Hello Roz & happy Saturday to you. I love your project especially the crochet technique which looks like the knit stich . I am in aw of the granny squares skirt & halter top . The thing is I don't hear you giving a tutorial which I would love to see ; nor to mention how you put it together . That would be great , so until next time ; have a good day & a splendid weekend.
That’s because I didn’t design it. She used the African Flower square tutorial to help her make it . So below the video is a link to her pattern as well as a link to my video for the square 🧶💕
I would do sc’s around the d ring to attach it and then continue on with the Tunisian stitch sequence . There are a lot of RUclips videos on this topic so I would watch a few to get some ideas 💕
With a yarn needle and yarn- like you would do with a needle and thread. Or you could attach using a crochet hook- attaching the pieces together with slip stitches .
@@carrie1771 I looked on my channel but I don’t have a good video that slowly shows how so I’d recommend you watch a few videos on RUclips where they show them attaching to get some ideas . Sorry i can’t be more helpful with that . 💕
@@PlayHookywithMeI’ve figured it out! I was just putting the hook through, but it needs to be put under then through, so like the Tunisian one but then through to the back, phew! Took me hours of frustration 😅

Thank you for this tutorial. I’m making straps (using your Tunisian pattern) for a beach bag but how would I attach them??
Just use your favorite way of sewing pieces together using your yarn and needle. I’m sure there are RUclips tutorials around that can help 👏🏻💕
Thank you. I appreciate your tutorials. I’ve crocheted for 45+ years but never tried Tunisian. Your instructions were easy to follow.
@@sarahmayberry4485 thank you so much 😀❤️
Any tips on attaching to a d-ring then doing the Tunisian stitch? I’ve got the tote made and wanted to use the rings.

The knitting one is angering me. I’ve been trying for hours, I am doing it exactly how you’re doing it, yet mine does not look like it’s been braided.
Oh no 😟 - I wish I knew how I could help.
