Hey peeps, thanks for watching and liking the vid, you’re a lovely person ❤️ *Quick Note on the Testing* had a few issues with recoding so had to hit a few more balls on the Tests/Power Ranking but these didn’t lead to anymore favourable results.
Once again thank you for amazingly entertaining contact, Peter. A quick suggestion. We know you love your direct Force 2.1. But Could we please get different manufacturer putter reviews from you? Like the Muzino M craft putters? Thanks once again look forward to more enjoyable videos.
I was exited to hear your opinion on why Bryson doesnt use that club but you never shared it with us? Did I maby miss it? Thanks for your videos, I truly think you are the best golf youtuber. Kind regards from Iceland
I think it is awesome Cobra doesn’t force him to use something that doesn’t work for him. Tells me they care about him winning as much as he does. That is a true partnership
To bad Bryson doesn't return the love, instead he calls them out and said his driver sucks instead of taking the blame himself, there's a reason he's not well liked
I just did a fitting and the RADspeed had by far the lowest spin and tightest dispersion for me. SIM2 was longer by like 2 yards but I sprayed it. This is in 8* 6.5 flex
I'm sure I read/heard somewhere that Bryson was using the LTD simply because the stress he was putting through it was causing integrity failures in the newer heads where everything had been slimmed down, while the LTD was robust enough to handle it.
The answer Bryson gave is: “The bulge and roll is a little bit different on [the LTD driver], as well as the design,” DeChambeau said. “It fits better for my inside-out path. Drivers are manufactured for ‘zero-zero’ (swing path and angle of attack) when they’re tested on robots, they aren’t tested for inside-out or outside-in swings.” Schomin( Cobra’s TOUR Operations Manager) theorizes that the LTD driver is a bit lower spinning, which is why DeChambeau likes the older driver’s performance at the moment.
I’ve been waiting for your Rad review! I am around a 16hc and I think this driver does something that none of the other drivers do for me; It makes me want to become a better ball striker! If you can strike the ball well, there is no better driver on the market in regards to price and performance. Very happy with my purchase. Great video, Pete!
I love Cobra Drivers! Been rocking my Fly-Z for over 5 years now. Safe to say I'm due for an upgrade to a Speed Zone. Awesome videos Pete! Absolutely love what you've been doing.
I just got the speed zone a couple weeks ago. It's been amazing, knocked down to 9.5 degree with the draw bias. I been hitting at least 20% more fairways. And added about 15 yards of carrying. Just loving it!
I feel every time you post a vido hitting driver, that Rick Shiels is sitting quietly in a corner weeping a bit. Can't wait to see you and Rick back on the course sometime soon.
That King LTD driver was awesome, a real breakthrough in design as it was the first driver ever to have a zero center of gravity. This has to be why Bryson is using that driver.
I think he stated he isn’t using the new one because they didn’t have a 5* head and the lowest lofted they had for him, he cracked them (I think it was a couple he cracked). He talked about that in one post that he liked the new head but he kept breaking them. If you watch Kyle Berkshire- he’s launching them high and I believe they are also making him a couple low lofted ones as he’s using one that spins up too much for him.
They said on sky sports golf that because of how’s fast he swings, how much loft he adds at impact because of how much he hits up on the ball (that’s why he’s got 5 degrees of loft on his driver because otherwise his dynamic loft would be stupidly high) makes it really hard for them to build a driver that actually works as well as he needs it to, fair play to cobra for doing it for him
Just bought this driver, only played with it once but already love it, feels so much more stable than my older f9 - also love the face of this club, it takes the fear out of sky marks as the face wraps over the top. I don't normally sky my driver I only ever do it in the first week of owning it because I'm so worried about doing it, after that i tend to live in the bottom of the face lol
Literally just ordered one of these on an X-stiff shaft, would highly reccommend a custom fit as well. I hit a natural draw and wanted to maximise distance (average drive is around 300) so I opted for 10.5 degrees and turned down to 9 degrees to open up the face slightly... the results were amazing, longest drive was 330 which is close to my longest ever after just a few strikes. After trying the G425 and Sim2 as well, for me the Cobra was easily the best.
Just bought one. Felt really good at my fitting. Was putting it between 285-305 consistently. The RBZ model worked beautiful for me and I got the red peacock colorway looks slick.
I've got one of the LTD pro black that Bryson often used. It's a beast, if it broke I'd buy another one. I've tried lots newer more expensive drivers and I just get more distance with the LTD and the right shaft
Thanks for the video mate. Just a point of order though, you've clearly spent a small fortune in getting your editing and video capture up to spec and i am so thankful for this, kudos! However, if you are going to now be drawing attention to the SOUND of drivers and the like please do consider that your microphones might need the same attention your video equipment got....That rad speed in the open air literally sounded as exciting as the sound of wet underpants dropping on the floor...
I use the Cobra LTD pro driver. It is by far the best driver I have ever used. Bryson uses it because he busted the newer thin faces of the current Cobra drivers. The 2016 LTD pro driver face is not quite as thin, but still very hot! Plus the LTD is the only driver ever made where both up and down balance points are the same!
Great video as usual Peter, but as you say, the Power ranking being just for fun, I'd like to see all lofts equal and obviously have your usual playing shaft as shafts make most of the difference, as more run will give more distance (on drier fairways) so please if you can change it so all lofts are equal to give a better insight on their true performance. Keep up the good work. Cheers
Bought this driver and automatically moved the bigger weight to the back to try and make it more forgiving but couldn't stop it spinning up. Now with the weight at the front it's a completely different club. I dont see it being any less forgiving and having that weight forward let's you feel exactly where the face is. It's taken a few months but finally seeing the benefits having moved out of a x-stiff 9° Callaway Epic.
I have always been a Cobra hater (I am 38) and always felt they were cheaper clubs and gimmicky. However now I am all Cobra except my putter. I love the Radspeed XB. Sounds good and goes straight and long.
I really love the rad. I wanted the tsi3 this year and tried them both on the course and the radspeed was 10/12 fairways and suuuper long. I hit it on holes i would never hit a driver and came out perfect! So i am def going with the cobra this year
Love the vids Pete. After watching both you and Rick for many years I would live to see a video purely concentrating on accuracy with your driver and purposely giving up distance. A lot of the course vlogs show you guys recovering from the trees and although distance is great, I would love to see you guys get your fairway stats up. Maybe do a fairway challenge, hit 100% of fairways over 9 holes.
I bought the Cobra Radspeed after a lot of decision making, works well for me, though coming from a Titleist driver it took a while to get used to it, love it now though ... unfortunately the slice ist still there, seems to creep in after about 6 good drives, just when you think you've got it sorted .....
I think the driver looks awesome. I love the palm tree version of it as well and how that looks color scheme wise. I just bought the TSi3 driver and can't wait to test it out on the course!
Hey Peter! Love your videos and your ever so positive charisma! A quick suggestion/request: It would be really cool to see your clubhead speed/atk angle/degrees when hitting the balls like you did at 10:55 where you try to hit it far. Would be nice to see what the "nerd" numbers look like, when you hit a good shot and vice versa. Cheers and knuckles from Denmark :)
Personally I think Bryson is good for cobra. Most golfers see the cobra brand on him and thinks he must be all latest gear from them. What u think Pete. Love the vids man
What did you think of the Motore shaft? I am normally a HZRDUS 6.5 user, but tried that Motore X F1 in the Rad Speed last week and preferred it to the HZRDUS!
Peter, I'm very new to golf but I find that I get very nervous around people on the range can you help me with some advice to get over the anxiety this causes me?
The straight clubface is a big thing for me. I've grown tired over recent iterations of TM drivers having this look where I can't tell if its open or closed. Sitting it down its changing depending on the round. Not a Cobra guy really but will look into this one come fitting time
Hey Pete what driver have you got that would be the best for a beginner so needs to be very forgiving etc. What make and model and would you consider selling it to me ?
I tried this when I bought the rad 3 wood but I couldn’t get along with it at all. Usually hit a slight fade and every shot was going left as well. Strange one as the 3 wood is a beauty
I've got the cobra F9 driver i used a taylormade tp5 for the first time had previously used the tp5x. While that cobra driver is long and an awesome driver. hey! your girl charley hull playing some golf this weekend!
Hey, what kind of pants and polo do you have in this vid? Looking for new golf pants.
I think it is awesome Cobra doesn’t force him to use something that doesn’t work for him. Tells me they care about him winning as much as he does. That is a true partnership
If he wins, they sell more clubs, rather than forcing products down people's throats. It's smart marketing.
To bad Bryson doesn't return the love, instead he calls them out and said his driver sucks instead of taking the blame himself, there's a reason he's not well liked
I doubt it's their choice. He can take his business to any of the bigboys. Probably in his contract he won't be forced to change his bag
Big move by Cobra signing Kyle Berkshire recently as well! Great to get the longest driver in the world and the pga tour both on your side!
Kyle Burntire
honestly as new golfer. cobra seems the coolest
Pete smashing drives is things you really do LOVE to see. Top quality.
💪
What a day, bank holiday tomorrow, beers are on ice, and the finch mister has brought out a belter, Peter, you are the man.
Enjoy your bevies my guy!
Just leave your beers outside will be cold enough!!!
Bank holiday? My factory is off tomorrow. Will be hitting the range tomorrow. Then have tee times on sat and sun .
@@billpilling5725 Yh it’s good Friday

Really enjoying the vids recently in the new studio Pete :)
Thanks Mr Finch, fantastic set-up in the new studio and review.

Bryson HATES the left miss. Seeing all the hooks here I now know why Bryson doesn't game it. Informative video Pete, well done.
Great video, I just ordered the same exact version in stiff flex, can’t wait to get it..
I feel every time you post a vido hitting driver, that Rick Shiels is sitting quietly in a corner weeping a bit. Can't wait to see you and Rick back on the course sometime soon.
Yeah... let's get out to a golf course. Bit sick of digital analysis.
Liking Pete's videos really does shave points off your score - i broke 100 for the first time yesterday - Thanks for all the tips Pete
That King LTD driver was awesome, a real breakthrough in design as it was the first driver ever to have a zero center of gravity. This has to be why Bryson is using that driver.
I’d hate to know what I’d shoot if I didn’t like all your videos. Thanks for helping me drop shots😂
My pleasure 😂

The Rad Speed XB is the straightest driver on the market right now. no cap
Nothing beats the crack/ crunch of a sim. I rember listing to this guy at the range and holy shiiiiitttttt I need one.
the head is ugly as hell (the shaping) i honestly didn’t like it when i hit it either
I've got one of the LTD pro black that Bryson often used. It's a beast, if it broke I'd buy another one. I've tried lots newer more expensive drivers and I just get more distance with the LTD and the right shaft
Definite the feeling of a bond made expecting to see the rad in the bag 🤔
Got the XB and found it as stable as the Ping G425 but sounds a lot better!
Just picked up a used XB model and cannot wait to hit it! It should be a huge improvement over my old Cleveland launcher ti460.

I have a radspeed. Its really Great! Hit a 340 yd drive yesterday! Hazardous blue 70g Xstiff. Love it
Peter Finch is what Rick Shiels would look like if he was good.
I love the Speedzone driver and 3 wood that I have in my bag and the RAD looks and sounds equally as good!
Glad to see your human and not a machine. Love the channel
I think you should have given some more point for x-factor due to cobra connect on the club.
I have purchased this driver and I love it. It performs beautifully. Definitely had my longest drives with this .
I use the Cobra LTD pro driver. It is by far the best driver I have ever used. Bryson uses it because he busted the newer thin faces of the current Cobra drivers. Nice review, did spot a problem with St Andrews graphic it says Par 5 - 361yds it should be a par 4 as shown in the Foresight graphics.
Subscribed just because the “not that I ever went to la in the 90s” made me chuckle
Would love to see you drive the green on the old course in real life 💜 please do a course vlog there
Love mine! Weight in the back cut down to 45. Hot melt in fron toward the toe!!! So playing 12 gram back. 5 gram forward toward the toe!!!!! 💥
The blue rad speed colourway is just phenomenal I need it!!
"wellington being slapped against a tree trunk"? LOL

So far on 2 outings using the rad speed I have enjoyed it a lot. Can’t wait for the real good weather to start striping it
Love the power rankings idea
A wellington being slapped against a tree trunk 😂😂😂😂 A dreadful sound to be sure
Hi Pete, enjoyed the video, will you be bringing back finch Fridays or tech Tuesdays? Keep it up!!!
Great review as always! Top bloke! 👍⛳
Loving your latest stuff Pete 👏🏼
Could you do a review of the irons aswell?

I am thinking of buying a cobra rad when the fitting centres open so thanks for the review Pete.
I've got the 2020 SZ with Tensei Blue and hit it farther than ever. Can't imagine the RAD being much better!

I would love to see a head to head against Bryson's KING LTD Pro
I want to see a comparison between RAD Speed and LTD pro driver.
Hi Pete. Can you please turn up the volume on the simulator as I really like the sound it makes when your drives end up in the water 😂

would like to see a test of the Bridgestone Tour B JGR Proto (9.5 degrees) Shaft: Fujikura Atmos Black 6 X which I believe that Matt Kuchar uses

Personally I think Bryson is good for cobra. Most golfers see the cobra brand on him and thinks he must be all latest gear from them. What u think Pete. Love the vids man
You should try the pxg 0211...I'd be interested in that because of the price especially
I think bryson is using a LD version of that driver which is reinforced so he doesnt break it, and also low loft.
Pete, you planning on trying out the new Wilson D9 driver? Always class vids by the way.👍🤙
Hey Pete top quality video! I’d love you to have a look at the Mizuno driver... a lot of talk about how underrated they are but conflicting opinions

What driver would you recommend for a mid to high handicap golfer to get extra yards when they struggle to hit 180 max. I know. Get lesson's. But?
Great video Pete 👍 would love to see a review of the PXG 0211 driver. Keep up the great work 🙌
Thanks for reviewing GM golfs driver

Damn another 3 brand new Pro V1s in the water, would you look at testing the TSI3
I think this is your best driver review this year, and that’s saying something.
Awesome stuff Peter! just started watching you recently a few weeks ago I feel like I’m almost all the way through your videos 😂
😂 my guy, trust me there’s lots more to get through
I've got the cobra F9 driver i used a taylormade tp5 for the first time had previously used the tp5x. While that cobra driver is long and an awesome driver. I have never hit the ball farther then I did yesterday with that tp5. Now im going too have to hit the PGA superstore and try the rad and see if its any longer?? I like that masters limited edition they have out right now!
Finch smashing it with the content again, much more attractive swing than Bryson as well might I add. 👌
Bank balance isn’t as attractive though
i would rather have an effective swing than a pretty one. brysons only won 30 mill with his unattractive swing lol
Enjoyed the video and look forward to the upcoming 2023 Cobra Big Whacky Stick to replace Radspeed
Pretty sure angle of attack trumps backspin when getting and keeping the ball in the air with a driver. Not sure you want to be getting much spin on a drive. Just my two cents. Maybe try putting the loft back up, 7.5 would necessitate hitting the ball much more on the upswing.
Cobra Ltd is the bomb!! Still use it also
