Hi rouba Nazia here and now here I am subscribing from my husband's account and subscribed from my son's account too you are a good mother, daughter in law and an awesome mother wanna support you as much as I can.
Guys this is the easiest prep with the great yum factor- made this today for Iftaar, followed Rouba steps to the T and well had to dive in to save a bit for me 🥵🤩
This is my favorite! Usually my mom adds the ghee or butter with the hummus cause we like the yogurt cold so the butter doesn't harden. I love how you garnish!
Hi Rouba I Rashmi follow u on instagram, Good to see u on RUclips I m big fan of you and your food even though m vegetrain, veg dishes I have made many of yours but also I try your non veg dishes with veg substitute it's comes out yummy Happy Ramadan
what i don't understand is when i buy the delicious fatteh from the lebanese retaurant, it's really warm. part of the reason this dish is appealing and soothing is because it's warm to eat. but when i make it at home, the yogurt is cold and when i try and warm it, it separates. rouaba did not warm her yogurt either. the chickpeas were the only warm element but that's not going to warm the yogurt.
that's a great point!. My chickpeas are usually hot and I leave them simmering until I'm about to assemble. but the tip for you is to take the yogurt out of the fridge at least 2 hours before you use it. It will be at room temperature. And of course when you butter and ghee when drizzled at the end is hot. You want your fatteh to be warm. Try that and Let me know. I hope that helps ❤

Where is the garlic and lemon juice?
Hi Sybil, the recipe definitely has garlic and I always add more. As for lemon juice, I actually love Fatteh creamy so I don't add
How to make tahini??
I buy it 😄. tahini is simply ground sesame seeds.

U use mayonise.plz mention other ingredients
no yogurt. here's the recipe. roubashahin.com.au/2019/02/12/chickpea-fatteh/
Got to be the only Fatteh recipe in the world without the key ingredient, lemon juice!
no lemon in mine but it's tasty with lemon too. I love the creaminess of the yogurt in my fatteh
you were able to make a 10 min video just to show how to put chickpeas and yogurt into the same plate? impressive.
Im here because my wife doesn't love me.

haha that's true! I hope you enjoy the new videos I have created for youtube I'm about to post!
