Fi again thankyou. this is helping counter joint stiffness that pops up - end of year tensions. Oh how I have relied on all these 30 minute flows to keep body loosness and sanity during our time in the city. Two more weeks to go as Christmas approaches. Shift back to Mt M. Ahhhh. That's nothing short of truly amazing, to say the least! -Oh yes, wuite many of my patients employ rotatory patterns habitually, which involve the lumbar spine, that's crazy, & it takes them quite a while until they're aware of where the rotations sit, to use efficient, beurophysiologically reasonable patterns, instead of pulling at themselves until they hurt badly. As I said sometime earlier, my anatomy tests couldn't make you sweat the slightest bit, it seems, piece of cake...❤️🙏🏻
My knowledge is very yoga specific. Think I’d flunk a proper test! Habit creates so many grooves it begins to feel so normal. We’re all like that, huh? Great you enjoyed this flow. It’s a fav 🙏❤️

Love this creative, energizing, interesting class. There was a little left/right confusion with the twisted triangle (as you named it, not a favorite :) ), liked how it was a standing reflection of the earlier fallen triangle. Definitely feeling more spacious! Thank you.

Wow Fi, this class really surprised me. I usually do the long classes but today I decided to do 30 min(wanted to watch Jimmi Kimmel show :) so I did not have much time), choosing this class was something I really needed after two days of not practicing yoga. I missed u. I had tons of work. This class was something special. I like the beginning with the ab workout, not too many vinyasas(btw I am getting very good at this). I have 0 wrist pain. I saw u posted a video, tomorrow will give it a try. Lots of love from NYC
