From this laptop I have the volume up to 100% and you are getting masked by the background noise. If I could turn your volume up and the "background" down a tad I would instead of relying on CC. I have no comments yet because I paused it at 23 seconds... will put more in after. Great video. Lots of good information. The sound issue was limited to the beginning. This was worthy of a sub.
Thanks for the feedback, if I’m going to keep doing these I probably need to get a dedicated mic. I’m using my headset and it can’t quite keep up, that and turn game sounds down
@@mrgamesftw1495 thanks, I did this in one take and the audio is in with the vid so can’t redo it but have been turning the game audio down or off in the newer vids
Turning up your volume will increase all of his video, not just him speaking. It's one of those things that he's aware of now. :-) I'm here for tips, my run last night got screwed over by a 30k-bedlog bug...
Came back to the game after nearly a year and was looking for ways to make money and everyone recommended salvaging. This video is pretty much everything I needed. Thank you, earned a sub. o7
Great vid, gained a follower. Owned this game many years but only now just able to start diving into it for myself. Very helpful video, particularly like the fact you mention what keys you’re pressing as you do it. Every other RUclipsr, that I’ve watched anyway never do this. They just walk through something or tell you what to do but they don’t go into that kind of detail that an absolute noobie finds helpful.
Very nice video. I’ve been salvaging with the vulture since it was released. If you do a few of the General Salvage missions, you’ll get the missions you can buy for50K aUEC.while you can’t FRAC the Hammerhead and the A2, C2, and M2, you can make up to 750K aUEC for each job. They take longer, but you don’t have to worry about a Trespassing CS. Haven’t tried the Personal missions yet, but CIG might have changed them so you can’t just fracture and complete the mission. Also, to all the new players drooling to get a salvage ship, just be aware that based on my experience from 3.13 until now, CIG will definitely be nerfing the salvage loop in 3.23, so I would advise against pledging for a salvage ship unless you want to make it a long term loop, and not just an aUEC printing machine.
Hey this is the best tutorial on the vulture that I've seen, and I've been looking. No one else tells us about the simple little things like what keys to push to do all the different things and I LOVE that because for anyone who is new to SC we don't know anything, and a lot of guys just assume we know the little things to do and then I just get lost! Thank you and I just subscribed and hit the see all bell. I hope you get loads of subs., and your channel builds awesome for you. Ill share your channel with anyone I talk to!! One thing I will say though. Sometimes I have to rewind to hear like what key to press because you voice isn't louder than the game noise so I would try to lower the game sound a bit and raise your audio just a hair.
Thank you, I did redo this guide with better audio, but I don't think I was as good about just saying the keys so I may need to redo it again. It does have some more tips though, and I wanted to shorten it, and make sure it was still working with the current patch.
That's an amazing video. Love how I learned a bunch of little things (like moving closer being faster, and the purpose of the ship vector icon) even though I already knew a lot about this. But be careful. 1. Moving the boxes can make your ship explode if they are rattling around. Place them securely. 2. Turn off engines (i key) always before leaving the pilot seat, because the game can randomly begin moving your ship if the thrusters are on, and I suspect that you can crash into an asteroid! People always turn off the engines in this game when they leave their seat, especially when landing somewhere (the ship can literally float away from you). Edit: Subscribed with the bell, you deserve it.
It's getting more popular then when I first made this vid but can still work. IF you need to just manage more material and sell it inbetween the missions you can grab. Thanks for watching!
Your content is fantastic man. Good info and delivery. I’ve been a casual player for a couple of years and have a pretty good fleet, but am learning the salvage ropes in my reclaimer and am basically a rookie with this stuff. This video is EXACTLY what I was looking for.
Thanks for watching! I just started but it sounds like they allow money making for some newer game loops like salvage this patch. I don't know how often I can keep finding good money making like this, but I'm going to keep trying.
Hard to say if they'll nerf it next patch or not. It's great money, but not exactly game-breaking. Still takes some good time to build up a good chunk of change. But again, awesome videos. Seriously. I watch a ton of SC content creators and you're on par with a lot of them. You have a natural talent for this. The followers will come.@@Guardian_Templar
@@301jrod many thanks, and thanks for that info. It's hard to commit to a game in Alpha, but the cost thing is here nor there. I've spent a lot of money for wow over the eyars in sub fees alone.
As an FYI, X is your spacebrake and will use your Boost and the best thrusters available to stop your ship in whatever directions it's traveling. If you're going in a straight line it'll utilize your retro thrusters, which by default will slow you if you're in coupled mode, but faster because of the boost. If you flip it'll use your MAIN thrusters, which are more powerful and will slow you the fastest by using X... Or just flipping in coupled mode and holding boost will also do the exact same thing. X is just a single key that works in any direction and I believe also whether you're coupled or not. While coupled the boost key and X do the exact same thing while you're coasting or reversing thrust, as coupled mode tries to use thrusters to keep you as much as possible in the vector your pressed thruster keys indicate, which if none are it thinks you want to come to a full stop.
Great video and nice plan/grind, will have to try it out. Also, to get into salvage quick: M, LAlt+W gets you into Frakking, then you can just Right Click and it swaps to Disintegration. 😊
You been bless by the algorithm gods. I am new to star citizen and ever since i clawed my way to get aeu I bought my 1st vulture now with your guidance sensei I will conquer the universe.
thanks, yeah this just got a lot of organic views. I redid it for the new patch but it still works. That is a shorter vid with a few more tips. Thanks for watching, and salvaging will make you great money right now, save for the reclaimer.
Just bought the vulture. Very glad I found your video here! Took me a minute to figure out that left alt and right alt are two different modifiers. RAlt+S will give you dissolve as the 2nd mode for Fracture (LAlt+S). After fracturing, use dissolve to fill up your RMC depot.
Thanks for watching and welcome to the salvage life. Yeah, so if u can chIn the mission that’s really where the money is at. Otherwise, you get construction material for fracking and collecting and it’s not worth a ton for the vulture. You need 24-25 boxes and even that amount won’t beat the 80k that you grr from fracking for the mission. You can frack the ship and move onto the next mission to make good money, I did a second vid for this patch as well with similar info.
Great to hear it's still working out. it's becoming more popular so getting the missions can be challanging. Some folks are bed logging in their vulture to get to a didn't server to get more missions.
Hi. Great vid. I just bought the Vulture and am enjoying its gameplay. I am keen to try these missions. One Quality of Life tip: if you approach the ladder from the upper deck walking "backwards", you'll drop straight down to the lower deck without going through the "climb down the ladder: animation.
Thanks for sharing, and watching! I kept trying to jump over it, but only had some sucess with that. Unfortauntely, it's possible to fall through the floor there, so try to keep a helmet on.
Thank you man, i was actually able to fit 25 boxes, one in the buffer and 13 salvaged, ended up with 39 scus per run and was able to buy the reclaimer in about 4 days 😁
Awesome video! Gained a sub for sure! Also you can skip the "going down ladder animation " by just turning around and going down it backwards. Helped me save alot of time. Great video pls keep up the good work
Excellent video! I avoided taking salvage contracts because I thought the only ones available required us to pay to get a claim, and besides, I hate the shooty parts of the game. Making 80k just to fracture a Connie sounds like a great way to go. Salvage has been tough for not doing the contracts. When I went looking for Salvage Panel clusters, the scanner would stop showing where the panels were when I came with in 5 km to the cluster and it would require traveling slowly and hitting F4 to look around outside a lot, before I might stumble on a panel, because their albedo is close to zero, so they would be practically invisible This is even with using a Reshade low light preset. However, at 13k aUEC per SCU of Recycled Material Composite, it is quite lucrative. The highest number of crates I could fit in my Vulture hold was 23, including 1 on the ejector belt. With another 13 SCU worth in the buffer (for 36 SCU), I was getting 478k aUEC per run, but that single run would take me 4 hours. So on a aUEC/hour basis, I wasn't making as much as I could. Thank you for the tips! I will have to give it a try.
Never underestimate the value of a madman whispering to the ether! Thanks for the video! I tried dragging a connie and got a massive CS for my trouble 64k out of the 80k!
Hi! 50% of the time I manage to get 25 crates there, you fill up the grid, fill up the walkway, and then the corner, while standing in the doorway to the stairs. The final trick is to make that last button push on the depot panel, to make it print the last 25th crate.
So, it looks like I made 560,000 just during this vid( not including the sale of the cargo box materials). I started with 13,840,806 at the start of the vid (13,920,806 - 80,000 from the first salvage shown on screen), compared to the ending screen of 14,400,806. The 23 boxs should sell for about 130K as well. Putting the total closer to 700K in about 30 minutes
@@Guardian_Templar make that another sub my friend. As a new player who just started this week I am extremely thankful for this video you took the time to record, edit and share. I made enough credits helping with mining and salvaging to buy my own venture and now I’m about to go make that space cheddar before the great nerf hits us.
@@RPPerry1984 Thanks! Let me tell you, and I probably need to do another vid but if you can get the Reclaimer and do the Hammer Head mission it's crazy money. For that mission, it's actually more lucrative to sell the cargo, it's worth Millions. We're talking ~6M if you can do about 3 Hammerheads and manage their fracking material, then sell.
Thank you for this guide, it's really helpful. This makes the Vulture ridiculously effective. With my limited playtime it took me almost two weeks to grind the aUEC for a Vulture by using a rented Prospector. Now I finally got one and made the money back in under five hours 😁👍
@@Guardian_Templar Yes, it certainly is, but just getting from the access lift into the cockpit of that behemoth probably takes up half of my dayly playtime...

Nice video man, I'm going to try this tomorrow, have just been paying for the 50k salvage missions under general, when the servers are working ok I can make 500-600k in a trip. But takes about an hour generally
@@Guardian_Templar yeah I figured it would be, quick question though, with the vulture when you like absorb the ship pieces what material does that give you? Usually I just scrape the ship and get the scu stuff I think it's called
@@julzyrulz48 yeah, so I think scraping is recylced material and fracking is construction material. Construction materials need to be sold at the admin offices
Thank you a lot i made 6 millions in one day of playing and it was chill, Obvisouly i think i know the location where you trade its pretty fast, What i love is that you are not afraid of loosing money since you dont buy the cargo and you come home with money in the bank already, I would love another video with the reclaimer solo i think it will be even better haha, I plan on saving for one since its so fast and thanks to you i bought a scorpius wich looks really good :p
Yes, get the Reclaimer. You can make that 6M in about an hour with the Hammerhead mission. It's stupid money, especially solo. You actually sell the fracking materials for that one. Thanks for watching! I probably need to make the Reclaimer vid. And, yes I sell at Grim Hex. I'll probably show that in the Reclaimer vid. I think the personal missions are first come first server, but it's less of an issue with the reclaimer and Hammerhead missions.
@@mixifarlight84 yeah, so some appear to not take it at all. I use the L5 stations, each planet has an L5 substation. Or, one of the 4 main planets. For a vulture it should be fine but Reclaimers can max it out what admin can buy, if it's not at a planet admin office.
@@mixifarlight84 nice, making that money makes it fun for sure. The Reclaimer is crazy money too. Like that kind of money per hour, actually a bit more.
Nice video man, just got the Vulture 2 days ago and started to run these missions! Pretty cool. So just cracking the ships, without scraping them fill you up the haul??? So far I have been mostly scraping.
Thanks for watching, so it really just comes down to money per hour. The fastest is to complete that mission by just fracking the ship and getting the 80K. Then, Ideally you can just grab the mission again, but since it’s open to everyone someone may beat you to it. But the quickest way to get money is to just frack and repeat that 80K mission. Next, Construction material that you get from fracking isn’t worth as much as the scraping but it’s also much quicker to get. Scraping material, Recycled or RMC is worth more but it takes longer to scrape. Also, it can be hard to sell because folks are buying and selling it with cargo hauling.
It's probably worth disintegrating the main hull atleast of the 80k cleanup ships for the construction materials, as you can sell those on stations, and it's 6k per SCU.
I'm right off Orison by Crusader and I've done 2 General Salvage jobs and don't see any of the "Clean Up" jobs under personal salvage. Any idea how many General Salvage completions I'll need until Personal clean ups start appearing in my mission log?
Love this vid, so informative! Liked and subbed immediately. Do you think you could lmk where to sell the cargo? I'm new and just got a vulture and can't find a place to sell the construction materials from structural salvage.
Which is a reliable area to sell the RCM or Construction materials? Only Orison allowed me to sell about a third of my loads and no other station would buy. Perhaps too many people doing this during the day and there is no demand. Nice video and thanks for sharing.
yeah so RMC is a little tough right now b/c people trade it. You can buy it without actually salvaging and just trade it like any other good. So, it's a bit hit or miss on RMC. Construction material is easier, I like to goto A18 on ArcCorp. I have another video on tips that shows selling at stations too, but you can only sell a limited supply there.
The Raft that you overlooked is killer. I generally pull around 3 gold off and that pays for it. Then I can fill my buffer in 1 shot and waste maybe 7 or 8 CU.
Great video man, kinda hurts me a bit with all the salvage you leave behind, me and my duo was tag teaming, id fracture the cuttys and connies, hed be in the back printing boxes, then loading him up in his ship, when we were done with the ship hed go sell the boxes while i head to the next ship to fracture
Yeah understood, it's just the 80K is super lucrative. It's about half a vultures worth of the construction material u get from fracking, so about 11-12 boxes. The time it takes to process that, stack it, and sell it as a solo player it's just more efficent to take the next mission and goto the connie/cutty and get the 80K. That being said, I suspect they may change it so that you have to scrape sum, most, or all of a ship in the future so you can then frack it. Maybe each part will have to be red or something like that
@@Guardian_Templar definitely for a solo player your video is perfect! I just got back into the game yesterday, and I seen your video to try to put my new vulture to work. Fracking 2 connies can net us 60 scu of CM which can all fit in my buddies spirit. But all in all, I’m not trying to away anything from your video btw. If my buddy wasn’t with me to take the boxes I’d definitely follow your video to the T.
I just started playing SC 3 days. I only had the $45 starter pack with the aurora. I've since made over 50 mill in 3 days. About 50/50 with crew / solo.
@@Guardian_Templar My story in short... A friend invited me to play. I got in game and he was about to go recycling with a reclaimer which yet another friend of his owned. So I was the 3rd on the crew. I got to practice the claw first, then stacking boxes, then flying. So I knew every job on the ship already. I made about 5.5 mill in 3 hours or so. That was day 1. Day 2, He wasn't on. I found the official discord and offered my services as crew, found another reclaimer, but that trip was cut short, I was up to 8.6 mill after about an hour. Shortly there after I found 2 more guys who were also trying to join a reclaimer crew but none were hiring. After some overwhelmingly uncommon trust in the online gaming community, they both gave me ALL of their money. That put me up to 16.5 mill. I went and bought a reclaimer, put an upgraded warp drive on it, and we went out for a run. Gathered up about 8 hammerheads and sold the loot. I got enough off that one run to pay both of them back in full and we still had 3 mill to split as profit. Another run together and we had enough to split 3.3 mill each. But... one of the other guys was now only 5.8 mill away from buying himself a reclaimer too, so after a quick chat with our 3rd, and we agreed to give him 7.5 mill so he could also buy a reclaimer, and have enough for the upgraded warp drive. Then we split the little bit that was left over. After that I did another couple runs with other crew since these guys got off. The next day I did solo runs for a few hours followed by another duo run with that guy I helped get his own reclaimer. All total I'm 3 days in and have earned over 55 mill at this point. The only two ships I own are the aurora noob ship and the reclaimer. I'm not saying this is the right way to start the game, but it is certainly possible for just about anyone with even minor social skills.
Nice Video.. This look much easier than just doing the salvage mission. Thou you are doing the Salvage mission, but in a different approach. I Lov it. I'm little confused , on the selection of the Mission. Are you picking the Constellation and the Cutty, from the area your in.. Yelta .. Because at the end of the video another Constellation Mission was there, but you didn't take it. Supposedly it was not same area (mission) of others Constellation.
Yeah, so the Risky ones you have to pay for, but the clean up ones pay you to do the salvage. That's really the key, getting paid to do the work instead of taking on you have to pay for.
good info thanks! had to watch parts over and over again to make out what you were saying, over top of the game volume in the back ground but, that's prolly my fault for getting old. lol at 1:27 what are you saying ? it sounds like "right w alt nnw ..is that right?
Nah, I did it in one take and game volume is up too high. I can’t fix it but I did do a remake of this vid on this patch. Although, I wasn’t quite as good about calling out keys and such.
Yes he said "Right W and Alt" if you look the the right of the screen it says the keyboard combinations for each tool the Vulcan has - Tractor Beam, Scraper, Fracture, they are all ALT+W,S,A,D or Mouse Wheel.
The negative and positive for how close and far you are has nothing to do with the amount you are salvaging. It's how fast it breaks or vacuums. Otherwise great video. Another tip, you're hard to hear compared to the game volume. Lastly, you don't need to tell anyone you're a wow player, we can tell 😂 Looking forward to your next.
When I do the hammerhead tow mission by CRU in the personal salvage gig section, I use my purplish pink SRV. I found out from an awesome guy that if you EVA into the salvage ship quickly and sit in the pilot's seat, it keeps the cops from messing with you and getting a criminal record. Now if some a22h0l3s decide to come and be childish, that's another story. But that's why I keep my Eclipse at Seraphim Station close by or have a buddy in his Inferno watching my back for a 50/50 split of $250K. Hit me up sometime in the verse, we can go do a mission together. I'm Zeta-Reticuli.
Nice tutorial , maybe you can help me , normally i go for random debris to scrap it, my problem is .. i found it on the scanner , it's marked with small diamonds, but can i target it somehow, because when i get closer the little diamonds disappear , and these little debris parts are not shown in the scanner or on my radar anymore , the only thing that says me i'm near is a collision alert and even then i having a lot of trouble finding them when i reach the destination.
I haven’t done those debris panels you’re referring to but I don’t believe you can target them. Unfortunately, ships are like this too once they’ve been fractured into pieces. You basically have to keep pinging away to get closer and see the distance.
So the Andromeda has a little ship that goes with it, perhaps you’re trying to get it’s materials too. Unfortunately, that gives a crime stat, it’s a bug. I have a newer vid too that’s similar and it doesn’t have the crime stat issue.
Great vid, very informative! O7! Gotta question for ya: Can you buy the "trowlers" i think is what they are that come equipped on the reclaimer or do you have to own or rent a reclaimer to take them off and install on the vulture?
Good question you probably can, because people take the saddle bags off of the Molle and put them on the Prospector, and thanks for watching and commenting
COol video. I tried salvaging solo (with the big tool), to try it out, and got a whole bunch of canisters filled up with mats. Anywhere to sell those? Or just keep them for repairs?
Yes definitely, so if you used the fracture mechanic and sucked up the material it’s construction material and can be sold at an admin office (I have some examples of that in my tips and tricks vid and L5 station or major city) If you scraped a ship then you get recycled material and they goto a TDD, trade district in a major city. ( I know I show new Babbage in that same tips vid)
@@Guardian_Templar Ah I probably scraped it then, it looked like was burning and disintegrating the surface, exposing the frame and tech beneath. Thanks!
@@Bokaj01 Yes, so that is RMC and you can sale it at a TDD at any major city. However, some folks are trading it through hauling so the TDD maybe full, so you may have to wait a bit to sale it.
I did same thing for a while but I would take the cargo gold and Quantanium and then fill up buffers hull full of Quantanium is a lot more then the mission pay out
Honestly, super new player here. Also a wow gamer. And I super appreciate this video. Salvaging looks like a vibe and this video was a massive info dump that I’ve been looking for. Thanks
Thanks for watching and yeah for sure, I think it's one of those things where they just have a push for this gameplay loop so it will probably get nerfed at some point. I've been using the money to get other ships for different gamepley.
@@Guardian_Templar I got the vulture and its honestly been smooth sailing. Would love to check out the reclaimer sometime. idk if you add people or not. and I am pretty new. but my ingame name is Charxzard. If not, no worries :D
What about RMC? Isnt that very valuable as well? Is ot worth it to scrape the hull of a ship, because I'm pretty sure it's more valuable than construction materials
It’s def worth more and price varies, depending on where u go. I believe it’s about 6.5k for construction material but 12.5k for RMC. It’s a good alternative if you want to take your time to do that, and a good way to break up the gameplay. That being said. It take about a minute or so to frack that 80K mission ship. So, scraping just can’t keep up with that income rate. Its takes about 6.5 RMC boxes to compete with that completion income alone. The vulture just doesn’t have the space to make that competitive, especially with the time it takes to scrape, process, and manage boxes. Versus just completing that 80k mission then prioritizing the next 80k mission. And, collecting construction materials in the gaps. I’m not sure if you can scrape after a ships been fractured but there again it takes more time to do that then get the construction material.
You should be able to sell to any admin. There was a bug if you tried to get cargo from salvaged ships where you had to get in the pilot seat to basically get access to the cargo.
I don't think so, just the salvage missions where you pay in general. Those can have cargo that you can sell. I haven't had luck with ore (non-refined) and I've never seen eggs
Yeah agreed and I think the cutless should get a bigger one too. Thanks for watching, also I have a newer vid on these mission that is probably more lucrative than this salvage guide.
In the new patch there is no instant reward anymore after fracturing the ship, also the construction materials are not worth salvaging.. And early missions now cost around 20k to get 100i claim and only get about 1.2 scu RMC of those that is only worth 14k scu.. So it is barely making any money back and or even not at all, or am I missing something here?!
I did pledge the vulture, I was about half way to a reclaimer or Carrack by doing the same missions but having to actual scrap b4 the patch. Once I saw the fracking I new I had to test that immediately, and make this vid. The Reclaimer was the right call and now I've bought all the ships I've wanted, and I'm building a nest egg for possible ship resets, but who knows they could reset money too. I would def recommend getting the vulture in game if possible. I can send u some auec if you'd like
hey man nice video i wanna try this out but do you know if this still works? because i dont want to spend my money on a vulture if it doesnt work you know. great video
You could get another 2 boxes in if you filled up the space in front of the door way to the ladder. I was getting 25 boxes in reliably before 3.22. Now with the auto eject I could see 26.
Hey :) Dunno if it’s just me but, I’m finding your commentary difficult to hear at times because of the background noise from the vulture. Perhaps turn down sounds a little when recording? Just a thought. Merry Christmas :)
The construction boxes from fracking do sell for less, I think about 12 boxes was around 70k. I was testing for a vulture review and 12 boxes of recycled materials from scraping was pretty much double that. So, if you can’t find the mission as much as I did in the vid, then you may want to take the time to scrape instead of just fracking.
Like the kind youre doing vids. plain and straight to the point. But man.....yea its an alpha but what I don't get is ppl exploiting the living sh....out of every loophole in such games. Makes me sick.
Yeah, I can diffently understand that , but I think this is a bit by design here. This is really allowing CIG to have people stress test salavging, specifically the fracking mechanic. I'll hate to see the money get reset at some point, but I think it's great to have access to ships that can be purchased in game from this game loop.

Well done bro!! Grinding to 15M for the reclaimer is much worth it. With reclaimer you can push to 11M/h 😮😮
Reclaimer is definitely crazy money right now
If you got a 2 man crew and know what your doing easily 5 mil every 45 mins
Thanks for watching, subbing, and sharing these tips. This games is always a little silly with it’s little quirks.
I like your style of giving clear and useful information. Def subscribing to your channel. Looking forward to watching the reclaimer one next.
Thanks for watching, I uploaded that recently. It’s definitely more auec but becoming more popular by the day…hell by the hour
This was a fantastic guide. Earned my sub for sure. Clear, concise and not full of BS. Thanks!
Thanks for watching and subbing
Just got the Vulture so definitely be trying these missions out!
I've spent a lot of money for wow over the eyars in sub fees alone.
very nice video mate, very condensed information and all the steps explained very well, GG

Thanks, yeah this is what I was thinking, like a smart thruster key just swapping when needed based on your current velocity
Most tutorial videos are just winging it. thank you for not wasting my time and giving clear and proven loops.
Thanks for watching and commenting!
Great video and nice plan/grind, will have to try it out. Also, to get into salvage quick: M, LAlt+W gets you into Frakking, then you can just Right Click and it swaps to Disintegration. 😊
Thanks for sharing, I have a newer vid that show you how to do the 250K hammerhead mission as well
You been bless by the algorithm gods.
F the views, ur the only reason i'm able to successfully salvage rn. Thanks for video
Great to hear it's still working out. it's becoming more popular so getting the missions can be challanging.
Some folks are bed logging in their vulture to get to a didn't server to get more missions.
This channel will age like fine wine. Good and clean guide. Direct sub
Thanks for watching, commenting, and Subscribing!
Hi.
Or strafe left at the ladder and you just drop down . I do it all the time to save climbing down the ladder 🪜👍🏻
Nice. this will help a ton. Been away a while so getting back into my vulture will be much easier now. Thank you.
Np, and it works in the current patch too
Thank you man, i was actually able to fit 25 boxes, one in the buffer and 13 salvaged, ended up with 39 scus per run and was able to buy the reclaimer in about 4 days 😁
nice, yeah the Reclaimer is broken money at this point. I have a guide for it too but it doesn't matter to much, that ship prints money.
Thanks for this. Genuinely helpful. Audio balance makes it hard to hear you some times, but very good video
Thanks for watching!
Awesome video! Gained a sub for sure!
Also you can skip the "going down ladder animation " by just turning around and going down it backwards. Helped me save alot of time. Great video pls keep up the good work
Thanks, yeah I’ve been side stepping it or going backwards to prevent myself from falling out at this point
Definitely earning a sub with how good this video is and how much money it will make me/already has.
Good to hear, patch soon so hopefully they don’t remove these missions.
Subbed as a long time WoW player (2006) myself.
Thanks for the video ! Just got new to salvaging and your video helped me a lot ! Keep up the great work !
Thanks for watching!
Thanks and good to know. I wanted to look for those panels but found these missions instead.
Got my vulture yesterday! Great advise from the video, will be doing the personal missions for uec!
Thanks for watching and best of luck with your grind for AUEC!
Never underestimate the value of a madman whispering to the ether!
Thanks for the video! I tried dragging a connie and got a massive CS for my trouble 64k out of the 80k!
Yeah, I’m not sure what is going on with the tractor beams, pretty buggy. Thanks for watching!
Hi!
50% of the time I manage to get 25 crates there, you fill up the grid, fill up the walkway, and then the corner, while standing in the doorway to the stairs. The final trick is to make that last button push on the depot panel, to make it print the last 25th crate.
tetris at its finest
No nonsense. I like it. Subbed.
Thanks for watching and subbing
So, it looks like I made 560,000 just during this vid( not including the sale of the cargo box materials).
I started with 13,840,806 at the start of the vid (13,920,806 - 80,000 from the first salvage shown on screen), compared to the ending screen of 14,400,806.
The 23 boxs should sell for about 130K as well.
Putting the total closer to 700K in about 30 minutes
Subscriber 1? Shiddddd
That comment didn't go where I meant it to, but either way. One more for the engagement 😊
@@helios92x26, all good I knew what u meant and thanks!
Nice salvage is very hot right now, the Reclaimer is even better income
@@Guardian_Templar Yes, it certainly is, but just getting from the access lift into the cockpit of that behemoth probably takes up half of my dayly playtime...

The tip about not being able to break the hammerhead is going to save me a lot of time lol I was gonna do it next. Thanks, now I’ll go for the other ones instead
Thanks for watching! The hammerhead is a great way to make millions per hour. I just did a new vid about that if you can make the AUEC for it.
You've just sold the Vulture to me brother. Thank you.
HI THANK YOU GREAT PLAN IT’S COOL TO HAVE SHARE IT
GOOD LUCK
Great information, thank you.
Yaaaarrr !!!
Nice video man, I'm going to try this tomorrow, have just been paying for the 50k salvage missions under general, when the servers are working ok I can make 500-600k in a trip. But takes about an hour generally
yeah this appears to be more a first come first server and is gettinga bit tougher but it is doable
@@Guardian_Templar thanks man appreciate the speedy reply. I look forward to your future videos, keep up the good work 👌
@@julzyrulz48 Thanks for Commenting and watching. Hopefully I can keep coming up with new ideas!
Thx very informational video in a compact format!
Thanks for watching, I wished I could make it a bit shorter but had quite a bit to cover
Thank you a lot i made 6 millions in one day of playing and it was chill,
Obvisouly i think i know the location where you trade its pretty fast,
What i love is that you are not afraid of loosing money since you dont buy the cargo and you come home with money in the bank already,
I would love another video with the reclaimer solo i think it will be even better haha,
I plan on saving for one since its so fast and thanks to you i bought a scorpius wich looks really good :p
Nice tip about replacing the tractor beam.
Thanks, personally I just found it to be fairly useless, for now. I use to hit ships and need it, but most get a crime stat anyways for using it
Ngl this is not only lucrative but such a fun gameplay loop
Yeah, I like it quite a bit. You can mix it up by scraping but I find it hard to sell that material, b/c people trade it with hauling.
Are you only allowed to sell a certain amount of contruction material to a specific admin office?
@@mixifarlight84 yeah, so some appear to not take it at all. I use the L5 stations, each planet has an L5 substation. Or, one of the 4 main planets.
For a vulture it should be fine but Reclaimers can max it out what admin can buy, if it's not at a planet admin office.
@@Guardian_Templar ok thank you bro understood. Since watching your video yesterday I made 3.3mil❤️
@@mixifarlight84 nice, making that money makes it fun for sure. The Reclaimer is crazy money too. Like that kind of money per hour, actually a bit more.
Even if this was nerfed i learned alot about getting the most salvaging thanks
No problem, thanks for stopping by to watch. I have a newer version as well with some new ways to salvage as well.
Great content, tips were informative. ~~ gained a sub.
Great video, thank you very much for sharing the keys used in the process as well. Helps a lot to a new player. New sub from me!
Thanks!
Just bought a Vulture
Also use shift with X for additional slowing when your are going full speed
It's probably worth disintegrating the main hull atleast of the 80k cleanup ships for the construction materials, as you can sell those on stations, and it's 6k per SCU.
Great content, subbed!
Thanks for watching!
Really useful vid. Great info and to the point. Clearer instructions on button pushes for different tasks would be an improvement for me.
Thanks for the feedback and will keep that in mind for future guides
very nice and concise, thank you
Thanks for watching and dropping a comment!
Good info, subbed. Game audio is a little loud compared to your mic
I'm right off Orison by Crusader and I've done 2 General Salvage jobs and don't see any of the "Clean Up" jobs under personal salvage. Any idea how many General Salvage completions I'll need until Personal clean ups start appearing in my mission log?
I think u need to atlatest 2-3 mission... It will populate 15-20 in no time.
Love this vid, so informative! Liked and subbed immediately. Do you think you could lmk where to sell the cargo? I'm new and just got a vulture and can't find a place to sell the construction materials from structural salvage.
Grimhex , admin area on the left side there is 2 computers where u can sell
Then I can fill my buffer in 1 shot and waste maybe 7 or 8 CU.
yeah, it's nice to mix up the gameplay sometimes. It's just unfortunate that they only give you 30 mins for those missions and they have a cost
@@itsnachodaddy nice, good idea. I haven't been good about taking on the MM part of the MMO side
I just started playing SC 3 days. I only had the $45 starter pack with the aurora. I've since made over 50 mill in 3 days. About 50/50 with crew / solo.
Nice and thanks for watching. It’s even better with a Reclaimer if y’all go in on one of those. I have a guide for that too.
Thank you for the guide. Lower the in-game volume so we can hear you better
I just got my vulture and i have no idea what the controls for it are. This video is a massive help for me
Glad I could help, hopefully you can make some good money b4 they nerf this
Nice video!
Thanks for stopping by to watch
The negative and positive for how close and far you are has nothing to do with the amount you are salvaging. It's how fast it breaks or vacuums.
Otherwise great video. Another tip, you're hard to hear compared to the game volume.
Lastly, you don't need to tell anyone you're a wow player, we can tell 😂
Looking forward to your next.
Hello, nice video, maybe i dont' understand but why i try to do the same and have crimestat doing this... ?
Thansk for answer.
cya
So the Andromeda has a little ship that goes with it, perhaps you’re trying to get it’s materials too.
Unfortunately, that gives a crime stat, it’s a bug. I have a newer vid too that’s similar and it doesn’t have the crime stat issue.
Nice Guide dude

Great vid, very informative! O7! Gotta question for ya: Can you buy the "trowlers" i think is what they are that come equipped on the reclaimer or do you have to own or rent a reclaimer to take them off and install on the vulture?
Good question you probably can, because people take the saddle bags off of the Molle and put them on the Prospector, and thanks for watching and commenting
@@Guardian_Templar oh yeah true!
Where do you sell the construction cargo at?
Hi, I usually goto admin offices at any major planet, Grim Hex, or the L5 stations. Some examples are in my tips vid
COol video. I tried salvaging solo (with the big tool), to try it out, and got a whole bunch of canisters filled up with mats. Anywhere to sell those? Or just keep them for repairs?
Yes definitely, so if you used the fracture mechanic and sucked up the material it’s construction material and can be sold at an admin office (I have some examples of that in my tips and tricks vid and L5 station or major city)
If you scraped a ship then you get recycled material and they goto a TDD, trade district in a major city.
However, some folks are trading it through hauling so the TDD maybe full, so you may have to wait a bit to sale it.

admin office for construction material. I have a newer vid that can probably make a bit more as well.
I don’t think all admin office will take it though, goto either an L5 station or main planet. I have some examples on my tips and tricks vid
Thankyou good video and Info
Thanks for watching and the comment
Nice guide! thanks
Thanks for watching!
Love it but I have one question, for selling would this count as illegal cargo or can I just sell these normally at any admin office?
You should be able to sell to any admin. There was a bug if you tried to get cargo from salvaged ships where you had to get in the pilot seat to basically get access to the cargo.
great video maybe turn game sound down for the next one :)
Hey, thanks for an awesome video! Please could you tell me how you got the target ship on the HUD? Thanks in advance o7
Sure it's T to target, also If you don't see the target screen you can use F and click menu on any of those screend to change it to a different screen
Simple trick to avoid the ladder glitch, back into it. The height is not enough to do much damage.
Can you find drugs or expensive cargo in these ships you are supposed to break down like you can with ERT’s?
I don't think so, just the salvage missions where you pay in general. Those can have cargo that you can sell. I haven't had luck with ore (non-refined) and I've never seen eggs
I really wish the vulture had a better cargo hold. I hope they think of something to balance it out once salvaging gets nerfed
How do you get out of the ship to sell PlanetSide with all that cargo?
You can access the door near the pilot seat. There’s a door to the left of the pilot seat that you can get in and out of.
@@Guardian_Templar true ok. Thank you
@@alec3205 np, thanks for watching
Did you buy that ship from RSI or by grinding for it. If you did what did you do before these missions?
I did pledge the vulture, I was about half way to a reclaimer or Carrack by doing the same missions but having to actual scrap b4 the patch. Once I saw the fracking I new I had to test that immediately, and make this vid.
The Reclaimer was the right call and now I've bought all the ships I've wanted, and I'm building a nest egg for possible ship resets, but who knows they could reset money too.
I would def recommend getting the vulture in game if possible. I can send u some auec if you'd like
Yeah that would help out thanks
@@HammerLaneJay is this handle the same as your ingame name?
@@Guardian_Templar no in-game is Juicy-J
are u hammerLaneWarrior?
I thought you had to strip the ship before you could frack a ship?
nope, but I could see that coming as a change in the future
hey man nice video i wanna try this out but do you know if this still works? because i dont want to spend my money on a vulture if it doesnt work you know. great video
I believe so the mission is still there as of the most recent patch
do you know of a list of the ships it can salvage
It can salvage any ship but as far as fracking, I'm not sure but I imagine not large or capital ships
So you can do the Hammerhead mission but you'll ahve to hull scrape it to complete, not fracking like I do in this vid
You could get another 2 boxes in if you filled up the space in front of the door way to the ladder. I was getting 25 boxes in reliably before 3.22. Now with the auto eject I could see 26.
Oh nice, I haven't tried that yet, thanks for watching
Hey :) Dunno if it’s just me but, I’m finding your commentary difficult to hear at times because of the background noise from the vulture. Perhaps turn down sounds a little when recording? Just a thought. Merry Christmas :)
thanks for the video, how much do the boxes sell for ?
The construction boxes from fracking do sell for less, I think about 12 boxes was around 70k.
I was testing for a vulture review and 12 boxes of recycled materials from scraping was pretty much double that.
So, if you can’t find the mission as much as I did in the vid, then you may want to take the time to scrape instead of just fracking.
Where do I sell the cargo?
Any of the 4 major planets, Grim Hex near Yela, or really and of the L5s
At the Admin office for any of those, I have some examples on my tips video
Like the kind youre doing vids. plain and straight to the point. But man.....yea its an alpha but what I don't get is ppl exploiting the living sh....out of every loophole in such games. Makes me sick.
Yeah, I can diffently understand that , but I think this is a bit by design here. This is really allowing CIG to have people stress test salavging, specifically the fracking mechanic.
I'll hate to see the money get reset at some point, but I think it's great to have access to ships that can be purchased in game from this game loop.
Currently salvaging makes more money but I find mining more interesting you might want to try it.
Yeah, it’s currently the money that keeps me pretty tied to salvaging
@@Guardian_Templar I like to make a bunch of UEC with the reclaimer then switch to mining since I have more money than I care about and just want to have fun.
