I work for the Ohio Department of Transportation and appreciate your love for our highways system and how they are constructed and maintained. I ride my Indian on them everyday so I take it for granted. Keep doing what you doing brother.
Big John, beautiful video and I'm very invious since I wasn't able to attend Sturgis this year but I can't help but pay very close attention to your ringing ears comments. If you're not, please consider wearing some ear plugs on those long miles. I've heard you mention your ears ringing in other ride videos. You're still a relatively young fella and trust me you don't want no permanent hearing damage and constant ringing in your ears all the time (tinnitus). It's irreversible and permanent. The Khrome Werks mufflers may very well sound badass but you may pay the price over time. I love fairly loud beautiful pipes as well but keep the tone to a minimum for better ear protection. Wind noise contributes as well. Ride on Brother.
Brother, man I love your riding! Amazing how one an roll thru a summer rainstorm, an hour later you’re dry. Great content showing that Storm ahead. Just stay on the throttle!
Yo John, really enjoyed your 1st day to Sturgis glad to see you on the Tube again. Having good roads to travel on makes the miles melt away!! Continued safe travels.
No one should stop in PA ever. RUN MAN RUN! White and colored helmets in general vs black are also proven safer as it gives drivers something to focus on so they're less likely to hit you. Honestly loved doing some iron butts, they're not easy but I can't wait to do another! Is it really a road trip with no rain? Time for some earplugs!
3:14 - Juicy Fruit it's gonna move ya! It's gotta taste that gets right to ya!!! 🤣 Is that an HD 3/4 helmet? what's the inner liner made of? 13:05 - that is beautiful!!!!
Burger 🍔 King 👑 you made it look like you Consumed only one fish sandwich 🍔 🫣 I like Glenn’s Road King he has style 😎 Love from DeKalb Mississippi USA 🇺🇸
Loving the sites! I have seen you build the bike and now I’m seeing you put the miles on silverback. Awesome video John I think that what people wanted to see after you built silverback all over again 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Big John It would be helpful to me and maybe other followers to add the road numbers you drove on and let us know if you preplanned your Hotel selection ahead of time. So many RUclipsr’s make these great scenes but never mention the road numbers. Don’t take this as a complaint. But if we hear the route numbers we can take notes if we ever get a chance to travel. As always great video
FYI those are probably the only roads without potholes. I ride my sled 70 miles one way to OSU campus in CBUS. trust me when I tell u, there's holes errywherr. lol love the POV of ur rides. And another thing about the car wash, all those vacuums are FREE. after u go thru the wash. Just wanted to rub it in lil more. RIDE SAFE BROTHER. OH.....IO GO BUCKS
Great video, I really appreciate your efforts to share the trip. Rode out myself, though only about 3400 miles. Had issues with my half helmet and rode most of the trip with my Shoei FF. What brand was your white open face helmet? Would you recommend for a long trip?
Wear ear plugs or by the time you're 60 you'll have hearing aids...just saying. I think saddle sore 1000 is much easier when you're riding with another person...my wife and I crushed one in 18hrs. We felt ok, not great, but probably could have finished 1500
Like I said before John, you’re a bad ass beast. But up here in the Canadian Rockies we call you….Thor ThunderCock of the roadways lol. Keep er twisted..and come to the Canadian Rockies dammit lol
Thanks!
