I pretty much exclusively played Classified(still do for the most part).

I dont get why everybody keeps saying that people thought this map wasn't interesting. As soon as I saw the trailer, it was the only thing I wanted to play.
I was the same way. I get that it might seem a little cliche fighting in a gladiator arena, and it didn't help that there was the melee only rumor (which honestly made me more excited; a melee only mode would be awesome!), but there's something so simplistic yet exhilarating about the idea of fighting in a gladiator arena that I love, and it did not disappoint upon launch.
IX is easily my favorite map in Black Ops 4. Everything from the intro cutscene to the Avenged Sevenfold song that plays; it’s a super badass map that’s challenging but in all the right ways.
Honestly IX and Ancient Evil are well thought out maps and well executed my favorite part of these two maps are the Greek lore and the Easter eggs to me they were the most tolerable also I want to point out that the chaos crew and the chaos story maps were the best in my opinion and they were the most original maps and characters in bo4 in fact the only original things in bo4 zombies and well aether is better in almost all the minds of zombies fans I can agree to that. I’m sure if people gave chaos more of a chance it would be way more popular and looked at better the only problem I see with the chaos story is dead of the night voyage of despair is okay in my eye but both voyage and dotn are scars that will never heal overall I give the chaos story a 4.1 rating for now
Mr. Fusion Voyage of Despair is the most engaging to me. Find the others way too easy. Most people never even learned the map or less did the Easter egg (considering the percentage rate when you get the achievement is BELOW 1%), considering all of this I’ve come to the conclusion that a great majority of the people hating on it are just bandwagons. Most of the people I know that actually learned it love it for what it is: a flawed masterpiece.
And Dead Of The Night presented such a unique aesthetic, with the werwolves, silver bullets you needed to kill them, the vampires and amazing wonder weapons. The Easter egg was my personal favorite in all of BO4 zombies. The boss fight was memorable and fun, especially with friends, and again, the atmosphere plays a huge roll. Overall, I’m confused as to why these maps receive so much hate. Might have to do with youtubers and casual audiences not taking a liking to them do to the difficulty (even tho I found them quite easy for an experienced zombie player once you learn everything on them). Just my 2 cents 🤷🏽♂️

I’m from Scandinavian and Irish descent and loved the temples. I’ve always been a mythology nerd and know a lot about Norse Mythology as well as Greek and Egyptian Mythology. After playing IX I realized “oh crap there’s Irish Mythology” and instantly started reading about the Celtic Gods and the lore behind them. I loved IX because it peaked my interest the most. Ancient Evil was my second fav though, Love your vids and ik this vid is older but I was feeling a lil retrospective

I really like IX It's simplicity allows someone like me, a person who only has played bo2 zombies to make to round 40 and not feel bored doing it. It's not convoluted, it's buggy sometimes but other than that it's quite fun
How could you forget to mention that its the best map for leveling up, you can easily get an upgraded Strife and that you get an achievement for surviving in the starting room for 20 or 25 rounds which is really doable, even i managed to do it solo (dont attemt it with 4 players, max 2 players so everyone has good training space
Yes, but I still play. I remember the good old days of black ops 1 maybe black ops 2. The days of grabbing a gun, and training. Now you have to go around the map find parts for a shield, open like 7 doors to get power, go around and like activate things, then use the shield. It was just simpler than now. I miss it so much.
That’s one of the main reason’s I enjoyed IX was because of the different mythologies added like I find that interesting with the different gods/goddess, it was a great vibe

I honestly really like the Ra temple, I just like the feeling, and it's one of the first 2 you go into, it's the first one I ever wen into, when I went in I was like, holy sh*t, so the temple of Ra is amazing, but I seriously love the arena down below where the pack-a-punch is, you go in, you can pack-a-punch, and you can stay there the entire time, it's great for training, if you need to escape there's I think 3 or 4 exits if you're trapped, there are traps you can use, it's just a great area, I seriously liked this map
IX is an great map, love it. This map hit different so much that i found 5 things i love about the map. 1. Atmosphere. I love the arkwork for this map and just the Thousands of people Chanting for or against you. Gives off a nice vibe. 2. How easy it is to get PAP. in a game where theres 52 FUCKING GUNS its nice to have a easy pap to upgrade them 3. Spawn room. i feel like spawn has way too much space its not like a Nacht or a Verruckt where the wall feel like there closing in on you. Soo much free space. 4. the boss / wonder weapons. The Gladiaters ( dont worry i purposly mispelled it ) and Tigers witch are GREAT bosses ( get it? ) and the Wonder Weapons are just badass. 5. The Charecters. I love how they took the Chaos Charecters and made them into...... they just changed them.
IX is my most played BO4 map because of its simplicity and how the arena is a pretty good place to train zombies despite the fire that occurs somewhat often. This is the map I play to complete the daily challenges and such.

I put off playing XI for the longest time, but when I did, i made it all the way to 25 on my first try and I enjoyed every second of it. In contrast to the other chaos maps in this game
I’m Greek and I like Roman Gladiators, IX doesn’t get better than this for me. I always wanted an arena style zombies map and with IX I got. So true with everyone being so hyped for Mob Remake and Titanic, but not me... IX was the map I was the most excited to play
Personally defo favourite map on bo4 also probably the only one where the new perk system actually makes sense on and your not hunting for them around the map cos its acc structured and makes sense
I love this map. I don't know why people bash BOPs 4 zombies ((one reviewer called it a "failure"). It's great, looks great, tastes great. The announcer shouting "Only the worthy endure!" and other sayings is exhilarating. The gladiatorial theme perfectly meshes with zombie shredding too. Only thing I hate is having to watch the damn intro cutscene in solo mode.
By no means is this my favorite map of all time but it might be in my top 5, it is in the top 10 but my top 5 would have to be maps from my childhood-late teen years favorites like origins and nacht to name two if it were in my top 5 I don't know where it would be. In school I have always been interested in things like the Pharos from the Bible and the Egyptians and stuff like that. There was a monsters inc game on the computer I played when I was like 5 or 6 that had an Egyptian level, it had statues of Sphinxes and pyramids (I know I'm getting off topic) but IX also reminds me a little of Ryse son of Rome to an extent

The announcer shouting "Only the worthy endure!" and other sayings is exhilarating. The gladiatorial theme perfectly meshes with zombie shredding too. Only thing I hate is having to watch the damn intro cutscene in solo mode.
By no means is this my favorite map of all time but it might be in my top 5, it is in the top 10 but my top 5 would have to be maps from my childhood-late teen years favorites like origins and nacht to name two if it were in my top 5 I don't know where it would be. In school I have always been interested in things like the Pharos from the Bible and the Egyptians and stuff like that. There was a monsters inc game on the computer I played when I was like 5 or 6 that had an Egyptian level, it had statues of Sphinxes and pyramids (I know I'm getting off topic) but IX also reminds me a little of Ryse son of Rome to an extent
