What is Neutral Pelvis or Neutral Spine?

    I find the top of my bum which is really bony presses into the mat when I’m doing any sort of core work. Is this normal or does it have to do with improper form?

      I'm not sure exactly what part of your bum you mean -- is it the top of your sacrum that you feel on the mat?
      Ideally, you want your weight balanced at the center back of your pelvis, so that means neither at the top of the pelvis or the bottom where you feel your tailbone--in between those two as I show in the video.
