  • Several people reported "strange smells" coming from the tower and sounds of something struggling to move inside of it.
The only way to enter the inside of the tower is by a flight of stairs, which is located on its back, which almost no one had access to.

A note I haven't seen in the comments yet: The clock tower was also constructed in order to mask the sounds that the man in the cabin heard. Covering the original sounds that the hive made (not sure why it made sound yet) with the bell kept townsfolk from investigating. Also the 3 men named in the video were either offered or executed, along with seemingly their lineage in order to keep the clocktowers true nature a secret.

The fact that this channel only had a little over a thousand subscribers is criminal, deserves to be much bigger

Alright, as one of the only people who actually still talks to the spiders I’d like to speak on the town on their behalf. Also, I wanted to reiterate, I am not some sort of glowing green eyed cryptid who stalks the woods. It is night vision goggles and a camouflage suit. Anyways , on to business, while the tower over the hole is nice for keeping the rain out, the bell chimin every hour makes it difficult for some of the spiders to sleep. They’ve gotten somewhat used to it over the years but it’s still a bit annoying. Secondly, while the food offerings are very nice and appreciated and a step in the right direction of making reparations after the 1989 incident, please , stop leaving people you dislike in the offering cage. The spiders do not eat people, that is a hurtful stereotype and they are tired of having to escort people out of the woods that you leave there. I would’ve said something sooner but I only just recently got myself a computer and figured out how it works. Internet reception is terrible out here. Anyways, that is all, sincerely, cabin man.

This was delightfully chilling. Everytime the music stopped, my heart skipped a beat. Awesome job! I enjoyed the demon-stration.

“Architecture Demonstration” is one of, if not the, best episodes in the series. The beginning section is great at building tension, and making us wonder what the true purpose of this clock tower is, and the reveal of the offering cage is one of my favorites. The ending scene is quite possibly my favorite in the series so far, and the way it ties back to “Groove Cross Annual Festival” and “1989 Incident” is so well done. The 3D modeling for the clock tower is smooth as hell and aesthetically pleasing, as well as the giant spiders at the end. While it’s not perfect (nothing really can be,) it’s still an extremely well done episode from an extremely well done series.

Remember back in the 1980's when towers only cost $2000-3000. Inflation sucks.

At the beginning it sounded like it was playing "Heartaches" by Al Bowlly or "It's Just A Burning Memory" by The Caretaker
