General Choi Hong Hi

In this video Eric Delgado interviewed General Choi in "Despierta Puerto Rico", it was aired back in 1998 in WAPA-TV.
Choi Hong Hi (9 November 1918 -- 15 June 2002), also known as General Choi, was a South Korean army general and martial artist who is a figure in the history of the Korean martial art of taekwondo. Choi is regarded by many as the 'Founder of Taekwondo'-most often by International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) organizations.

he already mentions in his 1997 book, in his own words, a chapter title ''Taekwondo and its imitators'', that many federations use the name Taekwondo but actually change it and also the uniforms, history, scientific principles, etc, without permission of the original and that eventually it is other martial art rather than other style or school
