Really depends on case flow
The one with the best dissipation is the MSI Ventus 3x, I'm telling you from experience, I had a 4070 super from ASUS and I compared it with the MSI ventus 3x and the MSI shows lower temperatures than the ASUS one.

Impossible, it's msi and it's the 3 fan edition and again 4070 is a very efficient card, it doesn't get hot, this ventus 3x is cool as heaven
