Thanks for the information. How to combat if sleep is disturbed by night time urination. Even though with 12 hours dry fasting, I have to get up minimum two times to urinate.
Sir, try these tips.
1. Empty the bladder before going to bed.
2. Avoid caffeinated drinks before bed.
3. Try pelvic floor exercises to strengthen the bladder muscles.
4. According to the sleep foundation, having a warm red light on during the night helps (as they stimulate melatonin production) people who have nocturia.

I have some reservation about the deep sleep time [10pm to 2am] because there are people do night shift and sleep in the day time.

I have a cold bath at night before I sleep. Some nights when it is warm I take a second cold bath or even another to fall asleep. Warm baths would definitely not make me sleep. I go to bed between a little before 11.00 p.m and I get up at 6.30 a.m. My dinner is about 5.30 p.m. Yet some nights I struggle to sleep. I am 67 years old and retired. I do strenuous exercises to control my blood sugar level. I am a type 2 diabetic for about 30 years with A1C of 7.5. Any advise for me Doctor.
