Used ladder EMOM for the front lever row for 2 blocks and it worked amazing
from 1 rep in straddle FL to 4 reps and 1 full rep on the full FL row

Another great video Micha , I almost made a comment that it doesn't have to be every minute you can increase the time between sets and it works fine but then you finished the video with that so good job as always .

I did EMOMs for about two weeks twice a week due to time constraints. I typically warm up with some weighted MUs if I'm at the gym. I had to train at home those two weeks and couldn't do the MUs due to short ceiling, but i still did pullups, singles or doubles EMOM. After the two weeks i went back to try the weighted MU and my old max 35lbs felt light and i skipped to an easy 45lb, without even training the MU itself.

For awhile I performed Emom for hspu after I’d do 5x5. It seemed to work for me to reach 10 reps eventually

I Like EMOM for pull ups and MU, but I generally do 10 minutes each, It's very useful but for me, but you'll get a lot of fatigue very quicky.

Hello Micha! What are your thoughts on low volume, high intensity training, which is getting popular these days. Lots of people like TNF suggest doing 2 sets to absolute failure, and I wonder whether that way of training is suitable for weighted calisthenics. I would love to hear your thoughts on this :))
