These videos make me want to go out right now in the middle of the night and clean, detail and fix all the little broken things on my car. Thanks for sharing these videos. The attention to detail you pay and how deliberate you are with your builds is just inspiring. It's not all about slapping on an exhaust and some headers and going VROOOOM. Your MR2 series was even more inspiring in that regard
As a fellow Subie owner I like to see the mods and the maintenace stuff you do, so it gives me ideas of what I can do to my Crosstrek. Thank you for what you do.
Great video, Sarah. I like your choice of mods to do on the Subie. Very tasteful. Make sure to visit your P.O. Box before you leave this weekend. I sent you a box that's supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. Keep up the good work and safe travels.
Early this year I purchased a blue 2017 Forester 2.0xt Touring, and that is the reason why I found & subscribed to your channel. More videos on Forester would be great, even if it's just you driving it around.
Hay Sarah,, so forester gump is the reason I actually stumbled upon your channel maybe a year or so ago. You being you has kept me hooked to the channel. Being a ‘16 WRX owner I say definitely more forester content!👍
Just a low tech tip you may use or not. I've found cutting plastic like that, a flat cutting tip on a soldering gun works really well. An electric knife also speeds up the process and is less likely to slip. Your Dremel could work as well but I will humbly defer to your expertise as you know way more about car stuff than I ever will.
Good video, I have a couple of projects going on with my daily driver. I kind of slowed down on them but when I watch your video's like this one today it gives me inspiration to continue.
Hi Sarah, would it be possible to show us how you connected the vires for the new Led Lights because I'm struggling soooooo much.... Thanks! And Big Up from 🇨🇭 🤩❤
Great video. Forester Gump isn't your average Subie, plus it's your car. Whatever video you post I'm going to watch. Even your TFL videos have very good content.
Please keep the forester videos coming. I pick up my ‘14 white XT on Saturday & I have learnt so much about the model though your videos. Also looks like there isn’t much for tuning these in the UK so it’s really handy to see where you get parts from
I've got a 2006 L.L. bean edition Forester named Sansa. She just hit 150k, and I've been having to fix one thing after another. (She was totaled at one point in her past) To the point, I temporarily broke up with her and started riding my Trek most places. That being said, I enjoyed this video. Would enjoy more content as most of what your doing is translateable to older models. I just had to replace her entire rear end, due to a saggy butt. It still sagged with new springs and struts. I was furious, I had to revert to spring spacers. It didn't feel good. But it no longer looks like I've got a big girl hog tied in my trunk. Thanks. You've made a Niche, and I like what you've done. Kudos to you from Eastern TN. ✊🏻
F. Gump looks fun to drive! I think all Subaru's are fun to drive! My friend she was in the Air Force FYI and she has a 2015 white BRZ and its a kick in the pant,s too drive!
Yes do more Forester content. Here’s why... Mods are mods and good content is good content. Your videos are fun and actually full of quality how to. You are fun and do a really good job on these videos. I”m a car guy and really enjoy watching how to videos but, like I said, I’m a guy so yeah I enjoy watching a woman do something rather than watching a man. LOL
So many innuendos. Sarah just keeps getting funnier. Enjoy all the videos, irregardless of which vehicle you are working on. Always put a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.
Loved this video. There needs to be a forrester gump playlist. If there is I need to look at your RUclips page more carefully. Keep up the good work. 😎👍🏽
Watching you work on Forester Gump makes me truly miss my Subarus, especially my '02 WRX Sport Wagon.😔 It is a labor of love. Many, many late nights completing mods after getting the kiddos to bed. It was all worth it, as you can't really put a price tag on experience, but I digress. BTW, your energy level in this God is amazing! Glad to see you in a good mood and smiling. Anyway, keep up the good work, my friend! God Bless!
How could four people not like this video? Oh well. Loved the video Sara!!!! Keep showing Gump!! I'm not much into Subaru but Gump is a nice looking ride. "I slapped myself hard....kinda liked it" That was so funny!!!!
You need some awesome s turns to fell the difference. Yeah coilovers will complement those bars nicely. You got that in there without doing a hack job on interior panels which is rare for a rear strut bar. Great job!
Hi Sarah awesome channel! Lasthuman's Garage was the only one I knew of making Forester videos until I found your channel. He quit making them recently so yes, please make more Forester videos! Thanks!
Great Video Sarah I think you need to get more plastic wrapped parts I think you unwrapping the back strut support brace was the best part of the video besides actually driving.
Thanks for your video Sarah ! I have scars all over my arms from plastic car trims at work.. They cut very easily also heat shielding around the exhaust is bad too..!
G/day Sarah, it's good to c a lady doing well and showing other ladies and fellows who also like fixing their vehicles up keep up the good work.🕺 Kelvin and Irene.😄😄😄
Do more Forester videos! I have a 2015 XT Touring and love driving it and surprising folks with it's power. I'm starting to look at handling mods. Keep up the great videos!
At first I was totally against any more mods to Forester Gump. But these mods are very reasonable. I have a 2017 3.6 R Outback and all I've done is add a towing hitch from etrailer and a K & N air filter.
Like your vids. Just watched you change the starter. Had to laugh when you were going through all the fault codes. I had several Corvettes , c1, c3 67 Chevelle SS and 70 Chevelle SS, 575hp on the 70. And what electronics did I need for them. A dwell meter and a timing light.
Focus on one side before going to the other hand thread > torque > hand thread > torque. Keep the nuts in your hand or a magnet tray if your interested in doing it faster 😁
Rear ARB's are a little dangerous on wet/bumpy fast corners... another thing you can do is lower the fuel tank a few mm with spacers which lowers the CG at the back. huge difference.
Super bummed Subie is dropping the XT. Hang onto Forester Gump, he’s pretty rare already and I would think he’s only going to appreciate as time goes by. The strut bar really helped stiffen up my old wrx, didn’t bother with the rear because it cut straight across the cargo bay. Nice tasteful mods, love it!
I really like the Forrester content as well as Teeter Tot and Mr Dos. I mod my daily as well, so sometimes it's nice to see that you don't have to have a racecar to love and appreciate working on one.
FYI for TaterTot. There's a new biz in your neck of the woods call AZ Dip and Detail. The color combos for dip (Pro-Line) are only limited by your imagination.
Sweet upgrades! Very nice interior touches. Always good to remove the roll and stiffen the ride in corners. (Thanks for using the proper term on those bars, I have a video about that on my DD corolla. Those DTRLs on FG are on point! Keep the content coming... and watch that PO Box...
Technically the strut tower brace was installed at 00:48, the hardware needed to install it tightly just wasn't in place yet, so you reached your goal the second time. Good Job !!! :)
Hi Sarah found your channel about a month ago & have been watching ever since, love that you work so hard, well done,, say "Ga Day"to little Sarah also,,she is fun. Keep up the good work. Chris,Qld, Australia
Styling and profiling!! Looking good!! Hope ya like it! Forester Love!! Thanks for the shout-out!! : D (I got those interior upgrade pieces off of Subispeed website if anyone is looking)
First of all, I'd like to thank you for your service. I can tell by your methodical approach and sense of humor that you were either Air Force or Navy. Secondly, great job on all your projects. I enjoy all your content and I don't have any preferences for the topics you choose. It's all good! I've recently subscribed to your channel and plan on binge watching them all and look forward to watching your next episode. Is there a "rhythm" to how often you post content? I have notifications turned on so at least I'll know when you put new stuff up. Keep charging!
Great video! Makes me miss the days of working on my car and all the cool things with it. Maybe if you put a bungee cord from the seat flaps to the brace if you notice it collapsing when you put the seat down. I'd get annoyed by it...not sure if you're the same way. Coilovers and corner balancing will definitely give better handling and feedback.
That little Gerber multitool is the best! So easy to open with one hand keeps the tools locked.
Love the 90s throwbacks and Gump references. Your videos are a lot of fun.
Great video! I just got a Forester and you've given me some inspiration for how I can mod it a bit. thanks!
As a fellow Subie owner I like to see the mods and the maintenace stuff you do, so it gives me ideas of what I can do to my Crosstrek. Thank you for what you do.
Sarah, I own a 2019 Forester, keep the Gump videos coming, now to convince the wife I need these Mods.
Forester Gump is Awesome & DRL'S are life savers. The best way to stay safe on the road is to make yourself visable.
Thanks for posting. You have a nice Forester there.Like the style with white pearl body colour and black trim.A honest and cool video.
I like the view of you standing behind Gump with your cutoffs on! dlight
The inside door trim matching the console trim was cool.
You have a way with words. Don't change! Daily drivers need love too. Anything to make the parts runs a little more enjoyable.
Great video, Sarah. I like your choice of mods to do on the Subie. Very tasteful. Make sure to visit your P.O. Box before you leave this weekend. I sent you a box that's supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. Keep up the good work and safe travels.

It's nice that all do you are so technical inclined, you steal know how to be a woman and care about your nails and what you wear. Bravo!
Wow thought went to heaven with sarah innuendo and then starts bouncing in the back to test it that was my xmas made. Your incredible sarah
lolololol
Hay Sarah,, so forester gump is the reason I actually stumbled upon your channel maybe a year or so ago. You being you has kept me hooked to the channel. Being a ‘16 WRX owner I say definitely more forester content!👍
We just like hangin with you Sarah, doesnt matter which car. Theyre all interesting. Were car people!!
Yes, Sarah. Please more Forrester content!

loving the videos, finally someone who doesnt take them selves too seriously and has a laugh about it on the way
Please keep the forester videos coming. I pick up my ‘14 white XT on Saturday & I have learnt so much about the model though your videos. Also looks like there isn’t much for tuning these in the UK so it’s really handy to see where you get parts from
I also have a 2017 forester xt and your forester is the original reason I follow your channel thanks.
Innuendo heaven 😎😎

1 Innuendo = 1 Drink

Be drunk pretty quick 😎😎😎
I'm somewhat at a loss for words

You had some good camera angles on this vid .. good job. 😉
Very fun video to watch. Your innuendos were hilarious. Camera placement highlighted all the positive assets. :)
Great choice going with the white, it really brought out the engine bay. Forester Gump is a clean ride.
We the people love videos of ordinary cars - they're the cars we drive. Keep it up!
Nice job on your installs. I've always appreciated someone who keeps their vehicle meticulously maintained and clean.
F. Gump looks fun to drive! I think all Subaru's are fun to drive! My friend she was in the Air Force FYI and she has a 2015 white BRZ and its a kick in the pant,s too drive!
I love the Forester Gump content, I have a 2015 Forester XT myself, but it's completely stock. Still love the car.
Very cool to see some work on the Forrester. I dig that car and like the mods you chosen to do on it.

much love for the Forester and I love the Ace Cafe sticker on your tool chest.
Sarah is EXACTLY the reason I crossed into the Blue!!!!
So many innuendos. Sarah just keeps getting funnier. Enjoy all the videos, irregardless of which vehicle you are working on. Always put a smile on my face. Keep up the good work.
I’m way behind, but gimme all the Gumpy content. It’s how I found your rad channel, and you’re dope! Keep it up!
Loved this video. There needs to be a forrester gump playlist. If there is I need to look at your RUclips page more carefully. Keep up the good work. 😎👍🏽

You have an awesomely diverse taste in cars and its cool seeing what you are working on! And i am totally keen to see more Forester content!
You need some awesome s turns to fell the difference. Yeah coilovers will complement those bars nicely. You got that in there without doing a hack job on interior panels which is rare for a rear strut bar. Great job!
The door handle changeouts look like pretty good matchups.
Hey... I practically lived in the Ace Cafe in London for a while!
I enjoy any video where you're teaching us something!
What brought me to your channel? The Forester !! I have a 2014 Forester with Pearl White. Just the normal 2.5 not the turbo.
Fun few hours spent! Nice work Sarah 🤘🏾😄🤘🏾
Back in ‘07 I was given a tour of Vermont SportsCars building. In one room there were literally piles of STi gearboxes. They’re out there
The lights look a 100% better , Great video !!!
Hi Sarah awesome channel! Lasthuman's Garage was the only one I knew of making Forester videos until I found your channel. He quit making them recently so yes, please make more Forester videos! Thanks!
Those stiffener bars ought to make a big difference. As far as I'm concerned you can post anything you want it is always interesting.
Great Video Sarah I think you need to get more plastic wrapped parts I think you unwrapping the back strut support brace was the best part of the video besides actually driving.
Absolutely love the innuendos.
I'm a 20+ year independent Subaru mechanic. Granted I'm mostly a repair and maintenance guy but, I must say... I'm very impressed.
Thanks for your video Sarah !
I have scars all over my arms from plastic car trims at work.. They cut very easily also heat shielding around the exhaust is bad too..!
Seems like the usual difference when you upgrade from regular LEDs to SMDs. It will always be noticeable, so it's a good thing you changed both.
Sarah my awesome friend! !!...you really know how to make me really feel good. I'm so excited you like working on cars. Johnny from Chicago
G/day Sarah, it's good to c a lady doing well and showing other ladies and fellows who also like fixing their vehicles up keep up the good work.🕺 Kelvin and Irene.😄😄😄
Fun video on some good upgrades, keep on keepin' on .. Red ball on the left strut tower!
Big fan of - umm - video shorts... Good job Sarah - Forester G looks great with the new stiff'ners!
Do more Forester videos! I have a 2015 XT Touring and love driving it and surprising folks with it's power. I'm starting to look at handling mods. Keep up the great videos!
Love the forester xt content! Gives me inspiration for my 2018 fxt since she's pearl white too.
"I'm going to make the Forrester stiff" *JAZZ MUSIC STOPS*
Jazz music continues
LOL
CORNY 70's WAH-WAH P*** MUSIC STARTS
As someone who has a dad wagon.. please do more Forester videos. I'm totally gonna go order those sways.
Got a Forester in China, wish I could get it turned into STI. Thank you for your Vlog!

Hey Sarah, great video! have a wonderful week and keep the great videos coming! PHRASING!
Oh ok. Well than maybe a DIY on how to clean intake valves. Just spit ballin. Love your channel. ❤️
Rear ARB's are a little dangerous on wet/bumpy fast corners... another thing you can do is lower the fuel tank a few mm with spacers which lowers the CG at the back. huge difference.
Love your Gump. Getting a black XT soon. Would love to do a few basic mods to mine too

Almost forgot...facebook.com/DesertDip/
I am in no way involved with this company. Just like people being able to support their local biz.
I myself try not to use innuendo but I do like to slip it in every now and then! Cool video 😎
Hey I got to your channel because of Forester Gump and I have one myself 2009 that I used for rally recce
Love the Forester content. MY My18 XT now has some new performance mod aspirations to look forward too.
This has got to be the 5th time I've watched through your forester gump series... how do you not have more subs?! Haha
That was....a viewing experience....full-fledged. Quirky wit...delivery....smh...just wow...
Subscribed.
Love the Forester content - keep it coming! (I’m trying to muster the courage to attempt the STI caliper conversion on my wife’s SJ).
More Forester Gump videos please...... that thing is pretty quick wow!
If I get a 2014+ Forester it'll be mod'ed with 2" lift kit with heavier duty coil springs and some bfgoodrich all terrain tires.
Ink woman and cars. Life does not get better. Love you Sarah!! Always entertaining content

Great video Sarah! Always like to see Forester Gump. Nice shirt too!
One of the best project car names ever
This is great! I love these videos. I own a 2017 Forester XT Touring and love the thing. Great ideas for upgrades ;)
I love your Forester vids!! Please keep them coming.

You will always be a winner in your viewers eyes🎉
We'll. My Jeep is a mix between a Subaru and a Wrangler. Keep it coming !
