This landscape painting lesson is done in real time and will cover the step by step process of how to paint a volcano, smoke, burning rock, fire, lava and lots of sparks. Hey there everybody! I wanted to pop in and note that this is actually a very special episode as it's our 100th lesson in the "Hour Long Lesson" series! This is something we've been working towards for years now and it's a pretty big, exciting goal. So, thank you to all of you for being here, for working through the tutorials and for making this community such a friendly environment. I've recently found myself in a really inspired head space and this is only the beginning of our artistic journey. Thank you again for being here and enjoy this fiery piece!
Also, as per usual if you support the channel up over on Patreon you can find the traceable and reference photos here to help with the drawing and color matching process: www.patreon.com/posts/38966494

Dangerously dreamy
Please paint aurorae! Also, it is not technically light but deep sea jellyfish would be amazing, too!
Another dreamy painting here, capturing the majesty of a volcano.
DANG, I can feel the heat! it´s one of my dangerously dreams to actually see a volcano eruption in real life ;)
BEAUTIFUL work Ryan :) 💜
Each piece you do is so absolutely amazing! You leave me only dangerously dreaming to draw in such a way! Thank you for sharing your talent!
Before completely watch your video, first gives thumbs up and then I watch. You r amazing.
This is definitely dangerously dreamy! I'll have to try this out!
Thank you for taking the time to explain the steps needed to create this dangerous dream of a painting. It’s brilliant!
WOW, This Dangerously Dreamy painting is truly explosive 😊♥️
That really was dangerously dreamy.
This is the best channel I've ever found in my entire life
very useful and clear explanations on how to move forward step by step !
Thank you for this excellent tutorial. I have been Dangerously Dreaming about painting a volcano / lava for a long time, and you're so right, not many volcano paintings or tutorials. But yours is fantastic - it is so gorgeous that I can't even begin to describe the beauty of the multitude or litany of implications (
Before finding this tutorial, I had the idea of painting an exploding volcano on an old jug. So now, here I am, after three failed attempts, avidly watching Dangerously Dreamy developing, while laughing and despairing over the effort I made. Ryan's tips will be taken on board as I paint over my embarrassing mess and try to produce something that looks even slightly similar to this amazing painting. Thanks Ryan, this Aussie lady is now going to redo her Pitiful Painting and try to replicate Dangerously Dreamy on the jug, or even something remotely identifiable as an erupting volcano would be better than what I've currently done. Wish me luck!
Hi Ryan.we watch your paintings with my son.He also paint ,he likes your works much.God bless you.thanks for all lessons.i wish you see my son's paintings.he is 8 ..you are very talented..

Hi Ryan and patroon supporters, I’m a new member, but I have always watched your videos and have learned a lot. Decided to challenge myself. Because I’ve never done it before.. I’ve attempted a couple of his paintings, not that great. However I plan on continuing. Maybe I will do one that I can post
When I see the final painting, it’s like I’m dreaming about a dangerously exploding mountain! ;-)
You mentioned not watering down acrylics but you can do mock watercolor with them which is fun.

MEGA schön 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Is this for beginners?

I know a lot of people get artist block, and there are thousands of videos on how to counter it, but do you ever get artist anxiety, and how do you counter that?
Like, lets say you are bursting with inspiration and want to make something. But the minute you go to do something, anything, you freeze up cause you worry about failing.
Now, the easier answer is "we learn from our mistakes, so dont be afraid to fail."
But what if that anxiety is just too paralyzing high to even hear that advice?
Any thoughts or helpful hints for that?
I have a question I want to start painting or with art in general how do I start.

I really like what you do, would it be possible to have your lessons translated into French please🙏🙏
