    You are not what you do with other people. You are what you decide to consciously do when alone. Only when alone you can think well, slowly, undisrupted, unpressed, sorting what you see as good, yours, worthwhile. Then you can add these things together generelasing laws about you, and detailing what else fits you. And being You is not the End. After you get your path you shouldn't stay alone. When you learn the path it's time to walk it. It's time to put your stamp on the world. And it's time to create a synthesis with other's similar to you. Since you got truth then it's worth to share. To help others who may not figure it out as easy as you. You are inspiration to others. Not many others though. Only moments are pretty only isolated spaces are great. You are here to build own space. You are a bird & every bird needs a nest & a company. If you have confidence you know yourself you have confidence in next generation you will be parent of. Don't let dreams of others monopolise the world and destroy other ppl spaces & block your dream. Living is a teamwork. But choosing & learning about mates is the most important thing.

    This has been true for me. I wanted to be a group fitness instructor. For the first year, I had horrible butterflies every time I went to teach a class, and, I sucked. I kept showing up and I started getting better and better. I also kept studying and staying interested in my craft. I saw many people who wanted to teach come and go over the years, because the first few years are so hard. My husband is a good mountain biker, and he came home one night and told me he understood what it was that made people good at biking, he said you have to like to suffer. The rewards have been that he can go on incredible rides and get incredible thrills. He also gets to have a group of friends with a common interest, which is very bonding and very fulfilling. I have come back to playing an instrument in my adult life, and I found the same fulfillment by sticking with it. I now have a group of friends to hang out with once a week and play music! If you find something you love, just keep doing it, despite the hard times, despite the criticism, despite everything, don't give up. The longer you do something, the more masterful you become and the more enjoyable it is.

I never thought people were jealous...i more internalized that i wasnt good enough to the point where it crippled me. i never walked away from it. i kept going, but i have always thought that if i kept going, it would pay off in the end and i would be the artist that ive envisioned myself being. you do have to go within, and stop chasing validation(which was something he did in the story).

    Suffering for a goal is actually very empowering, as it comes with purpose. Suffering without a goal is experienced just as externally imposed torture. An example: an aching shoulder after working hard towards fitness goals often feels like a badge of honour. While an aching shoulder from low pressure and an arthritic injury can feel like a punishment from a mistake of the past. Same shoulder, same person, same level of pain - different relationship to agency and idenity.

    I think people willing to suffer are the ones who already know themselves. When we know what we want what we stand for we will suffer to make sure we achieve that. Regardless what anyone else thinks. Sometimes this causes us to be isolated which is painful but it's better to deal with pain then to sell out.

    I think it's a quite good lesson to learn from. When you think of it, it's not only a matter of your identity, or how you perceive yourself, it's also something you can understand by just having common sense, which is something we tend to lose when it comes to our pride or self-identity.

    I think what also plays a huge factor in this is, that suffering is different for everyone. Some people don't handle suffering so well because they have a 'weaker' nervous system and bad emotions really throws them off, while for others it's simply not that much of deal.

    • @Beatboxskill
      @Beatboxskill 2 года назад +3

      Yes absolutely this can be a cause of a lot of suffering.
      I wouldn't say we are not smart enough to end our suffering. Rather there is a part of us that wants us to suffer and enjoys it. And as this is a part of us it is also intelligent. So it's like a civil war inside of us. Maybe that's the problem on a bigger scale too. Part of the whole humanity, like it itself is conscious, wants that everything goes to hell.

    I take issue with the central premise that the goal should be to suffer. If you aren't careful with that kind of mindset you can easily end up with meaningless suffering, spending time and energy enduring things that don't have to be endured. It could be more effective to skip this for the concept underlying it: "Confront the problems that you're avoiding."
    With this mentality, it addresses the fact that you don't know yourself [willingly, in most cases]. The problems you suffer from will inevitably lead you to a source if you ask yourself enough questions, and along the way it encourages an attitude of never being satisfied with the answers you have. Not to mention that it forms a foundation for courageous behavior, since if you truly live this logic you'll always face things that scare you.

      Reflection is key in a world which contains almost none. Mind your own matters, because it matters if you don't mind.
      "Before I start, I must see my end. Destination known, my mind's journey now begins. Upon my chariot, heart and soul's fate revealed. In Time, all points converge: hope's strength, resteeled. But to earn final peace at the Universe's endless refrain, we must see all in nothingness... before we start again."

    I have a story quite opposite to the one told. I like writing roleplaying games (creating stories, rulesets etc. The whole process) i have made numerous games throughout but i have stuck with one the past few years. People love my game they love playing it they enjoy it with their heart to the most of my friends dont even like playing other rpgs anymore. I have heard overwhelmingly positive reactions on this and yet im always refining it and i always outdo myself....its like i can never be satisfied with my results i have to take my capabilities to their absolute limits. When people tell me they love it i feel inside me "no they are not viewing at it objectively enough its still flawed i can do better why dont they criticize me harder". But i believe they are sincere they HAVE told me when i was wrong in the past....its just this sentiment inside me that bugs me that i can still do much better.

    I can't help but be reminded of a quote from a Stoic philosopher, I forget which one. "If you wish to improve, be content to be thought foolish and stupid."

  • @pallmallninjak
    @pallmallninjak 7 месяцев назад

    Ppl can aid in ur self discovery by labeling ur characteristics and faults. From there you can ask ur self if ur actions actually apply to the label. “Oh your just a little too abrasive with her” then again it is important to recognize that one person‘s definition of the word abrasive can be completely different to your own or what is known to be abrasive by actual definition. I am not saying that people have a spot on accurate depiction of what you represent but without this type of input, you may be clueless to being aware of being abrasive. In short, what they say, gives you insight to yourself, but what you come to understand and realize is what you have learned about yourself and ultimately leads to self discovery or understanding. Which contributes to understanding who you have become from your learning experiences, which contribute to overall character development, aka knowing thy self.. ok that wasn’t in short.. lol 😅

    Selfimage is an illusion of the mind. Start by not having one, not creating one. Find what is natural to you. What comes from within. Do not create for fame or attention. Just express yourself and love it.

      so so so true like a OCD.. researching for answers and always making notes trying to heal ourselves becomes an addiction ..I think taking action is the answer.. take all the things we have learned and move we can't know everything ...and we cant ruminate forever maybe some hidden demons they have claws in many many souls here are traumatized and abused .. hurt people hurt people ....spiritual warfare going on ...I wish you best luck ♥♥♥

    According to N., what is the difference between pain and suffering?
    Bcuz, to me, pain is a consequence of life. Suffering is self torture, ruminating on old pains.
