I have used this gel on the prescription of a dermatologist. I had caught serious Chicken pox scars, they were spread all over my face. I was totally hopeless that I will ever get my natural skin back. And this gel proved to be saviour. I cleared all my scars withing 3-4 months of regular usage.
Some precautions while using it:
Must use sunscreen before going out side.
Use heavy moisturiser. Skin will peel off for the first two weeks but it will be normal once your skin get used to it.

Gel is for oily skin, creams are generally for dry skin.
What is best for acne, adapalene or tretinoin?
For sensitive skin, adapalene. It works slower but is gentler. But in severe cases, tretinoin helps better but then you will need to get a prescription from the doc

Use paknet 4% creamy wash it is under rs 300, you can find it in any good pharmacy

i used this cream for 5 month, it did work on my acne and sebum. but i feel little dullness and dry , and honestly i though due to dryness my skin looks dull.so i stop using it.
