I had no idea you could take any car really on that track. I thought it was required to use the same car as everyone else. Dang. now I gotta bring my Erevo to the racetrack! Thanks Mark!

******Hello Mark.***** Regarding the EREVO 2.0. If you use limit straps. Loop them around the rear brace and attach them to the rocker arm. I haven’t had a problem with the push rods since adding the straps.

What an awesome video. I have been back and forth on an e-revo 2.0, or an sct 410.3......this video may have just tipped the scales in favor of the E-revo. I had several 2.5's back in the day and hands down it was my favorite rc car i've ever had. I also like to race, hence my dilemma. lol
Mark you should install the chassis brace, limiting straps, and newly upgraded factory pushrods on the e revo 2.0 and see if it’s a good basher in 2020 (heard it’s good with those very cheap upgrades)

Dude are those stock Talon tires? They hold you back on a track like this. It's a night-and-day difference if you mount Proline Hole Shot truck tires on an ERevo, you won't believe how much better the handling would be, keep in mind they are thinner for cornering that's the first thing you will notice.
They should get a field cover tarp like they use for baseball fields like for little league or high school baseball they cover the inner field were dirt is at an works well so they should invest in one an would save them hella time

You can drive whatever car you want. At our indoor track I have seen guys running huger 1/5 scales.

HRB batteries are super solid, run them on my x-maxx and have had no issues whatsoever. They're cheap and so far reliable

Any suspension tuning or is the revo stock? I stiffened mine way the hell up and it handles like a dream bashing it now.
