Hi there. I unplugged all the cables and bring out mother board from the casing. After that release power. After that I powered on the mother board. But the result is still same as before, blinking underscore on monitor, cannot enter in to BIOS.

Control alt delete se system react kar raha hai but restart nahi ho raha Lenovo likh ke wapas se _ show karne lag raha hai

I can't enter BIOS even after pressing DEL/F2/F8/F12/END KEY only it shows 'Prepare to Enter' after that "_" this Symbol keeps blinking on the Left Top Side. And I can't enter Windows also. I did every possible trick but nothing works. I did the RAM Changed, Processor Changed, PSU Changed, CMOS Battery Changed and also Reset the CMOS But nothing works, the CURSOR Still Blinks. So, what I will do! Please help me if anyone has the solution. Thank you

In BIOS loading safe defaults, save and reboot. It fixed this problem for me. ;-)
I had the same problem just hold the num lock button for 3-4 sec that's all folks

I have dual booting for my hp laptop… where half partition is given to windows and half to ubuntu..
I cant find my partition name…
I tried grub>ls

@@07daimond62 I re-installed ubuntu after data recovery. That was the only option left with me. Data recovery I did from outside (from a local data recovery/laptop repair shop) and paid money for data recovery. My hard disk was unable to locate partition table. So I have re-installed everything in a new laptop!!
