I use wet paper towels and then wipe down final time with dry paper towel and never have an issue. Love my e-series.

I was so concerned about the cheese from the last video being impossible to come off. I like the water method. I use it on my griddle all the time when trying to remove any stuck on crud. I remember back when I had the e-series I didn't have any warping issues. Only difference is that I always kept the lid on. Don't know if that makes any difference or not and I bet you have already experimented with that. Great clean up video Mack!

I think once it warped, it seems like it warps easier now but as long as it goes back I guess it doesn't bother me. I wanted to tell you, Vevor contacted me a couple times about doing collabs on some of their products but they were mostly things that were hard to do videos on or things like vacuum sealers and I don't want to keep doing the same products over and over again. I asked specifically about either the 14" or 22" griddle since I wanted one anyway and would be a good fit for my channel and also their nugget ice maker which *was* one of the products listed. They shot me down on the griddle idea and just cut off all communication lol. It's like they were offended that I suggested a product that would be a better fit for both parties and wasn't on "the list". 🤣🤣🤣

@@AllAmericanMack Dang, that is very unfortunate in regards to Vevor. I know I'm not able to request certain products. I usually got a couple to choose from. I'm in the process of reviewing one of their dehydrator. sorry to hear they didn't work things out with you.

I learned how to clean a griddle from NAVY food service trainers one read some heated shortening on and scrape the big chunks with you spat or a bench screr and more shoetening and a good handfull of salt, use a green griddle scrubbing pad or pumice stione ans scour it clean
Wipe clean with towls then reseason with more shortening
If it is not going to be used for awhile spread some warmed shortenimg evenly and smooth a piece of parchment paper over the cooking surface
Mrver use cold water or soda to clean a hot griddle like a blackstone they have a much thinner cooking surface than a commercial grill And can warp or even chrack from chill shock
