The transition from Unwavering Emotion to Route 209 always gets me, especially with the way the piano part of 209 just sort of creeps in, plus the National Park it follows on from, and then it's hit after hit after hit with Route 1, Hoenn Elite 4, the main theme, Alola Champion, and the quintessential Pokémedley finisher. Absolutely breathtaking. Edit: Further comments about an error in the medley in the replies

The only flaw in what is otherwise a masterpiece. Yep. I often don’t carry any “magic types”(psychic,dark,ghost and now fairy) on my teams for whatever reason, and in Unova I didn’t either, and seeing as the elite four was all magic (3/4) and their main weakness was other Magic’s, it was real tough for my team
I started on Pokémon black. It was a fun play through until I got to the elite four. It took months to beat the elite four ONLY TO LOSE TO N!!! It was still so fun to play through black 2, 8 years later

Yep. I often don’t carry any “magic types”(psychic,dark,ghost and now fairy) on my teams for whatever reason, and in Unova I didn’t either, and seeing as the elite four was all magic (3/4) and their main weakness was other Magic’s, it was real tough for my team

I started on Pokémon black. It was a fun play through until I got to the elite four. It took months to beat the elite four ONLY TO LOSE TO N!!! It was still so fun to play through black 2, 8 years later

@Adam's Rankings more accurately, SiivaGunner is a RUclips channel full of "rips". These videos take popular video game music and remix it to be some sort of joke, usually taking the soundfont of the music and applying it to another popular piece of music that has a similar melody. The "trick" comes because the videos aren't titled with anything that should suggest that it is not part of the original score. An example of some of their videos is Mario Odyssey's Steam Gardens theme with Coldplay's Viva La Vida overlayed onto it, or the DK Rap remixed to have a lot of repeated phrases. It's hilarious if you take them as a joke, but very confusing if you don't understand it. This medley's Route 201 part didn't sound like the regular Route 201 because it sounds like one of Siiva's rips. It isn't the actual Route 201.
