    I liked this one. I thought it would be boring, but it wasn't. The 30 second intervals went more quickly than I thought they would. I really appreciate workouts that provide me with an opportunity to succeed. Thank you both so much.

    I enjoy these videos very much and my body is really happy too.
    I quite often have the arm and leg exercises going the wrong way but I stop, place my arm and leg in the right position, and off I go. I love that you both make me feel like it's okay to, not , have to be in perfect step all the time.

    Finally got around to doing this one and it feels soooo good! I can't believe how much this loosened my whole body!! I only made it thru 4 rounds plus the warm up and cool down this first time. I'll be working my way up to the full 10 minutes. Thank you!

    I found your 10 exercises/12 reps last week, it's great! I hurt my shoulder two weeks ago, and last week I started these exercises to keep me going til I could go back to #105!! Thanks so much for ALL your videos!! 💚

    The perfect day to do this. Did a seated ab routine earlier, and this one a bit later on. Felt so good. I thought I might not be interested in doing the same move, different speeds, but it turned out to be a truly effective routine.     My wife has started including one of your exercises everyday and has lost 4 bounds doc said she has to lost 18 more pts the strength and HIIT has worked and not over exhausting thanks for the exercises😊

    So are these excersise enough to keep healthy at 66 if do 20 mins a day. Great loverly people love you both ❤️

      Hi there! 20 minutes a day of exercise is excellent! For older adults ages 65 and older, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends 150 minutes of moderate intensity cardiovascular exercise (like this workout and walking) and at least 2 strength training targeting all muscle groups a week. Doing cardio movement, 20 minutes a day for 7 days gets you 140 minutes which is very close. You can also mix things up and walk more than 20 minutes on some days to get you to the 150 minutes a week. We invite you you add in some of our strength training sessions twice a week -- it's important to build muscle to keep up your strength and support your bones.     I find this too much for me as I have acute spinal pain so I will just take it slow and may be try half the time for now... I used to teach wieght training Untill my mid forties then illness spinal struck with aggressive arthritis.. Any way I find frustrating that this work out is too much 😪

    Just completed this 10 Minute HIIT Walking Workout. I really enjoyed it as Aiko seems really into the movements with her smiling face. I liked to see her moving faster in the speed me up sections. I think Aiko has the moves down great. Thanks, April, for this video and for the fun I enjoyed as it was spot-on, for walking!

    Wonderful leg swings during the warm up. Of course the entire video, with options to add music or walk outdoors was exceptional -- as were the prompts to think of moments when moving felt good. (Soooo many from which to choose!)

    Mom is rounding her back on the cooldown while leaning forward with the hamstring stretch. It would be helpful to caution her against this, as it increases the risk of compression fractures in seniors with low bone density.

    I was able to do this workout for the first time yesterday, even though my back was still bothering me. The simple, easy-paced walking did not hurt yesterday morning, and I was even able to do a a brisk, high march for the high intensity intervals. Swinging my legs was harder, and I had to keep the forward leg swings very small. The sideways swings were more comfortable. I doubt I could have done the same today if I'd tried, as even walking was painful today. I stuck with your in-bed workout this morning, plus some other stretches for my back and hips. I have another appointment with the chiropractor tomorrow and am hoping to have an x-ray to see if there's something other than muscular going on that is causing my pain. (May 20, 2024)

      @@yes2next Thanks so much for your encouragement and good wishes! I had an x-ray on Tuesday, which fortunately showed no structural damage, and I seem to be making some progress with twice weekly chiropractic adjustments, applying ice to the area a few times a day, and using a lidocaine patch and ibuprofen as needed. However, my chiropractor has now advised me to hold off on workouts or stretches until further notice. I'm still watching your videos for fun and for future inspiration, and I hope to be able to work out and stretch with you both again soon! (May 24, 2024)

    A suggestion please: could you devise a seated, super slow upper body weight lifting workout? It would be similar to your TUT workout except we would both lift & lower the weights for a count of 6? That way, we could really concentrate on the body part being worked.
