I am in shock. Pure. SHOCK. This gave me so many chills during the footage scene. The sound effects were so realistic. That ending sound with the ships horn gave me chills down my spine. That portal scene was so stunning. I thought that picture with the opening was like a hurricane, not a full on inner dimensional portal! You continue to impress me! Great job!

My question isn’t “why was the Lighthouse foghorn there” It was “why did it work so well there” Great stuff as always. Nice meta twist of it not being the first shadow’s eyes to turn green, but the crowd’s eyes.
Minor nitpick The EAS wasn't a thing in 1986. It was the emergency broadcast system and it used different tones (the buzzing in the EAS, is merely a data burst to wake up SAME CODE receivers. The EBS used a high toned beep. Like a long beep.) That being said, these are great and I very much look forward to these and get excited when I see you've uploaded. Don't stop! You're on par with Gemini and Eventide. Like, I kinda regret watching this at 130am in a quiet house while everyone else is a sleep. Got half a mind to go climb in bed with someone-- ANYONE

I'd say if it weren't for the spelling errors and timeline errors this would be one of the top 3 up there with Local58 and Gemini. Eventide is far below those two and this already easily blows it out of the water, imo.
Man, and they told me that there's nothing interesting in upstate New England... Maine's going to turn greener than a radioactive waste dump at this rate
I remember watching the local 58 videos years ago, like in 2010 or something, and they were pretty much the only game in town. I’m just glad more and more people are getting creative with this type of horror. It only took, a long, WHILE for people to finally get with the program and make cool shit like this..!😂👍

These three researchers had been around a month or two but hadn’t been coming up with much, I met em when they went looking for the mythical “cabin man”, only to be disappointed it was just ol me living out in the woods. Anyways, they were afraid their research money would stop coming in and their project cancelled if they couldn’t come up with results so they started faking stuff to send In. I was one of the people in the last video. Was just me and two of the researchers and a few young men from the village wearing night vision goggles on an early foggy mornin. Anyways. After they got more funding due to the unusual stuff they were, “discoverin “ they took the money and hopped the border to Canada . Haven’t seen em in a while but I have gotten a few letters over the years. Nicest people to have moved into town I’ve met in a long time. I live in a cabin in the woods cause a lot of the town is balmy
I think both the spiders and glowing eyes are otherworldly technology. the "spiders" are craft to help these subterranean beings move over land, and the glowing "eyes" are some sort of tech to adapt their limited eyesight and/or convert what they see to a form their biological systems can interpret.
Hate to kick you in the nuts, but when you cut back to the research base footage and to the radio where it started giving EAS tones, you broke the immersion. This was supposed to be footage from 1986; the EAS didn't become standardized until 1997. If you had used EBS tones, you would have kept it creepy for me.
I'm continuously impressed at how good this series has gotten from its early start. Rightly spooky.
