Admirals club agents are special people. They are very different than other work area . They are warm , welcoming, ready to make you smile irrespective early morning or late night . They will listen , solve and adjust your travel needs based on your travel scenario. In my opinion they are my go to point when I am having a trouble. It's worth every penny that membership. I have lots of friends in London Heathrow, Dallas and Boston clubs . Best in the system .
Disclaimer! Beware everyone, either consider another airline or don't carry valuables with you and yet if you carry, they are gonna compensate you way less than your loss, probably just the cost of your bag. Recently travelled to UK on this airline had so much valuables and some dearest gifts in my luggage. But guess what? THEY LOST IT. After months they were just saying they are tracking and tracking. And Tracking. After few months they offered me a claim less than 25%. Can you imagine yours most valuable gifts and belongings get lost with which you had emotional attachment?
