I needed to hear this. My pumps lately have not been what they used to, I've gained a bit of belly fat, and have felt slightly bloated. So I need to chill on carbs for a month or so and start doing a bit of cardio. RIP John

John had such a fantastic way of communicating complicated stuff in such a beautiful way. And there is no fluff. You can feel the honesty and wisdom he possesed. Every single bit of content i've seen with him have taught me something new, and helped me so so much, I can hardly describe it. I just wanted to change my life, and lose weight initialy, and I became obsessed with Cardio - I had a injury, then became forced to focus on more weight training, then I discovered John Meadows, and his youtube content litteraly taught me everything I know to be true about dieting / training / intensity / _being a good person_ / telling me it's okay to be focused on your goals, but dont neglect your family and friends in the proces. - Setting your priorities, from a wider perspective.
I fell in love with weight training, in part due to Johns teachings. It's now the thing I look forward to the most in my day, going to the gym and hitting the weights.
He had such a huge impact on my life it's hard to really say.
It is such a loss he's gone and I cant believe it still. Even though Ive seen so many of his videos, there is still tons of stuff I havnt seen - and videos i keep rewatching. He really did leave a legacy he could be extremely proud of even though he was taking far too soon.
I dont think it's a matter of how much time you have, more how do you use it.
