@@YcreatorGoalSorry I'm late, but there's a better way to select all of the keyframes. In their menu, there's an option to select all. Click on that, and it selects all the keyframes connected to it.

Item comp compares items like: If i1 = i2 then do group 1 Item edit edits items like: I3 = I1 + i2 Also item edit can be used for like get the amount of blue coins you got - Item of red coins you got

for the keyframing, you dont need to setup a last keyframe at the spot of the first keyframe. you can use the “close loop” option at the bottom left to end loop it all with one keyframe not touching the initial keyframe

Example: Thanks to your tutorial on Sequence triggers, I am able to make a puzzle where the player steps on tiles that change colors, and loop these colors. Now I just need the game to recognize when the color combination is correct.
The way I‘d do it is by making 4 item IDs that go up everytime the color changes. (Set one of the pickup triggers to reset the item ID in the end of each loop) Then just use the item comp to compare them. I might make a tutorial level for this since it’s quite difficult to explain. ID coming soon.

It looks fine in when playtesting, but when I hit "Save and Play" each individual object doesn't rotate with the center. (I made a skull out of small blocks, and I'm trying to rotate and move them as if they are a single object.
I dunno if anyone has this problem but when I try to rotate a group around a group parents with keyframes, it doesn't work properly unless I scale one of the keyframes. Is this a bug or am I stupid ?
Because xcreatorgoal is a pc player (which pc players are in the 2.204 version) it may not work for you (if you are in mobile) because at the time of writing this mobile players are in the 2.2 version and not 2.204, and yeah its a bug so just wait for gd mobile updates or maybe you did something wrong idk
You should always save often in case of random but catastrophic things like game crashes or power outages. This applies to pretty much everything. I guess nowadays a lot of stuff autosaves (like google docs) so some of the youngest generation may not have had it drilled into their heads to always save, but whenever manual saving is an option you gotta do it frequently.

This is such a useful tutorial! Haven’t used the keyframe yet despite trying most triggers but it seems like one of the best triggers.

Little question, why do you save the level every three minutes or so? I don't really find it useful unless your saving system is broken or something.
