Hi! Great video!! I have just a question.. does the igniter (lighter) of your primus burner work? I mean.. we had 2 replaced in around 2 months, because the little metal filament (of Primus lite or Primus lite XL) that gives the sparks.. after 2-3 uses felt apart (came litteralli off).. are the filaments of your stoves firm and solid.. or they also tend to come off?
Hi, Sorry to hear you have had a bad time with the stoves, we have not had any repeated issues with the Peizo lighters on these stoves. Sounds like you had really bad luck to have 2 fail.
@@tauntonleisure eh.. yes.. sounds like that.. May just ask you, how long (as maximum time) you have been keeping the flame on for cooking on your stoves? I mean have you coocked for 15-20 mins using the pints and a separate pot?
Personally I have a 15 year old Primus canister stove which has seen a lot of use and the Peizo still works fine. We also have some staff demo units which have had a lot of use and still work fine. 15-20 mins of use is not out of the ordinary and should not cause the Peizo to fail.
jetboil micromo vs the primus lite + could be interesting :)
We will look into putting something like this together

The Chines have cloned this kit for $28.00.
It takes way to long to boil 2 cups of water 4.5 minutes is not good.
