Thank you for taking the time and creating this video. I rent and hate to contact maintenance for little repair jobs. I spent about an hour trying to cut the screws as advised in another video. I'm glad I gave the search one more chance and I found your very instructional video. Once again thank you.
So there appears to be concrete behind the drywall where tissue paper holder is.. and Not enough space between drywall and concrete for toggle to expand. Hole is too large to reuse same sized wall anchor. Any other suggestions?
Possibly use a Tapcon screw if you can drill into the concrete easily. www.lowes.com/pd/Tapcon-8-Pack-1-3-4-in-x-1-4-in-Concrete-Anchors/3102311 You could also try patching the drywall first then installing a new wall anchor of the same type in that location. Either way that doesn't sound very fun. Good luck!
OMGosh thank you. Going to the hardware store today! Thank you so much!!
Great explanation.
Thank you!!! I never knew how to use toggle bolts. I learned for not only the project you showed but for many others. Thanks a million.

Worked like a charm, I even has these kind of toggle bolts in my tools kit & just got the toilet paper roll holder back on the wall! Thanks
Great instruction. Thank you.
Thank you!!! Exactly the video I needed.
What do I do if the set screw has been stripped?? 😢
You can try to use a rubber band between the screw and the hex wrench. Sometimes that will give you enough extra grip to get it out
