal copy and accessed the voice clips in the game. For fun, I checked out the very last clip, 201 I think, and it was Zoe's "you seem to be playing a hacked copy" line. I thought it was talking to me about the cheat so I freaked out and tried to exit, but the clip played over and over during gameplay. I was terrified and had to reset the console, lol. It would be many years before I realised that game hadn't become sentient.
@@BagzAndPresident They however are not the Insomniac we are still nostalgic about. Spiderman is cool and all, but the friends we lost weigh more than the friends we gained.
You can just imagine them all sitting around giggling about this when they were making this anti-piracy code, can't you? They planned every little "glitch," no doubt, especially that final reset with the Sorceress.
Zoe: Since this copy has been modified, you may experience problems that would not occur on a legal copy. Players: So in other words, an actual _hard mode?_ Zoe: *listen here you little shit*
This is all coming back to me now. Back when I was young, I didn't know my copy was pirated and I had weird problems while playing the game. I considered those problems to be normal and solvable and so I continued until the end. On the last boss, when my save file got erased, I actually thought I had to finish the game all over again from the start. The thing is, I also thought the game was now in a harder difficulty and also with some secrets. Nonetheless, this game holds a spot in my heart. Those times were just magical.
Pirated copies of some games had that "Paradox" intro. It's rare though, most of them used the regular Sony startup screen. This stuff was genuinely scary to me..
and I thought I am the only one who was scared as hell because of that paradox intros! I hated it when my dad started games with these intros and I still get goosebumps these days (I am 26 now...). childhood trauma :')
Dang, it was such a pain in one place to play this "cracked" game in my childhood and I didn't know that it was "improperly cracked". This was a mystery for me for many years. I think, I still have this disc around thanks to bootleggers. I thought that I had a silly bug when I was yanked from the boss fight leaving me with no eggs and ruined savegame. After that I said duck that and blamed pesky bugs for that. 😤
I had the same issue but with a copy of Ape Escape I rented from Blockbuster. I didn't know until over a decade later thanks to Cutting Room Floor that the reason input suddenly died on the main menu even with working controllers is because the game disk for some reason thought it was hacked/cracked/pirated.
@@MrNoob30 Interesting possibly the disk got scratched a set way to cause the system to read it as a hacked/cracked/pirated version , I say this as I know afew games I played so much over the years I thought it was just the disk became so damaged/scratched from use they acted weird but later found out the systems started reading them as a illegitimate copys for some reason I still am unsure of why unless it was the years of wear and tear on the games that made the systems not able to properly read the disks
8:18:15 We're Insomniac! Hey! (x2) Now listen closely! Here's a little lesson in dickery, this is going down in history! If you wanna pirate our beloved game, you're in for a surprise that's really lame!
Oh wow, this was part of my childhood. Oh boy was I confused when it started pulling things back and locking sheila constantly. I thought it was part of the game that the Sorceress was stealing the eggs and I wasnt quick enough but when I got the first world ''completed'' Zoe blasted me with the truth, though I didnt know english that well back then. I had to ask my parents what did this mean because I knew what 'illegal' meant. Then I saved the game, came back to it and I was warping from world 1 to 3 and eventually straight to Sorceress, once I got to final battle from sgt. Birds homelevel. Very great antipiracy system. I had a feeling it wasnt a normal copy because the game started up with PARADOX menu with very loud keygen-type music and options to have invulnerability and such.
There were more anti-piracy codes that I suffered through that didn't appear here. It proves how thorough the developers were to stop piracy. I will never forgive my father for all of the wasted time. This video was 8 hours long. My experience was over 10 times longer.
Did you had portals in Midnight Mountain Home swapped to Sunrise Spring Home levels?! So that way, you couldnt access any 4th homeworld's levels?! I did....
@@deoxysandmew2162 Sometimes it did that or not, I think it's a 50/50 chance. I also remember being trapped in Sunrise Spring after leaving one of the levels.
Aaah, the memories. 😭 I remember when me, my brother and my cousin were playing Spyro 2 many years ago. I told my cousin: "I wonder if a third Spyro game even exists". She told me that it existed, but most importantly that she had got it. However, it was an anti-piracy version of the game. I was literally over the moon when I realized that I could play the third Spyro game in that exact moment. I personally didn't care it was a "strange" copy. I started to play it... and it was really fun for me. However, due to the anti-piracy, all of us were struggling in completing the game. No matter how hard we tried: there were levels impossible to complete since some gems were missing. And what about the final boss battle? Oh, boy... everything was reset... all the hardly obtained progresses in the game were GONE! So, we gave up on it. Years later I decided to purchase a normal copy of this game... I still remember the same joy I was feeling: a feeling similar to that I had when I was a child. I played the game, I remembered it very well, and finally completed it... once, twice, thrice, and so on. I finally completed a game that, for the anti-piracy motivation, was impossible to complete. Oh... and when Spyro Reignited Trilogy was released, I was more than happy to complete it again. 😍
This explains all the weird things I experienced when I played this game as a child, tho it didn't feel as bad because I was never trying to get all gems/eggs
I've thought about trying it it is possible to get a random warp to the sorceress once the game starts messing with you don't remember if it's predictable though
@@ProtoStuff A lot more in fact. Like the Midnight Mountain Home can get in a state of being totally unplayable, cause it will swap the portals with the 1st homeworld levels, making the 4th homeworld's levels fully inaccessible.
Leaving a comment with a timestamp to make sure I don't lose my progress through this video. Will edit as I get further. 2:55:56 I swear Proto dealt me 10 psychic damage every time they got frustrated.
Thank you for putting the effort into making this video! Way back in the day I never tried to 100% games, I always just wanted to get to the end, skipping through dialogue and cutscenes etc. I was always so confused about getting teleported back to the beginning of the game when I got to the sorceress. I must have got to the end three or four times thinking it wouldn't happen the next time. I was just a kid so the fact it was a pirated copy never even crossed my mind. My parents never had a lot of money but always tried to make sure I had everything I wanted so one of my dad's friends would bring round 'copies' of games every now and again. I've since completed this game 117%. Totally forgive you and your friend, dad. Thanks for the memories
Fun fact: some later prints of a legit copy of Spyro 3 would accidentally trigger the "anti-piracy" code causing an extra gem to be placed either in Fireworks Factory, Sunrise Spring, or Agent 9's Lab. It would always be a 5 gem causing you to have more than 115% at the end of the game if you could find a way to get into the Super Bonus Round
GD Colbert Omg I had a legal copy of Spyro and ended up getting an extra 5 gem in Agent 9’s Firework Factory part. But it was weird because it disappeared later on?
You are one of the most dedicated people I have ever seen. I do not have the confidence or determination required to complete the pirated version of this game.
i remember back in the day when my country never sold legit copies and all of them where pirated then burned into a disc for this game my cousin and i encountered 2 different anti piracy and pretty late game his version: when you reach final boss she resets your game and deletes your save forcing you to play again my version: instead of going to the final area the rocket takes me to the bonus area where i cant do anything there nor can i go to final area man they know how to troll
Everyone's going on about the Spike Fight, but are we not gonna talk about the skateboard race, where the guy went rocketing into acid TWICE and then launched himself into a wall, losing 1st place right at the very end? Equal parts hilarious and frustrating. Bless u, though, OP, for providing this really neat insight into hell.
It's always fascinating to see game developers show ways to punish piraters, and this is no exception. It's nothing new; it's been going on for years. Here are some other examples: Mirror's Edge: On the third level, while running toward the edge of the building you'll slow down, so you can't make the jump. Crysis Warhead: Instead of bullets, your gun will shoot chickens, making it more likely to have a flurry of feathers than a bunch of blood. Serious Sam 3: A giant pink scorpion whatchamawhozits comes out of nowhere and will kill you in cold blood over and over, and is invulnerable to your pathetic attempts to do it in. Batman Arkham Asylum: You can't use Batman's cape, thus making some jumps impossible. Grand Theft Auto IV: Let's just say this isn't for people who get carsick (pun intended). Though I'll also ask: How much whiskey did you drink before playing?! The Sims 4: At one point it becomes pixelated. And not just in one area; oh, no, the pixelating will grow and grow until your screen is one big blur. EarthBound (Mother 2): Seems like this and Spyro 3 could be distant cousins, as this game has an erasure glitch similar to Spyro 3's! Except worse, that is. Game Dev Tycoon: It's about time the piraters got a taste of their own medicine, amirite? Skull Girls: In one of the most creative anti-piracy measures, piraters get this rhetorical question: "What is the square root of a fish? Now I'm sad." Those are just a few though. If you're curious about more, I recommend you check out GamerRaf's channel, as he has four videos titled "5 Games with Genius Anti-Piracy Measures." Check those out; they might make your jaw drop!
Actually, Earthbound had a different approach in making gameplay more frustrating. Specifically adding an absurd amount of enemies to every area, including areas that aren't supposed to have them.
@@Ori_Kohav That, and it does have an erasure glitch a bit like Spyro 3's. During the final boss fight, the game freezes up, forcing you to restart it. You're thinking "No big; this'll unfreeze it and then Giygas is going down!" That is, until you find that ALL THREE SAVE FILES ARE ERASED! That's what I meant by my comment about it being worse than Spyro 3's.
I never realised until a few years ago why my Sheila eggs constantly reset along with problems with Buzz's dungeon and with the whirligig sat on top of another
i only ever had this version growing up, but i played it over and over anyways kudos to you for actually doing it, i was only able to get as far as midnight mountain before everything got so bad
@@mattbryan1099 Good luck. Though I doubt that it would be useful given that you need literally all the gems not just to access Super Bonus Round itself but to open all the gates and pirated copies delete gems.
I remember accidentally stumbling into the Super Bonus Round when I was 10. Me and my brother were freaking out over how we ended there with so many eggs and gems that weren't collected.
@@themagicrat8020 Actually, Naveek here is right! I remember that after when I beat Scorch, the rocket's color palette got messed up (rainbow like/glitchy) and then the game said.... "returning to Super Bonus Round". And it did.... sadly... only 1000 something gems I could have obtained from there, before I had to exit that level, since the threshold was around 16000 gems to access the further parts of the final area. In fact, there is still videos with proof that this indeed happens in the paradox version of Spyro 3.
Okay, I've played this game all my childhood and if you want to avoid all this glitches, just miss some gems on levels in Sunrise Spring Home. Eggs and gems will not disappear anymore, but Sorceress's lair will drop you to Sunrise Spring anyway. Don't remember how it works on Midnight Mountain levels replacement to Sunrise Spring ones.
Apparently, if the legit disc is scratched up enough it's starts glitching and zoe will start saying this constantly. I had a Spyro 3 disc I had 100% multiple times for years, but then that happened.
That is for the version. Greatest hits gave a proper theme for this fight, but prior on that the original NTSC version has missing themes, e.g Lost fleet and Super Bonus Round had the same music. Sorry for my english
@@Alfangelwolf Yeah, that's probably because the developers had to rush a bit to finish the game by 2000, the actual Year of the Dragon. The Greatest Hits version does have proper themes for every place, since Stewart Copeland was able to put them in before that version was released. BTW, I recommend the Greatest Hits version best. It's the least glitchy and problematic of Spyro 3 copies. It's also the version I happen to own.
I had this very version as a kid. You can't imagine the tantalizing pain of never being able to complete my favorite Spyro game. I first beat it in like 2009 when I was 12 and discovered EPSXE.
Когда я была маленькая, то именно в эту версию я и играла. Я даже не знала, что существуют пиратские игры. И все равно не смотря на это я постаралась максимально пройти игру, насколько это возможно. Но моё детское сердце было разбито 💔
I had this Spyro game and ever experienced Sparx became green after losing the battle with Spike for many times and Sparx was still green after eating butterflies, when I was on 4th grade of elementary school in 2000s.
I used to play the “illegal copy” when I was 7-8 years old and I never ended the game because of the errors that I experimented while playing (black screens, deleted files, endless loading times, etc). I was upset because I really loved the game and thought it was a problem of my playstation. Now I realize that it was all planned by the developers. Gg Insomniac, gg
This was very cruel of them. Most kids playing a hacked version dont understand what's going on. They dont understand their version is different from the retail version or that they have to buy it for things to work. Its punishing someone for something they didnt know they did
I can't belive the version of spyro 3 that I played when I was a child had the anti-piracy code activated I remember that after listening to the beginning music but if I remember correctly the version I played it had a cheat menu with this music (But you couldnt activate any cheat dunno why) And about the bianca cutscene trigger I remember going in her level but if you die you return to the night hub and crossing the 100k gems door........ lol
I remember beating Scorch's Pit and get the rocket to get glitchy color palette (rainbow like) and transported me to "Super Bonus Round". Which I could have gotten only 1000 gems in there before exiting the levels, cause I couldnt progress... The other doors required 16000 gems and more, so it was out of the question...
About a version: Many of this things can be easily beaten even without normal version, so this one is also possible to almost finish (20000 gems and 149 eggs). I was suprised when user odesel posted this info (thanks to him for that), but it's just confirmed and i wrore it on ru sites. Some general tips: 1. Reach Midnight Mountain with 0 gems (use in-game glitches like swim in air) and never pay Moneybags for anything. 2. Get eggs carefully and don't repeat Sheila's one (or Byrd), until it's really required. 3. After getting to Midnight Mountain, you need to beat all 4 Sparx levels (glitch with Midnight levels must be active). And you have to activate hard mode before getting to Cloud Spires or 5th gem will always drop to you (can be gotten in Sunny Villa). 4. Game must be beaten backwards (from Midnight to Evening Lake, then Midway and finally Sunrise), that's the only way to keep all eggs and gems positive. All of this are only general and more info was writen on russian, but if you still interested - i can post a txt file. :) And unfortunately, Sorceress 1st egg can be only gotten by fixing a battle with Artmoney, there is no other way to pass this one without doing that. About a video: 1. Hard mode can be activated with same way as normal version of the game. Nothing has changed, but i agree that it's hard to fight with green-bugged Sparx. 2. You didn't show Dino Mines'Agent 9 and this area keeps a most reset (except a Sorceress one of course). It can reset either ALL eggs or only 1st, 2nd and 3rd homeworlds. Can be passable by points above.
Dang! I would love to see somebody do video on "THAT". Getting someone to play this game backwards and trying to get 100% or 117% if truly possible. That would be VEEEEERY interesting to watch and finally, that incomplete crack would be fully documented all the way through.
I know I'm late on this but I am aware of the fact I didn't show everything. Remember, this was one sitting, something that was clearly taking a toll on me. I already did a 12 hour session prior to this without recording so it was quite a poor choice. Additionally, in the description at the bottom i mentioned that while I didn't do everything, you can get 98% (an estimate, I cant prove it). Some of the stages or side levels like Agent 9's can only be accessed via glitches, some of them are easy and some of them are hard. After enough fatigue it's not worth trying. However, you CANNOT get 100%, no matter what
You underrated this protection, 117% is possible :) I decided after all put my videos from 2016 as a proof of getting everything. Not too much left to upload. Normally you can get 20000 gems and 149 eggs after doing it all correctly. Sorceress' egg is specific and it'll be discussed in last video. However time of doing it all can be easily like 12 or more hours because you need to prepare a game for backward walkthrough otherwise you easily trap youself.
Yes.... which when I was a kid and playing this game for the first time had to beat this monster in almost no damage run. It took more than 50 lives to beat him like for real ugh....
Rewriting this comment, since it was deleted for some reason. I don't think Spike's AI was altered. It felt every bit as hard in the legit copy I got for my birthday. It just gets easier if you die too much in this fight, in Spike firing less with his gun.
Here's a good tip for the Spike fight: During the first stage, with the rocks, don't blindly rush toward one while he's firing at you; that's a good way to get hit. Instead, dodge the shots when you're near a rock, slow down as you near one if you have to, and then charge one right after he's done firing. Trust me; there have been several times where I haven't gotten hit once during that stage as a result of doing it this way.
@RichardGarcia93 Yeah, it takes place from Spyro's perspective and has him trying to go through the adventure to save all the eggs, only to be hindered by several inconveniences that are downright creepy (the anti-piracy measures). I thought writing it that way would make it even creepier.
Purchasing original PS1 games in Colombia was imposible at that time, piracy was masive here, so all of us who played spyro 3 as kids never completed the game. I really thank to activision for releasing reignited trilogy :3
Also, I assume you were playing the PAL version, since the pirated NTSC version also randomly changes the language to German at some point. Plus since you skipped the cutscenes, you missed on another anti-piracy tweak that is specifically for the PAL version. The cutscenes are off-sync with the sound, and in most cases, they get muted in the middle.
You have it backwards. The PAL version would change languages, not NTSC. The reason for this is the NTSC version lacks multiple language options in full and only provides English. I have not tried the PAL version yet.
@@ProtoStuff That's odd. In the copy I loaned from my friend, there was an option to pick between the versions, and I always picked the PAL version, since the NTSC displayed black and white on my screen. While I did experience all the measures in this video and more, the language never changed. Either you got it backwards, or it has to do with me resetting on every lasting glitch (sparx color issue and pausing disabled), which reversed said glitch.
That's related to the video signal. PAL/NTSC dont output properly on displays expecting the opposite format (PAL display expecting NTSC for example). The cracks made usually had options to force a video signal to play on systems that it wasn't intended to. I assure you, NTSC did not have language switching because NTSC only had 1 language in it's data while PAL has multiple others.
Ohhhh god, I played the paradox hack of spyro 3 when I was a kid. I remember that, at some point, all the portals in Midnight Mountain send you to the Sunrise Spring levels. Also, if you beat "Sorceress" Buzz, they send you in a glitched rocket to the Super Bonus Round
Jesus. I rember that shit. I had spyro 3 from bosnia (of course only pirated) and i didnt know whats pirated and whats not as a kid. I was crying after the game resets on me. Now i will alway have paranoia once i have reached the sorceress, even with an original copy and even in the reignited trilogy.
Thank goodness my copy of this game as a kid was legitimate. All my folks knew how to do was copy tapes from the blockbuster up the road using a dual VCR setup. They knew little about games or that bootlegs even existed (and neither did I at like 6 years old).

@@TheUltimateRare Of course you think that because you are a weeb, and weebs literally have less than 35 IQ, this guy cc12_ is 100% right, if the game doesn't let you end it because the game reset is scripted, you finished the game.

@Proto I know im late to the party but i have some interesting info for you. I actually found a way to prevent the missing gems and egg resets which allowed me to enter super bonus round and beat the sorceress there, so in the end i had 20000 gems and all eggs except the first sorceress fight one, there is no way to bypass that hard reset as far as i know :D
1)First of all you had to not pick up any gems untill you reached midnight mountain area. That meant playing without sparks all the way till there. Then you would start clearing the game in reverse basically. midnight mountain -> evening lake -> midday gardens -> sunrise spring
2)You had to do alot of glitching with swimming in air to avoid getting eggs or paying moneybags untill midnight mountain.
3)Finally you had to glitch the game on purpose with the buzz's dungeon glitch (one where you fly with rocked to sorceress lair but takes you to buzz dungeon instead lol), beat him, and then you would be taken to super bonus round area xD
You could get missing gems here too if you didnt avoid them up untill midnight mountain.
I found all this by myself as a kid, i think i spent over 1000 hours in the cracked version of the game (guess i dont have to mention at this point that im a huge spyro fan). Most of the time i spent in midnight mountain trying to get up on the big tower where portal to sorc lair is xD

I thought it was talking to me about the cheat so I freaked out and tried to exit, but the clip played over and over during gameplay. I was terrified and had to reset the console, lol.

You're doomed!
Here are some other examples:
Mirror's Edge: On the third level, while running toward the edge of the building you'll slow down, so you can't make the jump.
Now I'm sad."
Those are just a few though.
Another notable example is Dungeon Master from 1987 for the Amiga: ruclips.net/video/VheNpiSZxf0/видео.html
I never realised until a few years ago why my Sheila eggs constantly reset along with problems with Buzz's dungeon and with the whirligig sat on top of another
God bless your soul, I wouldn't even be able to play an hour of the pirated version without smashing my TV.
i only ever had this version growing up, but i played it over and over anyways
kudos to you for actually doing it, i was only able to get as far as midnight mountain before everything got so bad
Apparently if you select "Sorceress's Lair" and then defeat Buzz it can take you directly to the Super Bonus Round.
I'm going to try this
@@mattbryan1099 Good luck. Though I doubt that it would be useful given that you need literally all the gems not just to access Super Bonus Round itself but to open all the gates and pirated copies delete gems.
This sounds hilariously like the kind of thing people would make up about how to get Mew on R/B/Y back in the day yet I also completely believe you
I remember accidentally stumbling into the Super Bonus Round when I was 10.
Imagine if you got this game fair and square but Zoe still tells you that you're playing a hacked version.

Thanks I was searching this gameplay from a long time
He did it, the mad man.
I had this very version as a kid. You can't imagine the tantalizing pain of never being able to complete my favorite Spyro game. I first beat it in like 2009 when I was 12 and discovered EPSXE.
Gg Insomniac, gg
the ending always makes me so mad, just imagine if this was on a legitimate copy
About a version:
Many of this things can be easily beaten even without normal version, so this one is also possible to almost finish (20000 gems and 149 eggs). I was suprised when user odesel posted this info (thanks to him for that), but it's just confirmed and i wrore it on ru sites. Some general tips:
And unfortunately, Sorceress 1st egg can be only gotten by fixing a battle with Artmoney, there is no other way to pass this one without doing that.
About a video:
I decided to upload videos from 2016, you can check first results in my channel :)
It'll be 117% but with explained detailes in discription.
@@ShingerZero NEAT!
There is only part 1 for now.... but I will wait till the rest is released. ;D
However, you CANNOT get 100%, no matter what
You underrated this protection, 117% is possible :)
I decided after all put my videos from 2016 as a proof of getting everything.
This is so interesting! Thank you for putting your time into this. Great video :)
I’d like to see this again, except halfway through, leave the memory card in but replace the pirated disc with a regular disc and see what happens
Yeah
Green sparx actually seems to come into effect at 3:27:15, in the middle of the fight. Interesting.
Yes.... which when I was a kid and playing this game for the first time had to beat this monster in almost no damage run.
It took more than 50 lives to beat him like for real ugh....
Imagine the skate park eggs being reset... I believe that's the most annoying part for how long it could take.
That Final Boss Thing Just Completely *Burns* You.
THIS UNLOCKED SO MANY MEMORIES INSIDE MEEEE
OMG THE PARADOX TITLE SCREEN
THE GREEN SPARX
OMGG
Rewriting this comment, since it was deleted for some reason.
I don't think Spike's AI was altered. It felt every bit as hard in the legit copy I got for my birthday.
It just gets easier if you die too much in this fight, in Spike firing less with his gun.
What I was thinking, comparing this footage to regular spike fight.
The real crime isn't the illegal copy, it''s Moneybags constantly fcking you over with his greed.
Feels like a creepypasta experience
I've actually started writing a creepypasta about something like this!
@@artbytesia do tell?
@RichardGarcia93 Yeah, it takes place from Spyro's perspective and has him trying to go through the adventure to save all the eggs, only to be hindered by several inconveniences that are downright creepy (the anti-piracy measures). I thought writing it that way would make it even creepier.
So much effort....
Thank you so much for this video.
Do you have videos of the cutscenes doing that? Sounds great
You have it backwards.
@@themagicrat8020 no. My friend's copy might be gone now. And trust me, those cutscene versions are not worth it.
Proto you are AMAZING some of those mini games are hard but look so easy when you are doing it
Ohhhh god, I played the paradox hack of spyro 3 when I was a kid. I remember that, at some point, all the portals in Midnight Mountain send you to the Sunrise Spring levels. Also, if you beat "Sorceress" Buzz, they send you in a glitched rocket to the Super Bonus Round
Greetings from Finland! This is next level speed running🔥
you are an absolute legend for doing this.
You are a brave soul, punishing yourself like this so we don't have to.
This is not the pirated game. this is just the asian release for competitive players in asia who wanted to have some more challenge
I was so expecting someone to attempt this. When i played this, i even managed to reach Super Bonus Round with a glitched rocket.
Out of curiosity, what’s the song that plays in the beginning? I typed “PlayStation Paradox Innovators not Imitators” and didn’t get anything. Is the system a bootleg or something?
Nvm I found the song

The game reset thing is scripted on final boss, so if you get fucked by that you beated the game
@@TheUltimateRare Of course you think that because you are a weeb, and weebs literally have less than 35 IQ, this guy cc12_ is 100% right, if the game doesn't let you end it because the game reset is scripted, you finished the game.
@@lightningmcqueen420 well of course he's right, are people not allowed to have fun anymore? I watch anime like, once a month or less. Sue me. probably less often than most people do.
thanks for taking the time to do this! this is awesome
imagine being an unsuspecting kid, who has a broke mom and got this game. and this happens.
imagine this:
hell has video games but most of it is like this
Was i the only one who paused and read the disclaimer?
No, I did too.
No, everyone did.
Amazing in that Whack a Mole mission how you killed two birds with one stone as Bentley… twice!
I remember crying my ass off everytime i finish shiela's alp 100% and after exiting the level, one egg goes missing. I fuckin broke my game disk that time thats why i hated spyro 3 when i was a kid. Never knew that was a pirated version and this video made me come to my senses. Childhood nightmare indeed.
well i remember this when i was a child, i asked why my progress was slowly dissapearing, i thought it was something to do withe the game... or the plot, who knows, like the villains stealing things that i already do.. Maybe i didnt care about that.. i enjoyed playing the game because it was fun.
