Hey John...hey that snapper is pissed because you put him back on the side of the road he was leaving from. Next time, put the turtle on the side of the road it is facing, that is the direction they were heading...lol... Great channel btw!
I was a hay farmer in New Hampshire... was misdiagnosed with MS FROM 1995-2009... IT WAS LYME... I'M SCREWED FOR THE REST OF MY DAYS... CHECK FOR TICKS AND CHECK EACH OTHERS SCALPS... That is where my first bite was... UNSEEN !!! GREAT RIDE !!
Brother, you might be up for a couple Academy Awards after that show stopper! Can’t possibly touch on all the epic takeaways without writing a thesis. So I’ll spare you, but you and your peeps hit the jackpot on that ride, the landscape, remoteness, enjoyed some out of the way diners, phot ops galore, thru down some serious miles, saved a turtle and killed a tick; it doesn’t get any better than that! 🤣 You said in a previous video, F*** bar hoppin’, get out of town and go ride! I agree 200%, bro. This IS riding. This is how you see this magnificent country we’re blessed to call home. (Note: Unemployeed! Get off ur a** and get to work! There’s 11.5M jobs to choose from!) These are rides, memories are made from, great story telling to share and reminisce for years. The pics, the videos, explaining to people the awesomeness in such an experience can never do it justice. People gotta go live it, breathe it, then they’ll understand. Big John, your music choices are something a Pro orchestrates.. I had this playing in High Def up on the wall, and felt like I was at the movies; coulda watched 3 hours of that stuff. So, so well done bro. You guys know how to ride; my kinda peeps. When a trail is referred to as Scenic Byway, believe it. Nice work buddy, damn!🇺🇸👊💪
grew up in Maine i left home to join the military. been in Utah for40 years. the thing i miss the most is the clean and fresh air, no industry and dirty air. thats what makes new England so great. small towns and friendly people. dam i miss home
Nice save on the turtle John, but you should know that you should take him to the side that he is headed to. After you left he probably tried to get across the road again. Love the videos keep up the good work, We ate at the Muddy Moose the last time we were out there, great food
In Maine people need to remember that they don't drive on the road. They drive on what's left of the road. The winters do a number on the pavement. I've done the same ride on a few occasions and it is beautiful! Come back again in the fall during peak foliage and it will blow you away.
In all seriousness, you shouldn't be too disappointed in not seeing a moose. Seeing one is a pretty rare occurrence, even for people who live there, You could have driven there everyday for a year and only have seen one. You got to see the turtle, that was your find for the day. You are making good videos, keep it up.
Great video John. I rarely leave comments. Been watching motovlogs for years. Been watching you since before you changed the name to Cycle Fanatix. That was a Top 10 video all time IMO. Next time I'm riding up that way I will def. keep on heading north! Keep up the great content brother. Ride Safe
Many snappers up that way you saved his life!! Thanks for the info on the 75 /140 trans oil gonna get some myself!! That ride up into ME was a gift brother we ride that area yearly it's always Tremendous!! You guys should think about riding the Cabot Trail In Nova Scotia up through Maine into New Brunswick into Nova Scotia up into Cape Breten Island it would be the highlight of your riding days!!! We have done it twice and are headed back next year your more than welcome to come with us!! Great Footage!!
Another One Amazing drone footage Amazing Scenery Amazing Save of Me Turtle 🐢 Great fellowship Great food Again Sceneries to die for Just great great stuff John Thx buddy
I enjoyed my coffee this morning with with the views that you brought to us. Awesome AWESOME footage. I need to get up there. New England has beautiful unmolested “ taken over by humans” spots. I bet soon their will be homes and private roads their. Ughh … great job with the 🐢
GREAT VIDEO John! I live in east TN and I just did my first saddle sore 1000 last weekend. 1070 miles in 16:54. I appreciate you sharing all that you do, it for sure helped in my planning! Its great to hear that riding in TN ranks #1 on your list because this one looked pretty epic!! We will for sure have to make our way up there! Hope to see ya out there some day. KEEP UP the GREAT work, your videos are getting better and BETTER!
Damn dude... That has to be one of the best ride videos I've seen in this world of RUclips... Great editing and content... Saving this one to my favorites
I was a camp counselor in Maine in the 80s. A fellow counselor hit a moose with his car. The Moose’s head came thru the windshield and landed in his lap. And his car was totaled.
Great ride!!! I was just in Rangely and was at that overpass 3 weeks ago with friends. A beautiful place. Spent 4 days riding thru Maine, NH and Vermont. A must go to place!
Glad to see you got out and explored. Actually riding up in that area this weekend. I live about 15 mins from where you stayed. Also impressed the Jersey guy knew how to kill the tick...lol I was stationed in Long Island for 7 years and went to boot camp in Cape May, USCG retired.
Hey John, great video brought back so many memories, i rode some of the same roads with some friends a few years ago great riding beautiful places stay safe keep up the great work
Love the ride videos John!! What a view of the lake in the distance!! John the turtle tried to take your hand off even though you where helping him!! Keep those ride videos coming man!!👍
Incredible footage...just amazing...hope to do a trip up that way. I would have to agree...forget the rallies...just get out & ride. I could care less about the rally scene. Just wanna get out & ride new places. Just wish I had the time to do it. But I do plan to do full day trips into the real upstate NY area & just explore. See what I happen to come across. To me...that's the type of riding I want. Just get out there & explore...
Wow John that is some beautiful country! That’s for sharing your rides . Some of us will never see the places you ride too. Thank you again for a wonderful trip like I was right there with everyone 👍👍🙏❤️🇺🇸
Hey John I have lived in Maine all my live and have followed you for a long time. I was so pleased to watch your Rangely visit and how great a job you did on the video. I just had to comment how pleased I am. Great job !!!!!
I totally agree, there is so much RIDING to do when up in the White Mountains, than just hanging at the strip during Bike Week or anytime for that matter. The landscape in that area ( God's country what i call it ) is absolutely phenomenal. Great video John 🇺🇸💯🤘🏻!! Keep up the great work and ride safe 🇺🇸🤘🏻💯!!
Good advice on checking for ticks. They have been bad this year for some reason. Once again great video. Muddy Moose is a good pub! Been there twice. NH, ME, VT some of the best riding in the country! I am very fortunate to live in NH.
Well John I don't know if it's me but your Videos keep getting better and better the way you put your heart and soul in to them and USA is one beautiful country PS nice job saving the Rude Turtle lol
Awesome video. I did pretty much the same route as you within a day or two of you. Hit Americade, Laconia, Vermont, Mt Washington, kancamagus hwy, all the way to bar harbor Maine and back. Incredible riding with amazing beauty! Glad you got some great video, we didn’t video anything. Ride on and stay safe
Rt 153 along the NH/ME boarder is a fantastic ride- one of my weekly weekend rides on the rsv4. Thanks for sharing and the compliments on our piece of heaven up here
John, your videos are getting better and better!!!! EPIC ride!!!! Saving the turtles and all!! One day I want to take a ride with you guys but I’m in NC, so it will be a trip. What does Dyno Dave say about the Amsoil Oil????
Another wonderful video content. That's the Freedom us Americans need to always acknowledge that we have . Thanks again for absolutely beautiful content. P.S. like to know what type, model drone do you use. I am very interested in buying one. Thank you Al
I've been riding up Rangeley a couple times over the years... Its hard to covey the shear massiveness and free feeling of riding there. I barely want to turn for home.
The turtle was pissed because you took him back to where he came from! Took him hours to get to where he was and you come along and put him right back where he started! 😂
Looked amazing even in the video John, can just imagine in real life. Can’t wait to do a similar route and from the looks of some of those roads, Airwolf May be the better option. Man, that tick was on steroids bro, huge! 😂
Awesome Vid, John.. But ... odd as it sounds,... You should be checking each others six when doing the Tick-Check" Back , neck, shoulder blade areas and scalp. Solo rides its different ..... best thing to do is a Tick shampoo/ bath. A Q-tip. slathered in shampoo placed over top of the tick will usually cause it to dislodge and climb"out" of the soapiness on to the Q tip. ( at this point preserve it for later , dead or alive, for lime disease testing if you got "bit" )...... The one on the Tissue that you bar-b-qued with the lighter,.... If it hadn't bitten you , I would have bagged and tagged for testing...... else just flush it down the toilet. Stay Safe.
Oh yeah... lol .... I'm thinking that the snapper was PO'd cuz it was trying to get to that pond...... and you pulled it off course and put it back in the toolies. Ha.... Ciao/
Rt 17 awesome ride, thats the Swift river in the drone footage and the windmills are in Roxbury. Fyi you dont really want to see a moose on the bike.. been there many times. You should take rt 16 all the way to the border 👍 yeah rt 17 got hit hard with heavy rains and washed it out
Hey John...hey that snapper is pissed because you put him back on the side of the road he was leaving from. Next time, put the turtle on the side of the road it is facing, that is the direction they were heading...lol... Great channel btw!
@@CYCLEFANATIX No doubt, you did the right thing for sure brother. Poor turtle was just thinking, " this Jabroni just sent me back 3 hours"! LOL...
Thanks!

Fantastic video. The gratitude comes through loud and clear, and the smile on your face says it all.
Nice save on the turtle John, but you should know that you should take him to the side that he is headed to. After you left he probably tried to get across the road again. Love the videos keep up the good work, We ate at the Muddy Moose the last time we were out there, great food
I was just gonna say this haha
I was going to say the same thing 👍🏻 also, I've seen snappers get their head all the way around to their back legs... Watch those fingers!
In Maine people need to remember that they don't drive on the road. They drive on what's left of the road. The winters do a number on the pavement. I've done the same ride on a few occasions and it is beautiful! Come back again in the fall during peak foliage and it will blow you away.

The white mountains in NH is a fantastic area. In Maine (and I'm from there) you don't have to search for moose - they will find you...lol
Great video, bro & the scenery was amazing. Makes me miss being up north.
Hey John, North Bay here. Great to meet you for the second time in 2 days. Both unplanned. Keep up with the great videos. Enjoy the channel.
