When Michael owned Sony Catalogs and would not give it back. Tommy Mottola refused to promote his last album. Michael joined a class action lawsuit calling him the devil. They did what Comedy Central did to Dave Chappelle. They lied, cooked up stories stating he was molesting. Extortion, bribery. Jordan Chandler dad who is a dentist gassed his son and told him what to say. Wade Robeson stated under oath nothing happened. Macaulay Culkin testified it also. The black security guards wrote a book and interviewed on his last days. It is a good read. MJ called a friend the night before stating he felt someone was trying to kill him. What cardiogist does CPR on the bed?

But Tavis really never like Micheal and he like many thought his friend should be the one with the amount of fam and more just like others did even though this man had even before the height of his career had been in the business since he was 5 doing gigs, appearing later on the same stages as the best of black music royalty to the point he with his brothers were the last to be apart of the so call chitlin circuit.Being among the best at Motown seeing them up close in person.Again Micheal has a good 15 years or more on Prince and others who came along later.Had a built in audience that was loyal and it increased during those years even before Thriller, there were sold out records and seats in Arenas also sold out ,the screaming ,the fainting .So yes wealth came with all that but people do not get how much he give away even setting a record according to The Guinness world record for doing that also.Even in his will about 20 percent was suppose to go to charities continually .As always those who took over his estate May not be doing that because you hear nothing of it.So where is this so call greed and because Tavis and who ever he talks to were not fans of Micheal or at least his later years they would not get none of this ,they were not around him when he would give all his tickets sales to charity and as much was given he always got it back .

Of course he was greedy he was the first black artsit on MTV then shortly after Prince and even he decided to turn his nose up at MJ even though he paved the way for him. Mj sacrificed his entire life for this it was all he had who could blaim him for wanting to be known as the best. I can't see him as a greedy person. Quincy also said the same thing about him which turns out to be him Q wanting more credit for Michael's work than he deserved. Q seemed to want equal recognition. 1 thing that’s very important to remember. In the summer of 1968 Michael was pushed into the studio. If you listen to the first few albums it’s mostly Michael singing several parts. I can’t imagine being the breadwinner for your entire family at 10 years of age. Let that sink in. It’s really tragic.

I don't like to speculate, but I always felt like more happened to Michael in his childhood than he even expressed. People really do not understand that that child was working harder than they work at their 9 to 5's. God rest he and Prince's souls.

Michael was lead singer in a "group"! This doesn't make the rest of the 4 "Jackson 5" insignificant and not contributing to family income!!! #1. There was also a grown Man in the home, working and creating the hard work and vision to make the Jackson 5 happen in the first place!!! Without the man/father there would be no J5 or Michael Jackson, as you say, "bread winner".

    • @brownr749
      @brownr749 Год назад +30

I ran across this lie and had to respond. I'm from the same neighborhood where the Jackson grew up. MJ did not sing several parts. MJ was the lead singer, and the other Jacksons of the Jackson five were backup singers, harmonizing and Jermaine would sometimes sing a good part of the song and at times Jackie had a few parts of the song....and MJ was not pushed. He didn't have to be pushed. He loved what he was doing...stop listening to the racist spin on MJ claiming Joe, their father was abusive....and why can't any stable person be the main provider?...You make it seem like he woke up everyday and had to search for work to feed a family of 11...no, he had fun singing and entertaining..some children did the same exact thing but wasn't as talented as the Jacksons so they didn't make the millions they did what they enjoy doing.

    • @matrix2297
      @matrix2297 Год назад

@@brownr749 It isn't a racist spin...it was concealed for decades until family members started to reveal things. Plenty of white children on those Hollywood lots that have been abused and used as cash cows by their morally bankrupt parents. No one ever disputes that, and the stories are endless. Joe was an abuser, he was also a brilliant businessman and Michael not only gave him credit for that, but commended him on myriad occasions. However this doesn't negate the evident trauma that runs deep in the family from Joe's violence. Michael was the youngest (with the exception of Randy later on, but by that time the group was more established and Joe didn't go after him as much) and without him they wouldn't have had that success, point blank. The brothers were all talented and worked very hard, but without the strength of Michael's voice and stage presence, and the novelty of a wunderkind singing about love like he's lived a thousand lives, the act would never have lasted. Michael did love showbiz, but that doesn't mean he didn't pang for normality. Michael even said Joe once told him "if you don't get to work I'll drop you like a hot potato". He was a money grab in the eyes of his own blood, and this is reinforced by numerous accounts of his family constantly asking for money after he forged his own path and became a legend. They all chose otherwise, with the exception of Janet. Michael was ready to solo tour when he got roped into that Victory Tour which he hated and which was a flop sales wise. If you can hold an adult Michael responsible for his life choices, his father should also be held responsible for the physical and psychological damage he inflicted on his own children and wife.

Michael Jackson was the GOAT 🐐
The industry hated him because he owned his master's, and chose to work with who he wanted to.
Michael Jackson was a musical GENIUS, and a lot of people hated on him.
The industry wanted to take him down and out, and fellow artist wanted him gone.
Michael Jackson was one of the GREATEST humanitarians in the world.
Michael was shy, sensitive, and didn't trust a lot of people, except children.
Michael Jackson knew children were innocent and full of honesty, most adults are greedy, and tried to use him.
Michael trusted children, and adored them, but the industry used that to kill and destroy him.
Michael Jackson was hurt mostly by those that didn't defend him and betrayed him.
Michael Jackson was a gift from GOD, and the evilness of humanity didn't appreciate it.
The industry spread KNOWN FACTUAL lies, and the haters went along with it.
The world will miss, and most will never understand what they destroyed.
    GUARANTEED plain and simple.
    TRUTH, TRUTH, TRUTH
GOD bless you for what you gave us,and May you rest in peace.

He did so much for charity , for children, orphanage, diseased kids, and that was used to try and destroy him because Michael Jackson was becoming so powerful , his songs were messages to the save the world . But elites and music business would not let him be so powerful.

Amen. Money is neutral. Greed is the sin. People are greedy for many good and neutral things...
      1 Timothy 6:6‭-‬10 NLT
Yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth. After all, we brought nothing with us when we came into the world, and we can’t take anything with us when we leave it. So if we have enough food and clothing, let us be content.
But people who long to be rich fall into temptation and are trapped by many foolish and harmful desires that plunge them into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows.
      1 John 2:15‭-‬17 NLT
Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever.
      1 Corinthians 6:9‭-‬11 NLT
Don’t you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people-none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.
Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Michael's weakness was lust, not greed. He needed a lot of money to maintain a lifestyle that would appeal to underage males and to bribe and, if necessary, pay off their families. Of course, a lot of greedy people are attracted to super wealthy people trying to get a piece of it.
His talent and genius have nothing to do with this. Just because someone is talented and has a genius for something does not mean they cannot have other faults.
One thing in the interview that I'd like to address is the idea that MJ was "vulnerable." I saw him as a young man being interviewed by Dick Clark. He was completely in control and not acting at all overawed or vulnerable. And he was not using the high pitched, dainty, lady like tone he would adopt later on.
He was shrewd and clever in making business deals and only feigned that he was sensitive and vulnerable. He loved young men and took advantage of their naivete and vulnerability. A picture is worth a thousand words so the following source is worth millions of words. The pictures reveal the Truth about MJ's preoccupations with young males. mjandboys.wordpress.com/

Then gave him a shot and a pill (or several) to come down. I was shooketh!

I think that both Michael and Prince had an inability to turn off their creative minds and just rest. Thus they both suffered trying to produce and get out all of their music and artistry. Driven perfectionists. I miss them both. I just wish someone in their lives were able to make them see their need to take a break and be silent for awhile.

Fact there have been many interviews with Quincy and Travis where they made disparaging comments and insinuations that were misleading and insulting. They would not dare say the same things if they were alive.
Michael was hitting notes and melodic melodies since he was a little boy. His geniuse has not been duplicated, befor and after Quincy all michael needed was a beet box to duplicate his voice and he still made number one hits. He could beetbox with his voice then throw down vocals over it and create and entire album with a bouquette of melodies and do no wrong, on a Bad day. I will speak for them spirit is thicker than blood.

You can tell Prince cared about Michael
because I bet he was a fan of the Jackson 5 like so many people in their
childhood during the late 60s and during the 2005 trial he deleted bad comments
from people on his Twitter page who were talking about Michael. I think that Pepsi
commercial burn to his skull is was what started him on taking pain medication because
if people saw the photos, they’d understand how painful it was. And I’m sure he
had a hard time sleeping after THAT too. But I think his insomnia started way
back during his childhood in the Jackson 5 days because they were working so
hard like adults, staying up late practicing and performing and when you’re the
star of the group at THAT age, of course you get more of the burden. But I wish Tavis Smiley would've talked to
some Michael Jackson fans before making THIS book because the ONLY thing
missing in THAT book were the corrupt corporate people that Michael was dealing
with who were helping to destroy him and his career. Of course the clueless and
haters DON'T know THIS because the media played a part of it too since they
work along with SONY and were helping to spread lies about Michael to stop him
from gaining more fans. People wanted him dead (which is something Tavis Smiley
doesn’t know) and wanted those music catalogues and THAT tour was a set up and
the ONLY way to get it back to SONY. Why do YOU THINK Sony is so serious about
getting it anyway NOW that he’s gone?
    Corrupt people were forging signatures
(like sneaky Tohme Tohme) to get Michael to do 50 shows when it was supposed to
be ONLY 10 shows. And Michael wasn't taking drugs just to get high, he had
serious health issues that could be life threatening and Lupus can sometimes
cause cancer and dos cause people to go bald. This is why he was at a Lupus
fund raiser in 2003 for a reason. When you have so many health issues at once,
of course there’s gonna be a lot of medication to take along with it. So don't
call him a drug addict as if you’re trying to say he was JUST trying to get
high. Now Elvis on the other hand was the one getting high on cocaine, but you
won't hear the racially BIAS media bringing that S**T up, them and their
secretive ass selves. Michael's medication wasn't strong enough
for all the health problems he had, he just had to take it to live on and THAT
tour wasn't helping either because it made it hard for him to go to sleep.
People need sleep, period, and without it, your mind isn't right because I KNOW
what that feels like and experienced THAT before. You forget a lot of things and feel like a
zombie, but I don't take medication for anything unless it's for cramps or
serious physical pain from whatever. So clueless people need to get THAT
straight. And "dumb dumb" Conrad Murray let the Propofol drip in
Michael's body and forgot to STAY IN TH DAMN ROOM which is why Michal stopped
breathing since Murray didn't come back in time. A wake up call to anybody who
doesn’t know what the F**K was going on.

As events unfolded in the wake of his death, this one dude told me that his personal physician killed him. But another dude told me, "yes, in part. But it was also the musical industry that killed him". They wouldn't allow MJ to have full control over MJ.
This is why I have so much respect for musical artists, who built up their careers and who have full control over when THEY decide to put out another project and not the record label. One of the reasons Prince fought with Warner, wasn't because he wasn't producing enough material, but because he wanted to put out as much material, and as fast as he wanted too. Years later he made sure he had full control over what and how he would do it. Sade she puts out material when it feels right, on her own time frame.

Why is it that when a person is talent and famous people cannot see any wrong in them. People fail to see that everyone is human so you may have faults and there maybe a dark side to a person that is talented. When you are talented that does not mean you are perfect. Michael was very talented but we don’t know what he did behind close doors.

Michael Jackson wasn't a JW when he made the 'Smooth Criminal' video or during the 'Bad' era. Michael left the JW in 1986 a year before he made the video or released the song. JW didn't ever have monitors travel with him, anything he got in trouble for were things he released like songs and videos. He got in trouble with them for 'Billie Jean' because it was about pre-martial sex, and also for the 'Thriller' video because the JW stupidly felt it was about the occult. But when Michael released the 'Bad' he was no longer with the JW!

Childhood can be overrated if you can make money while your young and be independent that can make you less vulnerable to abuse and bullying and set you up to have an adulthood that is remarkable and attract the spouse you truly want, one that will inspire you and challenge you; all of this if those childhood business opportunities are handled correctly with a mastering of our state of mind!

One reason Michael and Prince get compared is that both followed similar musical formulas. Both were soul and funk rooted artist, but they both always made a certain number of pop sounding songs and rock leaning songs. This contributed to the level of crossover that both experienced.

Personally, I’ve never liked how it has always been promoted, not merely suggested, but promoted, that the Jackson’s had such turbulent childhoods. It goes back to what I’ve said over and over that there always has to be a very negative and critical spin on “blackgreatness” in some way, form, or fashion. I’ve always ignored media foolishness about them. Many props to Mr. Joe Jackson and Mrs. Katherine Jackson for guiding their children to lives of great significance that impacted generations of multiple cultures. Their iconic existence is cemented in worldwide history 4ever..❤️🙏🏾
