49:30 The War Machine suit was coded to Rhodey specifically. When it got rebranded as the Iron Patriot, AIM, who did the re-fit on it, introduced vulnerabilities that let them hack it and reprogram the coding to let their agents use it.
Tony is probably lying about all the suits being coded to him, since Pepper had the Mark 42 suit on earlier in the film. Though he might have coded suits to himself because the Colonel stole the War Machine suit from him in Ironman 2.
You're a legend. A one hour react to really fun movie? Thanks so much. Most of the react channels out there are really short and formulaic. With yours it always feels really authentic and fun. And you don't use all that weird zooming in and out editing which gets annoying really fast. I hope you keep going and are having fun. I also hope you watch more old classics and foreign movies. It's really rewarding to see these movies through new eyes.

If you recall, when Tony was talking with Rhodie to get the access code for Iron Patriot, he told Tony that AIM had done the upgrade work to turn War Machine into Iron Patriot - that's how Killian (Gilligan) was able to gain control of the suit.
The post credit scene's do not always connect directly to the next movie. The fact that Tony was talking to Bruce doesn't have any affect on The Winter Soldier.
The entire story that we saw, was what Tony was telling Banner. That's the connection.
Don't worry about Tony, he is a champ at deflecting his emotions. But in the end he pays his dues and respects. That kid got the best thanks tony could give. I Love your reactions so much.
Man something about Marvel is just different. It's refreshing. You can always expect something new. I love a lot of movies but there's nothing quite like Marvel. The more I think about these movies the more I appreciate them.

@@TheViper4Life Exactly. I mean Ms. Marvel is basically for young girls to have a character to live through in the next team up. I think it's awesome. Was it for me exactly? No. But it wasn't bad for a teenage show. I think it's awesome they have somebody to root for when it's time for Secret Wars or the Marvels. I watched every episode and ended up appreciating it
The only avengers that use vibranium are Captain America with his One Vibranium shield, and the Black Panther. Vibranium is only used by a limited number of people outside of Wakanda in MCU.

He was talking to Banner because they're tight after they nerd-bonded in the helicarrier's lab, and then Hulk saved him in New York when he was falling out of the wormhole. So Tony asked his new friend to hang out, then used his wacky charisma to talk him into dumb and meaningless pseudo-therapy.
Gilligan...I love it, almost as funny as when you called the Hobbits "kids" for the entire trilogy. Love your stuff Leo, keep it up

The suit that Rhodes had was the second suit he ever made it wasn't coded to anybody. It's the suit Rhodes stole from him in iron man 2 when they had their fight. After that he decided to code them to only him so that won't happen again. "Because Tony Stark learns from his mistakes."
Mark 1 is the suit he builds in the cave
Mark 2 was the silver suit he was test flying and froze when he flew too high
Mark 3 was the first gold and hot rod red that he fought Rhodes in

I’m probably one of the few people who loved this movie when it came out back in May 2013 I saw this with my uncle in theaters. Some people after this movie don’t take Tony’s PTSD seriously because it’s not showcased enough in the later movies but it’s Tony’s constant paranoia that leads him to make countless suits to protect not just Pep but the world from a more larger threat that Tony saw in the warm hole.
Basically everyone was initially bamboozled by the Mandarin twist. For reference The Mandarin in the comics and other mediums is one of Iron Man's staple villains (With the show Iron Man:Armored Adventures probably doing him the best)
And most initially thought that they would make him a serious villain only to reveal that the guy we've beeing seeing is just an actor and that Killian is the "real" Mandarin.

To answer your question , The Iron Patriot/War Machine suit lacked protection and coding because , if you remember, its literally just Tony's prototype Mk.2 suit that was upgraded by Hammer.
Literally every suit he made after that has been more advanced then that prototype.

Tony was talking to hulk at the end cuz be has PTSD and has finally accepted it ..he needed to vent to a friend...he's not ready to unload on a therapist..and hulk fed up🤣🤣

I'm assuming all the suits that showed up closer towards the end are prototypes set to the things he injected in his body which is why they're all locked to him the iron Patriot suit isn't earlier model not designed for summoning it's basically just a soup from the first movie

Keep it up! I don't know if you know or not, but some background not necessarily explained in the movies. JARVIS, his AI butler voice guy. What I love about it is the only thing that makes it seem like a human talking is because it's programmed to speak on sarcastic tones to fit with Tony's personality. So while everything that JARVIS saying can be easily replaced with yes sir, no sir, or are you sure sir, you're always so discreet sir. It's the perfect way to be there for Tony with the sarcasm and it really adds a human element to JARVIS. Wait till you see what happens to JARVIS in the future!

I always loved how stark just explodes all his suits above Manhattan. So many people would die from debris lol.
Einstein did not sleep 3 hours a year, he slept like a normal person. He also got good grades in school. A lot of people make up a lot of random bullshit about Einstein, none of which is true.
Fun fact, the guy who plays Happy was the director for the first 2 Iron Man movies.
As for this "Mandarin" guy: Ghandi. Schindler's List. Sexy Beast. House of Sand and Fog. Shutter Island. Sneakers. On and on and on, all the way back through IMDB, Sir Ben Kingsley has always been synonymous with the finest of "serious drama." I went to look up his list of film nominations and awards on his Wikipedia page, and then had to click through to its own separate Wikipedia page, it was so long. So while a lot of other Marvel fans were pissed off about that twist, I was pumping my fist in the air because Ben Kingsley was being hilarious as fuck for once, which was the biggest twist ever!
In the comic books back in the day, the henchmen and thugs of AIM wore bright yellow haz-mat suits.

To be honest, I'd like Killian(he's the everyday man) despite not having the looks, the girl or money or even less.. having the ability to confide in friends. But he went on years later, train his mind a certain way, got a fitness trainer, learn to use his finances differently..
And Tony getting paranoid after New York with Alien Invasion(you have to look at it this way, he's one of the Top ten smartest guys on earth, with Resources to use) basically unlimited access unless, he can't touch it than it's someone else's.. But He with all this Barely halted the Invasion and frightens him that he couldn't or maybe one day Still can't protect it(or, a world without him In it)
And you asked why we don't have this technology? We kinda do, it's not available for the commoners(look up Research And Development) there's levels research tech around different parts of world and people unanimously or use their name donate these developments..
