Don't see what the temperature is on the grill
I always cook my eggs on a medium low temp around 300 - 325. However on the Blackstone E-Series I notice that it seems to run a little cool so I think I had this on 350 when I cooked them. Hope this helps.
I don't think I've ever seen an electric griddle cook more evenly, or at a more precise temperature than this one👍
Thanks Bobbi, yeah they put this together really well. I'm definitely having fun with it...
👍 in the process of egging up my Blackstone as we speak. Going to line up all six at one time. Hope I’m fast enough to get them done together lol
Funny my first idea for this video was to just cook as many eggs as would fit on the 17" just to check the capacity. Let me know how 6 works out... Thanks Jon!!!
An other 1 in the books. I'm eggstatic with this cook. Now I know how to make eggs 6 ways, lol. You keep making em and I'll keep watchin em.
Eggstatic, I didn't think of that one, NICE!!!! Thanks Bruno!!!
This was awesome Big Cat I appreciated it! You did make it look easy. Not kidding.
Thanks Robert, appreciate you!!!
WOW, you are the Egg Master....Maybe the E in E series means Egg. Mike you did a great job on all of those eggs!!!! Cheers
Thanks Butch, have a great weekend brother!!!
Have been trying to find a e series for a couple of weeks now! Looks awesome! Happy Easter!
Thanks Tom, they are still hard to find. I guess Blackstone is testing the waters before throwing a bunch of product into the stores.
Big Cat enjoy the video eggs look good!!!! Keeep doing you
Thank you! You too!
Great video, I am looking forward to making eggs and lots of good food on my griddle.
Thanks Guy, have a great weekend!!!
I've been looking for that grill everywhere
Nice job🍺🍻🍺
Thanks Darnelle, keep trying Walmart. Maybe Walmart online...
I finally got one online this past week via Walmart . I ordered it Tuesday and got it on Friday. Shipping was free. I hope you find one bud!
Seems like a cool indoor griddle and man you got the eggs going down, imperfections are what they are. :) The “poached” or basted egg works well every time. Awesome job Mike! Have a great weekend brother!
The poached came out really good, that top works well. Thanks Charlie!!!
Thanks Big Cat! I'm quite eggcited about picking up one of these Blackstone E-Series griddles (whenever they get restocked!). Great video, very eggucational 🤣
Sorry for the late reply, I was eggshausted after making this video LOL!!! Appreciate you shovel!!!
Lookin good! Happy easter my friend!
Hey Martini, Happy belated Easter to you too brother!!!
I'm going to cook omelette, regular eggs, bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns on my griddle grill.
Them looking pretty darn tasty. Another awesome video Mike!
Thanks Doug, not sure if you got my email but your new E-Series should arrive on Monday. Have a great weekend...
@@cookingwithbigcat sounds great, can't wait to cook on this griddle! Thanks again Mike I'm still excited and still hard to believe I won this griddle.
Nice! I enjoy real life cooking which means imperfect. I can relate to that kind of cook.
I agree, it's very difficult to cook eggs without messing at least one up lol...
" Insert witty egg pun here " Dammit Mike you used all the good ones. I'll take 2 over easy with bacon , sausage and hash browns !
I knew you would like the PUNs lol!!! Thanks brother, now I know what to cook for you in Orlando!!
I eggsactly need more practice with egg cooking. Thanks for the video
Thanks Robert, you've got to break a couple eggs to make an omelete... Appreciate you stopping by!!!
You left out Eggsample. Great video on making those eggs different ways. Next Omlet
Thanks Roger, I was thinking of making an omlet for this but it needs it's own video...
Over hard for me! Very cool griddle!
Thanks Mike, have a great weekend!!!
Hi Mike, that is one thing I always have trouble with . All my eggs turn out not exactly the way I want but we always eat them anyways .... Hope you are your Family are having a Great Easter Weekend . We are locked down again here in Ontario Canada for another 28 days .
Wow, stay safe brother!!! Happy Easter to you and your family as well...
Nice. I’ll be happy when they keep Walmart supplied so I can get one.
Hopefully soon!!! Have a great weekend!!!
Eggseptional!!!!
LOL thanks Johnny!!!
All the eggs looked great! Interesting that Blackstone went with a non stick surface for the griddle. Wonder if it is because you would not want to get the temp hot enough to actually polymerize the oil to create a patina,,,, since your cooking in doors..... Just a thought. Anyway, great vid and happy Easter!
Not sure, I can tell you this is the slickest non stick surface I've ever cooked on. I'm trying to baby it with plastic/rubber cooking utensils but at the same time I really just want to go at it like "most people" do with their non stick pans and see if it lasts. I just need to let my better half (Marilyn) cook on it a couple times and we'll see if it lasts LOL... Thanks brother!!!
If I cooked six eggs back to back, I'd have burned fingertips deluxe. I'll hit the griddle with my thumb, middle, and ring finger every time I crack an egg. You'd think I'd figure out cause and effect.
LOL, I've done damage to my hands/fingers over the years too Howard!!!
What temp did you use sir? Thank you!

Better shim the back legs with coins to lift it up or your scambe eggs will drain out the back. I am going to try a spring form cake pan ring to trap it.
Thanks Tom!!! I've bought some rubber rings from Blackstone and look forward to experimenting with them in future videos.
EggCellent!
Thanks Norman!!! Have a great weekend!!!
What temps did you use ?

Never thought about doing poached eggs like that.
Thanks Smokin Dave, they came out really good.
What is the price of these? I have one for outside with the side burner would like to get 1 of these for inside the house. Please call me back thank you
They're like $130+ dollars at Walmart. Great for bad weather days...
Cooked yoke is disgusting🙄
I'm with you, I even like my hard boiled eggs runny...
