If you have to substitute the apple cider vinegar you can leave it out or use red wine . No you can’t,The spices are different for the chicken shawarma ,Chicken shawarma video is coming soon.💕💕

I’m not 100% sure, but most of what I hear is it’s from Lebanon. Most likely another version of the Turkish Gyro

Yes, the Greek one should be the same. mastika is also referred to as Arabic gum.

It is a very traditional spice in the Middle East. You can just Google mastic space and you’ll find plenty of options.

This is a traditional spice that comes from the sap that is collected and dried from a mastic tree. Mistika is also known as misk.
