In this technical video we are going to show you about how to solve the issue when your computer is not starting up or not booting up. Get stuck at black screen when you start the computer. Please watch the video till the end and learn how to solve this issue.
Command used in this video:-
C: = To change the drive
DIR = To check the files and directory on the drive
NOTEPAD = To launch the Notepad and check by opening File menu for confirming the Windows is available or not
DIR/A = To check all the files like hidden, read only and system files
D: = Change the drive where we found that D drive having the Windows installed
BOOTREC /SCANOS = Detecting this OS is present or not
BOOTREC /REBUILDBCD = Rebuild the Boot configuration on the System Reserve partition
BOOTREC /FIXBOOT = Fixing boot configuration if any error is found
BOOTREC /FIXMBR = Fixing MBR related issue
EXIT = Exit from the CMD

I was watching this and my PC booted up and Is now in the windows 10 loading screen.
I don't think my pc would be usable now, it went into frozen, locked-up state in which, my pc fails to recognize my mouse, and keyboard and can't log in so I force restarted my PC and boom! It stays on Black screen and doesn't even boot even tho I can see the power indicator lit up meaning it's turned on and still don't recognize my mouse and keyboard

I thought this would help me but i didn't tried it i just changed my HDMI thinking maybe it's faulty, because i kept bumping it with my foot.... now it's working again when changed it.... Hope this works for others

@ZeltDamage If your system is stucked, a black screen with a blinking cursor then unplug you pc or laptop then remove all the RAMs and refix them. And then restart you system. I am sure it will works. 😍

I Tried SHIFT + F10. Then do what Kuma said about changing power button settings..
THESE ARE THE STEPS I DID:
1. After pressing the Power button press SHIFT + F10 and the screen will turn on.
2. Open CONTROL PANEL and click POWER OPTIONS
3. At the left side pane, click CHOOSE WHAT POWER BUTTONS DO.
4. Then click CHANGE SETTINGS THAT ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILBLE ( this will enable you to toggle the Shutdown Settings below )
5. Uncheck TURN ON FAST STARTUP
6. Then SAVE CHANGES
I tried it and it worked for me. Hope it'll work for you too.

Yes bro use diskpart command and clean the hard drive then installs the new copy of windows. I hope this helps u. If not search youtube windows not starting how to use diskpart

A easy solution. But this will erase your data. Then you have to install a new copy of windows.

Bootmgr is missing in Desktop, tried to install windows 7 by making bootable pen drive, but every time when I am trying to install, my monitor screen goes black and doesn't happen anything....

I was looking for tutorial which can explain problems from the scratch and fortunately I got it in your channel. Thanks a lot, your explanations are very simple and easy to understand. I have severe problem in my Lenovo B300 all in one desktop. The problem was my own creation due to lack of knowledge, I followed few videos and crashed my system. I started from cleaning C drive which used to become full automatically. Which led me to blue screen error. Then I opened my desktop pressed reset button because I forgotten password. I could go to BIOS tried to boot from Lenovo CD. But again blue screen error. Reopened the system pressed reset button and now no booting just power ON/OFF cycle nonstop continuing. Cleaned RAM and refitted no solution. Any suggestion would highly be appreciated.

sir i have install new 1TB hard disk in my hp laptop.then i installed windows 10 (in legacy mode)and all the drivers on it. but when i click on RESTART button,after restart my windows stuck in a infinite boot loop. and now it is not loading windows. pls help.
I made it correct. one of the driver was causing problem.in my case it was intel HD graphics driver causing problem.so I downloaded it from windows update.

Sir mera pc bhi same aise hi boot nhi ho rha black screen with Not blinking cursor aa rha hai, mene bootable pendrive se bhi boot priority set karke dekha but nhi hua .. phir mene pc shop pe le jakr multi bootable pen drive se bhi try kiya but boot nhi ho rha, harddisk ,ram , battery, remove bhi randomly detach karke dekha nhi ho rha hai.
Bootable pendrive options me show hoti hai lekin boot nhi hota,

camera is not close to the monitor and should have Joomed it, we didn't see anything what you did? And your monitor size is small enough. for the beginner it would be tough to understand the detail. if you do not do any work slowly.

heres a fix in english get ur pc in andvanced boot and then reset this pc u chose if u wanna keep ur files then let it reset reinstall fresh windows and done ur pc works
