Per Aspera Ad Inferi is twisted from the Latin phrase Per Aspera Ad Astra. Meaning "Through hardships to the stars" or "Our aspirations take us to the stars". Their means "Our aspirations take us to Hell". And Infestissumam simply means "most hostile". The lyrics (or the choir singing) of Infestissumam are
"Il padre, il filio, et lo spiritus malum, omnis caelestis delenda est, anti cristus
Il filio de Sathanas
Infestissumam"
meaning
"Father, son and the evil spirit,
all things heavenly must be destroyed,
anti christ, son of satan,
the most hostile"

Infestissumam was released 10th of april 2013 so it just turned 9 years old! The album was recorded in Nashville except the choir parts cause no one there was intrested in singing when they read the lyrics. So they had to go to Hollywood instead where no one cared. True story.
It does stink about the lawsuit and such having Tobias' name become visible with that being the reason, but to us Ghost fans, the Papa(s) and Tobias are completely different people! Even tobias said in an interview that he doesn't see himself as a 'rockstar', but rather sees it more when he is Papa

His vocal rhythm during the verses in this song reminds me of the “Rosemary's Baby” opening theme, very similar.

I really recommend checking out Subvision - room 611! It's Tobias forge in 2006, same year ghost was conceptualized. Really cool to see what he sounded like back then and how different it is from ghost. Great song!

If u wanna get into the story, start maybe with the papaganda videos, and then watch the mockumentary youtube vid Ghost put out not long ago, its a tongue-in-cheek recap of everything, then maybe the fan-made youtube videos: an unhelpful guide to ghost, and its sequel, an unhelpful update to ghost. They are all funny and informative, and then ofc the official chapter videos. Its a lot yeah, but ghost is just is extra like that lol. Also nice reaction, you always have some insightful comments

@@FlameImperishable has to be just a fun coincidence. There's no way Ghost (at that stage of their career) had any intentional knowledge of Kansas :)
@@MattKrogmeier I wouldn’t be surprised if Tobias heard of Kansas. I think he likes 70ies rock bands. Ghost recorded the album in the US and maybe they known about the Kansas state motto.

As a Canadian, I find myself wondering where it is you travelled as a youth- presumably Toronto? Growing up in Ontario, TO is of course THE destination; I’ve always really enjoyed it, although I’ll likely never live there because of the insane cost of living...
I think it was Quebec because we drove from Maine and it was only a few hours.
