I dig the anime design of it the red shroud something different thats cool those sticksrs deserve a place of prominence as well.

Do you have the resources to take it apart? I read something about VRM memory temps but then also heard it was fixed. I'd like clarity by seeing. Having a hard time finding anyone whose ripped it apart though. I'd like to know GPU temp, VRM (memory junction) temps and peak hotspot temps. If you can do that, you;ve earned a sub! I bought an ASUS dual OC but it sucked so I returned it. I really like MSI products but heard pros/cons. Mainly no vapor chamber. I'm about to just get a FE from best buy and call it a day lol. I want lowest temps @ lowest dbs.
@@natel7382 You may look into Gigabyte Aero OC editions. Saw a few videos and the temp is very low on those cards as the heatsink is huge on them. One downside tho, the fan noise is pretty noticeable from what I have found reading the comments and reviews.
@@natel7382 I could do a tear down, for sure. But temps on this Gaming X Slim were pretty good, a point I go into good detail in the review (releasing Saturday). But the tests don't stop there, hotspots, vrm overheating are potential issues we want to look out for.
As a 1440p gamer I am looking to upgrade my 2060 super with a 4070 super. I recently upgraded my cpu to a ryzen 5 5800x3D and 32gb ram so I feel the 4070 super makes the most sense with that pairing and my needs with my pc.

Got one for myself. As a first time computer builder and degenerate anime fan on a soft 1500 dollar budget. Works super well, Easily crushes all of my games in 1440p Ultra Native or with DLSS with over 80fps in everything to 120-200+ in more competitive/older triple AAA games. I also appreciate its slim size lets it gets lots of air in my relatively combat Fractal Pop Mini Air case. Super happy despite the 50dollars extra cost as it was selling out on Amazon

@@Hagedornbitformer It wouldn't be an impactful upgrade; going from a 4060 to 4070s makes the most sense if you're also targeting a higher resolution and need the extra 4GB of vram.

@cloud-cq6dl xx60 class is typically a balanced one. But do you mean a 2060? Or just a GTX 1060; regardless for either one, a Super series variant or similar would be a great upgrade option/leap for ya! Nice
Hey@@valoy8966!! @ 1080p, and depending on the game, 4070s should have little bottleneck affect with a 9900K. I imagine, if you're interested in a card in this price range, and with 12GB of vram, then high+ is the target with your games; and turning your graphics settings up would also alleviate any potential CPU bottleneck. You've given me an idea.. we do have a spark 9900K sitting around.. 🤔

@Trenshi Not really. It cools a little better but the Coil Whine is a hard trade off.
