I bought the McFarlane batwing. I agree it is overpriced and I wish it was black, however I do enjoy displaying it. Its pretty cool and a really fun piece. I don’t regret picking it up. That’s just my opinion.
I recently picked up a Jada Toys RC Batmobile at my local GoodWill for $4 (without controller)! It looks pretty damn spot on. I also FINALLY found and bought a brand new Spin Master Batmobile from Walmart which was hard to find for the longest time. The 89/Returns Batmobile is definitely iconic!!
i had the toybiz and original kenner one growing up, never even knew about the batmissle version that one looks so awesome even compared to the new ones
I have all the Kenner batmobiles from the movies and animated series still sealed. I started collecting them in 2001. My McFarlane batmobile is on backorder. I also have the Spin Master and McFarlane batwings. I got 10% off the latter so it wasn't too bad.
Just a heads up, McFarlanes giving away a signed Batwing and other toys if you enter their photo contest. I don’t think YT will let me put the link. Worth a try though 👍
The batwing has more details than the Batmobile. I bought it with a discount (a little under two Benjamin), and I think the price is just right with the discount. Both wing and the mobile are lack of gimmicks, but if u think 60 is acceptable for the mobile, then the wing is ok with a discount because of the details and size.
I own all of these and I think the Kenner batmissle is definitely the best, no question about it. I think the original Kenner 1990 batmobile is the best Keaton batmobile. Besides the hot toys one of course.

Price isn’t maybe perfect for what your getting but at least it’s actually designed and meant for figures unlike spin master where you’d have to do all the modding to it and drop extra cash to do so also mcfarlane has all the detail to and size obviously but really the whole presentation. Get that stand that you can mount on the wall, comes with screws and all to do that. It’s a win win for me again maybe not on price but everything else that i just mentioned for sure.
It just looks really Light, reviewers have been holding it between thumb and index finger while holding the camera in they're other hand during a review, you really couldn't do that with the animated DC collectibles batwing
@@DeAngryDan i have seen the reviews and to me you got the detail there while maybe subtle it’s all there not to mention again it is specifically designed for action figures and not dolls lol. Spin master is just a slightly smaller big chunk of black plastic that again if you want it looking any close to mcfarlane then you’d have to go all out for it which obviously will cost you extra but probably still won’t reach that price point for 250. Again price point to me could’ve been better, i am not defending that but it’s just night and day between those two and granted one is a kids toy while the other is meant for adult collectors.
My one issue with the batmobile toys is that we could never seem to get an accurate 89 batmobile that is accurate. Meaning a 2 seater that can fit 2 figures in it and the canopy slides forward and back.
I'm not sure about the batwing unless it goes on sale. I'm pretty happy with the mcfarlane batmobile though...now if I can find a place to put besides my coffee table cause of it's size lol

Seeing the ToyBiz and the McFarlane batmobiles next to each other made me wonder if McFarlane's gray canopy could be moded to fit the ToyBiz version. Obviously, one would have to remove the windshield first. But the fact of the matter is that in my humble opinion, the ToyBiz Batmobile came closest to being one of the best by virtue of having the cocoon and being a two-seater. But not having a proper canopy killed it. Anyways... as popular as the Keaton Batman is, it kinda sucks that there aren't any definite Batmobiles (or Batwings) that hit the nail on the head. One way or another, they all have their shortcomings. Well, at least when it comes to the 4 to 7 inch scale. You know... 'cause Hot Toys is a different animal.
For me personally, the DEFINITIVE Keaton Batmobile remains the Returns Bat-missile from Kenner. I think it just hits all the right spots, plus the play features of the separating sections is just a masterful design.
I’m so happy to have the McFarlane Batmobile. It looks great every time I walk into my office.

The original 89 Dark Knight Collection BATMOBILE is the Best one and still unmatched in Toy Form IMO
