Sweet Potato Fries: Technique to Make Them Crispy

Sweet potatoes contain more sugar than potatoes. When cooked, they become soft and it is difficult to make crispy fries.
To achieve this, they must be coated with a thin crust.

YUMMY! I JUST MADE THEM... I was surprised to find that the swe😮et potatoes prepared this way were not sweet but more savory. Baking them caramelizes the sugar, and they are sweet, without the crunch.
I put a drizzle of honey on mine. Next time, I will add a dash of cinnamon, too. DELICIOUS.

It's possible to use an air fryer, but sweet potato fries might not turn out as crispy compared to deep-fried.
