I think I remember seeing this image several years ago. The problem is that sharks are mainly saltwater species who wouldn't survive in freshwater let alone chlorinated pool water. There are a few species who can be found in freshwater occassionally such as the bull shark.
Also sharks don't randomly attack people, they also do not enjoy humans, often reports say that a shark that took the limb will often immediately spit it back out our blood is too metalic for sharks
@@artsyscrub3226 Usually it's a case of mistaken identity. Humans also lack enough fat content for a shark's diet. Great whites will leave an area when orcas show up. Orcas are known to go after great whites for their livers.

Oh wow I’m genuinely surprised that so many people, including myself had this fear of a great white shark in the pool. Especially if you went swimming at night and a section of the pool was really dark.
YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING 😍 A THIS IS AMAZING! You guys need to make a series on things like this. I'm sitting here clapping my hands 😂 I feel like my kid. More please!
@@fastpassfacts as someone with submechanophobia but also someone who LOVES and feels passionately about sharks this was SUCH A GOOD VIDEO. I really hope to see more stuff like this. You guys really went the extra mile. ❤️🦆
Can ya do a video on the animatronics from Canopy Lake Park next? Starting off with the Mine of Lost Souls. I bet you'll be interested in covering all of them in your next video here.
Sharks are not monsters, but they are dangerous, stop trying to paint them with some rose disney brush. Even a "curiosity nip" from a shark is utterly life threatening.
My uncle, will you do that same water and found the shark animatronic. He took a picture of it. Sadly, he passed away with a picture, but my family saved it and now it’s in my playroom.😢🦈🦈🦈🦈
Believe it or not, I remember seeing a segment about this on national news. But the 'Tintin' connection is a surprise! Shout-out to my 'Tintin' Homies!!! =D

It's the idea that drills fear into the people's hearts though!

Very cool. I would have sworn it was an animatronic from one of the Jaws movies.
Cousteau built an animatronic great white shark in a documentary in the 90's and it was "killed" by a real shark. You should take a look at it.
Me in the pool-😱🦈☠️
Me in the ocean-☺️🌊🏄♀️
Makes no sense
I would swap the reactions to be honest
It’s more of a “If you know you know” kinda deal
I really like the presentation of this one! Amazing video!
Ooh Great video!! I’d love to see more videos on the origins of unknown potential animatronics! 🦆🦆
Now the question is...
A: where is it now?
B: what does it look like now?
It was lost at sea, so most likely not in good condition

Whats worse? Being next to a shark replica in the ocean, or sinking to the bottom of ocean inside a shark replica.
Wait is the link here?

is there a link for the documentary?
Just added to the description! Thank you!
Aren't most documentaries like this filmed in Imax?
this could make for a really fascinating streaming movie, actually
Oh, I remember watching a video of someone making it and putting it in a pool!
But what happened to the sub?
