I was just going to write the same comment. You described the Romanian cord so well, I can finally do this! You are a wonderful teacher. So glad I came across your channel this morning. Thank you!
You’re the best! Your instructions are always so easy to follow! I look to RUclips for tutorials on projects that I want to try and I always seem to come back to your channel. I’m going to make the Romanian cord for some basket handles.
It took me all day to get the yellow one right, lol but I finally got it. I'm going to keep practicing this one before I jump onto the green. I'm a beginner crochet girl 😂❤. One thing I had issues with slipping my crochet needle thru to catch the loops, it may be my yarn. Because it kept splitting, and it was hard to see the loops at times. I will buy better after I get all these cords down! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽❤
Thank you for all of these! I just finished a shell stitch bonnet I’m going to use the pearl cord for the ties❤ definitely bookmarking for later and thank you for showing how you would weave your ends on each
So happy I found your tutorial on these gorgeous cords! I will be making each one for some hair snoods and bed capes I made for gifts requested by a family member!! Thank you so much, your pace is perfect, as well as, your clear detailed instructions will make your tutorial easy to follow!! Well done❤❤. I'll also save this video to my library.
You are a great teacher! I am making a cell phone holder with a log cord for carrying over the shoulder & the 1st cord will do nicely since I need to do it fast. Can't wait to try the other for different purposes; they are beautiful and challenging.
Hello, excellent video with different cords in crochet. I tried the i-cord but it was tricky, I then did the Pearl - but it looked like a series of knots because I tightened at different points and it was un even. I tried the braid but it didn't come out correctly. I would try the Romanian, but for this project I was just making a neck cord for a pendant and that would be difficult with the thin silk yarn I am using. I returned to the I cord and realized you said I could do it with 2 rather than 3. works very well. looks even and pretty. Thank you so much for these different ideas.
That's amazing! So happy you like it! I will definitely do another video on cords! Don't forget to share some pictures of your makes over on Instagram! 😍
I was looking for this because my coworker wanted a cord for her ID badge. I made the Romanian cord and if this video was out then i would have watched this. 🤗
Would love to see the braided cord done left-handed as I can't "mirror" what you are doing because we're both facing the same way. I think I keep picking up the wrong "top loop," I'm not sure...
Hi, I figured out that the two loops that are closest is the ones you have to pick up, (it's the first two loops after the needle) Like the loops are on side not in the middle. I hope that helps.❤
Also when you have 3 loops on your crochet needle you will go thru 2 (and you will go thru the middle) leaving the last loop untouched. Then you should have 2 loops on the crochet needle then pull the working yarn thru it then turn it, keep repeating the same steps over and over in that same order until you feel like stopping ❤
Hello my crochet friend! I hope you enjoy and learn something new in today's video! 😍

Ett tips: Till i-cord kom jag kom på att använda en mindre virknål till de lösa maskorna, blir lite som att sticka ☺️
