Thank you chef Maha for your videos. Guess what I gave soaking now to make todays recipe for tomorrow? Garbanzos! I look forward to your recipes and I have started making them one by one. We have enjoyed them. I get so excited when you post, like a happy kid! I do have a question, here in the USA there’s different seven spice blends. Is there one in particular you prefer? Again, thank you for sharing 🤗🙏💕
So good to know that! The 7 spices are: 6 tsp all spices- 2 tsp cardamom- 2 tsp cinnamon- 1 tsp ginger - 2 tsp Hawaiian ginger(خولنجان ) - 1 cloves (You can make it 9 and add 2 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp bay levels) please let me know if you have any questions 💕

As an Italian married to a Lebanese, I love this dish. So different and unique to the foods I was familiar with. When I go to Lebanese breakfast, they usually serve it with a reddish oil, what is that & how do you make it?

Interesting! I haven't heard of anyone using radish oil in Lebanon. Im curious to see how that would taste. Thank you for the support on my page!
He means reddish in colour. It probably has a spice added to it.
